Ms.
Dr.
Gruhl
is
incompetent.
After
a
cataract
operation
instead
of
continuing
to
prescribe
the
eye
drops
with
cortisone,
I
was
told
that
I
should
not
use
them
and
should
only
take
moisture
drops,
for
which
I
did
not
get
a
prescription
/
advice,
because
I
could
get
them
in
the
pharmacy.
Because
I
did
not
take
the
eye
drops
with
cortisone
(according
to
your
advice)
I
developed
a
bad
infection
and
had
to
go
to
the
hospital
with
it.
There
my
eye
saved.
After
several
treatments
in
the
Elisabeth
hospital,
I
had
to
go
to
"my
ophthalmologist"
for
further
treatments,
possibly
a
prescription
for
the
glasses.
Although
I
had
an
appointment
and
waited
longer,
Dr.
Gruhl
was
very
unfriendly;
Didn't
have
time
to
listen
to
my
problems
and
examine
me
and
give
me
a
prescription
for
the
glasses.
Should
I
come
back
after
1-2
months
(if
there
is
a
free
date
!!).
She
said
again
that
I
should
take
eye
drops
for
moisture;
in
the
pharmacy
I
can
get
the
drops
without
a
prescription
...
and
there
I
also
get
the
relevant
information
!!
But
was
very
interested
that
I
operated
on
the
other
eye.
I
suspect
that
their
interest
is
to
have
a
lot
of
patients
in
order
to
get
money
from
the
health
insurance
company;
no
interest
in
the
patient
and
their
problems.
There
is
no
time
for
that
...
but
no
medical
knowledge
either.
The
hospital
was
amazed
when
I
said
that
after
an
operation,
the
doctor
told
me
that
I
should
only
take
moisture
drops.
I
have
the
same
opinion
with
the
previous
review.
This
doctor
is
no
longer
allowed
to
do
this
job
...
otherwise
some
patients
will
have
dire
consequences.
(Original)
Frau
Dr,
Gruhl
ist
inkompetent.
Nach
eine
Graue
Star
OP
statt
mir
weiter
die
Augentropfen
mit
Kortison
zu
verschreiben,
sagte
mir
das
ich
darauf
verzichten
soll
und
nur
Feuchtigkeitströpfen
nehmen
soll,
wofür
ich
kein
Rezept
/
Hinweise
bekam,
weil
diese
könnte
ich
in
der
Apotheke
bekommen.
Weil
ich
die
Augentropfen
mit
Kortison
nicht
genommen
habe
(nach
Ihren
Rat)
bekam
ich
eine
schlimme
Entzündung,
womit
ich
in
Krankenhaus
gehen
musste.
Dort
hat
mein
Auge
gerettet.
Nach
mehrerer
Behandlungen
in
der
Elisabeth
Krankenhaus,
musste
ich
zu
"meine
Augenärztin"
gehen
für
weiterer
Behandlungen,
eventuell
eine
Rezept
für
die
Brille.
Obwohl
ein
Termin
hatte
und
langer
gewartet
habe,
Frau
Dr.
Gruhl
war
sehr
unfreundlich;
hatte
keine
Zeit
mich
zuzuhören
was
für
Probleme
habe
und
mich
zu
untersuchen
und
eine
Rezept
für
die
Brille
mir
zu
geben.
Sollte
ich
nach
1-2
Monate
(wenn
ein
freier
Termin
ist!!)
wieder
kommen.
Sie
sagte
wieder
das
ich
Augentropfen
für
die
Feuchtigkeit
nehmen
soll;
in
der
Apotheke
bekomme
ich
die
Tropfen
ohne
Rezept...und
dort
bekomme
ich
auch
dem
entsprechenden
Hinweise!!
Aber
war
sehr
interessiert
dass
ich
das
andere
Auge
operiere.
Ich
vermute
das
deren
Interesse
ist
viele
Patienten
zu
haben
um
Geld
vom
der
Krankenkasse
zu
bekommen;
keine
Interesse
für
der
Patient
und
deren
Probleme.
Dafür
hat
keine
Zeit...aber
auch
keine
Medizinische
Kenntnisse.
Die
Krankenhaus
war
erstaunt
als
ich
gesagt
habe
das
nach
eine
OP
diese
Ärztin
hat
mir
gesagt
das
ich
nur
Feuchtigkeit
Tropfen
nehmen
soll.
Ich
habe
dieselbe
Meinung
mit
den
vorheriger
Bewertung.
Diese
Ärztin
darf
diese
Job
nicht
mehr
machen....sonst
werden
einige
Patienten
schlimme
Folgen
haben.
