(Translated by Google) It's unbelievable how two unfriendly women work in an emergency room. You are spoken to with kind words and you feel directly attacked. Such people should not take a seat at an emergency room. My mother has just been moved to the waiting room because they supposedly needed the patient's room and I shouldn't be with her. She called me crying and was about to fall on the floor. The very "nice" (irony) said she had nothing. Me, how should she have nothing when she is about to die of pain? Incredible these people. Then she was taken in again. I could go nuts. Inhuman, irresponsible and shameful.

Mega unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I was left waiting in the emergency room for an hour in severe pain. You could clearly hear the receptionists gossiping about patients and staff. I was patient and polite and still only got snappy answers. Ultimately I left to try my luck somewhere else.

(Translated by Google) Absolute disaster! Thanks to the years of failure of politics in the medical care sector... I understand if many people there are overwhelmed, but simply making someone wait a long time in extreme acute pain and not taking them seriously is absolutely unacceptable. We pulled the ripcord and drove to another hospital, where you had to wait a long time, but were taken care of directly and very kindly and the urgency of treatment became immediately clear. The university hospital should take this as an example! How can you be human and let someone almost get the flu and then complain if they don't say thank you politely because nobody comes for ages? With all due respect to the profession, but some people should really be ashamed, no matter how full you are, humanity and understanding should never be forgotten, especially in this profession. And I'm not talking about the emergency doctor, he was very nice. I am appalled at the conditions here. (Original) Absolute Katastrophe!

The medical staff provides m.M. after all, a great job here. It's busy, crowded and patient turnover is high. We were treated very kindly by everyone, everyone introduced themselves. Everyone gave the impression that they enjoyed their job and were very friendly in their interactions with one another. My husband received good and prompt medical care and continued treatment accordingly.

(Translated by Google) A very rude staff. In particular, the ladies at reception clearly give the impression that they don't like doing their job. Despite being politely spoken, you only get unfriendly answers. In addition, they make fun of patients on the phone and are gossiping about them, which can be overheard in the waiting area. There is only one disinfectant dispenser in the entire emergency room. Anyone who wants a quick and easy treatment is absolutely out of place here! (Original) Ein sehr unfreundliches Personal.

We are currently here. Me and my wife. My wife is the patient. We are in building 43 and the security person is extremely rude. My wife is feeling sick and I needed to accompany her however the person in the reception says only the patient can enter. We requested a lot but this guy is so rude. He just tells there is corona and he is himself without mask. He told ur not special so you need to go alone.

(Translated by Google) Totally unreasonable. Impossible handling. I came to the ER with vertigo, nausea, blood pressure at 170, left anterior heart hemiblock, prostate cancer, and so on. A doctor who did not introduce herself took the medical history. Visibly annoyed and extremely curt. The anamnesis was recorded completely incorrectly. Facts were distorted and twisted. Her diagnosis was: acute gastritis. With an equally condescendingly cocky and curt manner, she then recommended that I drink more fluid. So wrote she then also in the doctor's letter. I am 66 years old. She could be my daughter or granddaughter by age, but treated me like an idiot. Such disinterest has not occurred to me yet. There are certainly many doctors in the hospital, which are very helpful and also try to make a correct diagnosis. These will certainly not feel represented by this colleague. Anyway, I have no gastritis and feel bad advice and treated the same way. For such a renowned clinic not a good recommendation. Too bad. With best wishes Dieter Lambertz (Original) Völlig unzumutbar. Schade. Mit freundlichen Grüße Dieter Lambertz

(Translated by Google) Very awful. Never go there. There was never a doctor on site. People passing by looked like doctors. But nobody helped us. After 2 hours we had to drive again without an examination and then we looked for a hospital that is better organized and where doctors are available. This is probably what the clinic intended so that patients do not come to the emergency room. (Original) Ganz furchtbar. Niemals dort hin gehen. Es war nie ein Arzt vor Ort. Hello everyone! I can't understand most of the reviews! As a patient, I felt like I was in good hands here. I come from far away to benefit from the expertise of the doctors. Everyone who complains here has probably never been to a provincial hospital before?! Or, not that sick, to go to the emergency room to visit. I am once again amazed at the good organization and the quick action. I had it within 6 hours! a detailed ultrasound examination, a CT scan, a consultation in another department and an x-ray! I can only report from experience that it is unbelievable how well organized it is here at the university clinic! Once again I will go home satisfied. I would like to thank the emergency room team for their careful work and the friendly atmosphere. I am very satisfied with your work! And you dear complainers, practice a little patience! Nobody here can do more than work! LG

One star is still too many. We first went to the emergency service practice, who sent us to the emergency room with a “hospitalization” because my wife (71) had already had high blood pressure (203/105) for 2 days. After 6 hours of experimenting, she was not accepted and was sent home with a score of 193/100. Statement from the assistant doctor. Go to your family doctor or They only come back when it is 250mmHg or then at 112. That in the Easter period where all family doctors are available. Why is it called an emergency room? Catastrophe !!! In emergency service practice the complete opposite was the case. The care provided by the doctors and nurses was very good.

(Translated by Google) After a phone call, I have just gone to the emergency room with my father. We were welcomed by a very unfriendly woman who was probably too busy working on a Monday. She was really very rude. I didn't like her pitch at all. I will pass this on too. I work in the university clinic myself and don't have to tolerate such behavior. We were then rudely asked to go to another building because the right contact person for my father was there, so we went too. When we arrived ... we were greeted politely. So there is another way. I only give a ☆ because I can then leave a review and there is an additional 4 ☆ for the employee at the reception of the eye clinic, because he was really friendly and likes his work. A corona security says that outpatients can get in through the exit, the next says that is not the case. (Translated by Google) With extreme knee pain, I went to the emergency room last night. After waiting 4 and a half hours, I was not even called. I had a hard time walking, my sister was sent away because no escort was allowed. But strangely, it wasn't a problem for the other patients I've never seen anything like it in my life, others were preferred. After I asked the staff about it, they still couldn't tell me the exact time and it was always delayed more than that. Conclusion: very disorganized and unfriendly, untreated, I left the clinic in pain. It is a cheek to prefer patients who are not accidents and who were on site after me.

(Translated by Google) We were here today with my almost three year old son. Within an hour of the incident, he was accepted, examined, sewn, and released. All the doctors were very kind and loving to him. They went to great lengths not to frighten the little man. Many thanks to everyone involved. Stay healthy! Vielen herzlichen Dank an alle Beteiligten. Bleiben Sie gesund! ♥️♥️♥️

By far the worst thing I've ever seen. Disgraceful, incompetent and disorganized. This has nothing to do with overwork or poor pay, it's simply a wrong career choice in everyone.

It was clear to us that you have to wait a long time in the emergency room, but that the Cologne University Hospital makes a patient with a burst vein wait 5 hours in the normal waiting room until it starts injecting. After the bleeding has been stopped, the patient is put in the bleeding waiting room for another few hours! This is anything but normal!!! Does management not see what is going on here and that they need to hire more people???? The poor doctors and nurses are under constant stress and the patients are suffering!

Many thanks to the receptionist, the doctor's assistant and the doctor who examined me today. Despite the earlier hours of the morning, I was thoroughly examined and felt so well looked after. A big compliment to everyone

So the dentist there at the oral and maxillofacial surgery was super nice, Ms. Becker. But a blonde, strong woman at the front of the ZNA WHEN REGISTERING is incredibly unfriendly, you have to pull the words out of her mouth, she keeps sending people away, then when you talk to her and ask why she is so unfriendly, I won't let myself be insulted here, no one has her Incredibly insulted, I think she missed her job and she is not friendly in any way.

(Translated by Google) Accompanying persons are not allowed in the waiting area, unfortunately this cannot be read on the website. So if you don't want to wait several hours in your car you should perhaps consider immediately whether you should also register yourself as an emergency. After 5 hours my partner was "done". There was no treatment, there was no medication for the pain. Badly discolored hands combined with back pain and motor deficits are normal for doctors. In the end, only the diagnosis brought along was incorrectly written off. And X-rayed again even though it was already done elsewhere and everything was fine. Other patients who could be sent directly to the GP emergency service or patients with injuries who would have to be treated immediately had to wait just as long.

Yesterday I took my son to the university clinic for an X-ray, ordered by the pediatrician because of suspected pneumonia. Since it was Wednesday, the children's x-ray closed at 12 p.m. After a lot of back and forth, we ended up in the pediatric emergency room. My son had a fever of 38.8 degrees and severe back pain. When I complained, a pediatrician listened to him at the reception desk after a 3-hour wait. Only then was it okay to go for an X-ray. We spent a total of 6.5 hours there. The other pediatrician told us in the waiting room that it was pneumonia. There was no further treatment or information. We're supposed to go to the pediatrician this morning; a report hasn't been faxed to the pediatrician yet. It turned out that the staff was completely overloaded and uninterested and did their work stupidly. The staff is cobbled together and no one knows what the other is doing. You get answers like “either you wait another 1, 2 or 3 hours or come back tomorrow”. Man and fate are irrelevant and it is shown openly. I have always been a big fan of the University Hospital and have received good care in many departments in the past. Yesterday's visit made me very angry. Yes, all hell broke loose but with a little more organization and empathy and interest in the patient it would be a lot better. Therefore, I can only advise against visiting the children's emergency room at the moment.

👍👍 I went to the clinic early in the morning with a strong pain caused by inflammation in my molar tooth.
