This place was so good that I came twice in one day (lunch and dinner). The potato pancakes with salmon were an AWESOME combination. The beer prices were very reasonable. It is just a one minute walk from the river.

They are so delicious that I definitely come here once a week. And wonderful pancakes are always accompanied by a charming smile of the owner. Thank you very much.

Wow! The price for the quality can’t be beat. Super tasty Reibekuchen, with lots of options for sauce. I visited Köln for two days and came here on both days. The lovely woman who works here remembered me and helped me in English. It’s the perfect snack, you have to go!

Food: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Prices: 10/10 Interior/Exterior Deco: 10/10 Food waiting time: 8/10 Location: 10/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 Overall Recommendation: very very highly recommend! The reviews for this place are so positive for a good reason. The food is incredible (and cheap), the waiting time was short, the lady was very kind (she gave us free extra sauces!), and the location is great too. This is in fact my most positive review I have ever given to any restaurant/takeaway! I very highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic little take out place that served fresh fried potato pancakes. Appears to have many locals lining up for them. Tried the 6 cakes, medium, including 1 sauce 5.30€ + extra sauce 50¢ more. Had the traditional apple sauce but I love the sugar beet syrup even more. Pancakes were hot, crunchy and very tasty. Thumbs up.

Go here! Do not miss these. Get a large! You won’t be sorry. These are, by far, the best potato pancakes we have ever had.

My favorite snack during winter season in koln. The best and the cheapest reibekuchen in town. Fresh from the fry, reibekuchen and apfelmus the best combination. Rievkoochebud is hidden gem, location is hidden from the main street but so famous. From small place but huge taste. Recommend food when you are in koln, must try!!!

Very tasty Reibekuchen. They are smaller and less fatty than what you typically get at Cristmass makret and other festivals.

Highly recommend! The shop was quite crowded at Cologne Pride festival day, even though we had a great service and perfect food!

Such a good little spot! The reibekuchen with honey chili sauce were amazing and you can grab a beer and go eat by the river 100m away. 😍

Delicious! Potato pancakes that are so crunchy you can't hear people talk while eating them! We got ours with the traditional applesauce. They have other options but I wanted to try it the traditional way. Sweet chili sounded like a good choice too!

Wow! Loved everything about their Reibekuchen! Well seasoned, crispy, nice size. The dips were delicious. There’s a bit of a line but service is fast and friendly.

Super delicious deep-fried shredded potato cakes offered by this takeaway only restaurant are awesome. I visited this place on 3 different days at different times (but always after 1 pm) and found that the people were queuing for the food. The wait is about 15 to 20 minutes but it is worth investing this much time. Three portion sizes are available with your choice of sauce/dip. I tried honey-chilli, garlic and apple sauce and all three were amazing. I say, it's a must try.

Tiny place where you buy your reibekuchen directly on the street. Very tasty potato pancakes and perfect for a fast bite. I took the mitte size which was more than enough.

Amazing Reibekuchen! Very crunchy and not oily at all. I tried the yoghurt herb sauce. Definitely a must eat when visiting Köln!

You have the option to have the fritters crispy or less crispy. Price is very reasonable and sauces are good. I'd recommend garlic sauce and apple sauce

Very good Reibekuchen for a good price, considering it‘s in a very touristy place. The sauces were great and certainly homemade. Very friendly staff.

Best reibekuchen I've ever had in my life! There is always a bit of a queue but 100% worth the wait!! The apple sauce gives the perfect amount of freshness you need when you eat a fried food! Totally recomment it!

It is no surprise at all that the staff looks totally exhausted from serving all the Reibekuchen - but they still serve you with a big smile. The food is out of this world, and is well worth a walk across town for a taste.

The best potato pancakes i have ever eaten! Small take-out only, but totally worth finding it's tiny hiding spot!! According to 4 locals also waiting there, it is beyond doubt the best potato pancake in Cologne!

The best thing I ate in Köln by a big big distance, and also incredible value. It’s cash only and you should definitely try the Apple sauce and herb sauce with yours!

Delicious potato pancakes! The herb sauce is a good choice, as is the garlic sauce. Cash only, about a 5 min wait that was definitely worth it.

Perfect vegetarian snack for city walkers! Long wait, but absolutely worth it! Go for the 9 piece plate! 6 is not enough! We went for the traditional kräuter dip, but the sweet chili dip would also perfect pair with the fried potatoes.
