The
Alexian
Hospital
is
a
specialist
hospital
for
people
with
mental
health
problems
and
/
or
addictions.
Of
course
there
are
several
different
stations.
Let's
take,
for
example,
the
so-called
"detoxification
station".
This
is
called
Kamillus
and
it
is
a
closed
ward
but
not
that
the
patients
are
locked
up
there
24
hours
a
day.
Depending
on
the
detoxification
goal
that
most
patients
have
to
achieve,
since
they
are
there
under
a
doctor's
order,
the
duration
of
the
stay
is
determined.
Many
patients
"only"
do
one
there
Selective
detoxification
and
continue
to
get
methadone
/
polamidone
/
Subutex
or
similar,
but
because
of
the
arrangement
of
their
substitute
doctor
they
have
to
detoxify
one
or
more
substances
(heroin,
cocaine,
tablet
tranquillizers,
pain
relievers,
alcohol)
and
bring
the
whole
thing
to
a
successful
conclusion
The
max.18
(o.20)
patients
are
accommodated
in
2-4
bed
rooms.
Of
course
after
gender
separation.
(Here
is
the
Alex.
Backward,
because
there
are
other
facilities
where
couples
can
"suffer"
together).
The
so-called
leisure
activities
are
(unfortunately)
compulsory.
After
about
4
days
from
admission,
the
patient
is
considered
to
be
stabilized
to
the
extent
that
they
can
take
part
in
sports,
occupational
therapy,
relaxation,
swimming
or
an
EDP
measure
(which
can
then
be
continued
afterwards)
)
Unfounded
refusal
leads
to
consequences,
in
the
worst
case
the
expulsion!
The
catering
is
not
the
worst
and
the
same
that
employees
or
patients
of
open
wards
receive.
Shortcoming:
who
is
not
yet
(with
the
group)
in
the
cafeteria
is
allowed
to
have
lunch,
so
it
has
the
Arxxx
card.
The
food
arrives
late
on
the
station
and
is
accordingly
mushy
and
cold.
Services
to
be
performed
by
patients:
uncover
and
cover
tables,
operate
the
dishwasher
(if
it
works)
constantly,
keep
the
room
tidy
(I
still
think
that
is
normal).
Fresh
air
is
important
and
is
also
granted
(no,
do
not
open
the
window,
keep
your
head
10min.min),
in
the
form
of
walks
along
the
grounds.
Unfortunately,
it
quickly
gets
boring
because
it
is
not
that
big.
Medicines
and
medical
care:
It
is
paradoxical,
but
if
you
detoxify
from
Tabl.o.Alk,
you
get
a
bezodiazepine,
so
you
fight
the
devil
mdBeelzebub,
not
very
sensible
To
make
spitting
out
def.
Impossible,
it
is
tipped
into
the
methadone
beaker😕.
The
staff
...
the
nurses,
nurses
are
average
nice,
doctors
change
constantly
..
On
average,
the
stay
lasts
3-4
weeks,
after
which
the
patient
is
deemed
to
be
detoxified
and
discharged.
Unfortunately,
word
has
not
yet
got
around
that
the
patients
still
have
to
deal
with
withdrawal
symptoms
due
to
the
benzodiazepine
for
about
3
weeks
after
discharge.
The
palette
ranges
from
social
phobia
to
general
malaise
to
seizures.
Whether
the
doctors
there
know
this
...
is
beyond
my
knowledge.
That
was
just
a
review
of
one
station.

Das
Alexianer
Krankenhaus
ist
ein
Fachkrankenhaus
für
Menschen
mit
psysch.Problemen
und/oder
Suchterkrankungen.Natürlich
gibt
es
dort
mehrere,
unterschiedliche
Stationen.Nehmen
wir
z.B.die
sog."Entgiftungsstation".Diese
heißt
Kamillus
und
es
handelt
sich
um
eine
geschlossene
Station.Das
heißt
aber
nicht,dass
die
Patienten
dort
24Std./d
eingesperrt
sind.Je
nach
Entgiftungsziel,welches
von
den
meisten
Patienten
erreicht
werden
muss,da
sie
auf
ärztliche
Anordnung
dort
sind,richtet
sich
die
Dauer
des
Aufenthaltes.Viele
Patienten
machen
dort
"nur"
eine
Selektiventgiftung
und
bekommen
weiterhin
Methadon/Polamidon/Subutex
o.ä.,müssen
aber
wegen
der
Anordnung
ihres
Substitutionsarztes
von
einer
o.mehreren
Substanzen
(Heroin,Kokain,Tabletten-Tranquillizer,Schmerzmittel,Alkohol)entgiften
und
das
ganze
zum
erfolgreichen
Abschluss
bringen.Die
Unterbringung
der
max.18
(o.20)Patienten
erfolgt
in
2-4Bettzimmern.Selbstverständlich
nach
Geschlechtertrennung.
(,Hier
ist
das
Alex.rückständig,denn
es
gibt
andere
Einrichtungen,
wo
Paare
gemeinsam
"leiden
dürfen").
Die
sogenannten
Freizeitangebote
sind
(leider)Pflicht.Nach
ca.4Tagen
ab
Aufnahme,hält
man
dort
die
Patienten
für
soweit
stabilisiert,
dass
sie
an
z.B.Sport,Ergotherapie,Entspannung,Schwimmen
oder
an
einer
EDV-Massnahme
(welche
man
im
Anschluss
auch
weitermachen
kann)
teilnehmen
können
u.müssen.Grundlose
Weigerung
führt
zu
Konsequenzen,
im
schlimmsten
Fall
der
Rauswurf!Die
Verpflegung
ist
nicht
die
schlechteste
und
die
gleiche,die
auch
Mitarbeiter
o.Patienten
offener
Stationen
erhalten.Manko:wer
noch
nicht
(mit
der
Gruppe)
in
der
Kantine
zu
Mittag
essen
darf,hat
also
die
Arxxxkarte.Das
Essen
kommt
recht
spät
a.d.Station
an,ist
entsprechend
matschig
und
kalt.
Dienste,die
von
Patienten
zu
verrichten
sind:
Tische
auf-u.abdecken,
Spülmaschine
(falls
sie
funktioniert)ständig
bedienen,im
Zimmer
f.Ordnung
sorgen
(das
halte
ich
noch
f.normal).
Frische
Luft
ist
wichtig
und
wird
auch
gewährt
(nein,nicht
Fenster
auf,Kopf
10min.raushalten😂),un
Form
von
gemeinsamen
Spaziergängen
ü.das
Gelände.Wird
leider
schnell
öde,denn
so
groß
ist
es
dort
nicht.
Medikamente
u.ärztl.Betreuung:
Es
ist
Paradox,aber
wer
von
Tabl.o.Alk
entgiftet,bekommt
ein
Bezodiazepin.Man
bekämpft
also
den
Teufel
m.d.Beelzebub,nicht
sehr
sinnvoll.Dieses
Medikament
(viele
sind
exakt
deswegen
i.d.Klinik...)wird
flüssig
verabreicht,
und
um
ein
Ausspucken
def.unmöglich
zu
machen,wird
es
in
den
Methadonbecher
gekippt😕.
Das
Personal...die
Schwestern,
Pfleger
sind
durchschnittlich
nett,Ärzte
wechseln
ständig..
Im
Durchschnitt
dauert
der
Aufenthalt
3-4
Wochen.Dann
gilt
der
Patient
als
entgiftet
und
wird
entlassen.Leider
hat
es
sich
noch
nicht
bis
dorthin
herumgesprochen,
dass
die
Patienten
durch
das
Benzodiazepin
ca.3
Wochen
n.d.Entlassung
noch
m.Entzugssymptomen
zu
kämpfen
hat.Die
Palette
reicht
von
Sozialphobie
über
allg.Unwohlsein
bis
hin
zu
Krampfanfällen.Ob
die
dortigen
Ärzte
dies
wissen...entzieht
sich
meiner
Kenntnis.
