I
am
shocked.
Person/s
who
takes
care
of
answering
on
the
phone
and
keeping
record
of
appointments
is
an
absolute
catastrophe.
There
is
no
other
word
for
it.
I
made
my
appointment
in
early
December
for
half
of
January,
precise
day
is
Monday,
I
got
my
conformation
on
my
email,
where
it
is
written
exact
date
and
time
of
my
appointment.
Just
to
be
sure,
later
I
also
called
and
asked
if
they
get
my
reservation,
they
/
she
said
yes,
and
confirmed
that
exact
date
and
time.
So,
the
half
of
January
is
near,
I
am
taking
a
day
off
from
work,
my
husband
is
taking
a
day
off
so
he
can
go
with
me,
since
I
made
an
appointment
for
consultations
for
surgery,
and
just
in
case
I
am
calling
to
check
is
everything
still
on,
like
we
agreed
to,
and
woman
on
the
phone
said
to
me
with
shock
in
her
voice,
that
my
appointment
is
not
possible
on
that
day
because
they
never
do
appointments
on
Mondays.
I
am
shocked
too,
and
I
am
saying
that
I
have
an
email
conformation
and
that
we
also
already
spoke
at
phone
about
it.
But
she
insists
that
it
is
not
possible.
I
am
asking
her
if
she
suggesting
that
I
am
lying,
since
I
literally
have
a
written
conformation.
But
she
is
persistent
that
it
is
not
possible.
I
am
stunned
,
that
this
can
happen
anywhere,
and
I
can't
believe
what
I
just
experienced.
Somebody
is
trying
to
convince
me
that
I
am
lying
instead
admitting
their
mistake.
I
can't
say
anything
about
doctors
there,
since
I
didn't
get
a
chance
to
see
one,
but
your
appointment
system
and
person/s
who
take
care
of
that
is
the
worst
employee
I
have
ever
see.
This
is
so
unpleasant
experience,
and
it
is
putting
me
off
everything
I
had
in
plan.
Make
sure
you
have
a
lot
of
nerves
if
you
plan
to
contact
this
place,
you
will
really
need
it,
since
employees
tends
to
call
you
a
liar.
