I love the pho and I’ve come here twice but what I hate is that they always skimp on the meat. I pay almost €17 just to get tiny bites of meat. They make it so fast so you know there’s not much labor involved and the ingredients are all cheap. Noodles and vegetables. So what am I paying for? Why would I pay so much money for just noddles and a couple vegetables? I could make this myself easily but sometimes I just want to enjoy someone else’s cooking but when someone else tries to be a cheapskate, it annoys me a bit.
