What a fantastic hotel! The usual experience is one takes a 4 star hotel and has the feeling it is 3 or sometimes even 2 stars. In Burns it is the opposite - a 3 star hotel and you are wondering why it is not 4! Fantastic breakfast, very clean, wonderful interior, free parking, big rooms, close proximity to the centre. At breakfast the gentlemen serving would remember our preferences and serve our coffee the way we like it every day and believe me, there were many other guests at breakfast too! Little touches that makes one visit special. Thank you, we had a great time!

Spacious room, that's nice. Bathroom was not clean enough (traces of toothpaste and shaving cream at the sink). Floor of the room was too dusty, apparently not vacuumed. I solved this myself by wiping the entire floor with a wet towel. That was disappointing because otherwise it is a nice hotel.

Lovely hotel, with great decor. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Very close to a lidl so fresh pastries each morning- a lot cheaper than the 13 euro surcharge for breakfast in the hotel. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room- but free coffee each morning. This was good in the mornings however nowhere to get a mid afternoon hot drink unless you walk up to the lidl. Located next to the tram station so easy assess to the center but not walking distance.

From the outside the hotel is not much to look at and there is a lot of construction work going on around the area. Once inside the feel is welcoming, the staff are helpfully and switch from German to English very easily. The rooms are simple but functional. The Breakfast was very decent, with plenty of choice, all you can eat and fresh. There are a number of places to find some thing to eat close by plus a Supermarket (Lidl) just around the corner. The thing we missed the most was hot drinks making facilities. Having a cup of tea in the morning before leaving the room would have been nice.

Deluxe 2 person room is huge! And huge bathroom! Very nice to stay for the night in our way back home. Staff very friendly. We did not take breakfast so don’t know about that. Outside of center but tram 5 min walking around the corner. Parking place but limited due to residential area.

Excellent hotel location for visitors of the exhibition center. Modern rooms, helpful staff and amazingly generous breakfast buffet. Only minuses are that it's a bit off the city center with almost no selection of dining and shopping options around it, and that the wifi occasionally disconnects in some areas. Perfect for business, so so for leisure.

Beautiful, small Hotel. We loved our stay there. We upgraded in a suite which was just breathtaking. It was on the 7th floor and we were lucky enough to receive the room with an amazing rooftop terrace where you could oversee the whole City. Breakfast was generous and the staff was really friendly. If we ever stay in Cologne again, we know where to go to!

Essential. Well, that is what it is. If you are looking for a warm, colorful, cosy and inclusive room that says "Hi, happy to have you", go somewhere else. If you are looking for a room that looks, well, essential, you are at the right place. However we (we had a 2 person room) could not figure out why the roomrate of these rooms were equal to the other hotels we visited earlier during corona era 2020 - 2021. Obviously a matter of taste. Essentials as shower (was fine) and bed (slept like a baby) were up to the merit.

It took about 30 minutes to check in, there were issues with the booking but the reception staff didnt say anything about what was happening until I eventually questioned almost 20 mins later. Rooms are ok (clean / standard) but the beds are rock solid (not the best nights sleep). Paper thin pillows. The shower was freezing cold despite been on the hottest setting. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Good coffee!

When reserving this hotel I decided to upgrade to a Deluxe Double Room paying extra to do so. After checking in we were directed to another building outside which surprised me as no mention had previously been made of this. Our room was cold and uninviting with bare concrete floor and cold hard white laminate surfaces. We tried to turn up the heat on the thermostat but it seemed to make no difference. I went to the reception to check if we had been given the correct room and was informed that we had in fact been upgraded to a superior room. I pointed out that the room was not the same as the photographs on our confirmation nor was it the same as the online photographs when I made the reservation. The confirmation showed a room with some soft furnishings (a leather chair, leather covered exercise pommel and a wood appearance floor), the receptionist assured me that our room was better and was in fact 4 star. We travel often and know what to expect from a four star hotel and what we were given was not what we were expecting. Breakfast could be improved with freshly squeezed orange juice instead canned, fresh rolls instead of take and bake and freshly cooked eggs & bacon.

Location was a bit far by foot to most shops. There would fly some small bugs in through the windows. Room is nice and spacious. It was overall okay.

The hotel looks nice and is very clean! The bed however is very hard. The good breakfast makes up for that though! I'd definitely recommend it for the low prices you pay!

Very fashionable hotel with spacious rooms and friendly service. Excellent value for money. Due to C19 we didnt use any F&B facilities. There is little kiosk adjacent to the hotel, where you can buy drinks, light snacks and candy. No restaurants or bars near by, therefore just 4 stars due to the deserted location.

👍👍 An incredible place with a great collection of cars to buy and admire. It is completely free to enter something that absolutely blew my mind considering it houses the Michael Schumacher Private collection museum.
