am
so
incredibly
upset
after
my
experience
today:
I
was
buying
cat
food
and
heard
three
employees
saying
VERY
rude
things
about
someone
named
“Jamie”
who
is
supposed
to
be
arriving
later
this
week
(referring
to
this
person
as
“Gewöhnungsbedürftig”
and
“Ekelhaft”).
I
was
so
upset
by
what
I
heard
and
tried
to
tell
one
of
the
employees
at
the
register,
but
they
were
instantly
very
defensive,
screaming
“ich
kann
nichts
machen,
da
sind
Sie
bei
mir
falsch”
on
repeat.
I
tried
to
ask
her
if
she
felt
that
it
was
okay
that
her
fellow
employees
were
talking
so
badly
about
someone,
ESPECIALLY
so
openly
in
front
of
customers,
and
she
wanted
nothing
to
do
with
me.
I
couldn’t
believe
that
she
wanted
to
wash
her
hands
of
me
so
quickly.
I
left
crying
because
it
was
just
so
wrong,
I
never
expected
to
leave
a
Fressnapf
feeling
this
way.
Whoever
this
Jamie
is,
I’m
so
sorry
you
have
to
meet
these
people
this
week.
For
everyone
else,
stick
to
ordering
online,
the
employees
here
are
very
rude,
heartless
people.
