Worst hospital. They are doing pure business, they are blood suckers. Please don't ignore all these reviews you will found on this. Everyone has almost same experience. Doctors and staff has no coordination. Staff will do unnecessary test so hospital can charge alot of money from you. if you have even small knowledge and asked docter they this test is needed doctor will say it will not be needed. Staff is very unprofessional Even low class employees has attitude more than doctors. They talk to you rudely and treat you like you owe them something and it is like taking treatment from a government hospital. It's a scam please whoever is reading this I repeat do not come to this hospital you will 110% regret this decision. Next thing I would like to talk about condition In general / semi private ward . It's better to put your patient in a hotel than in these wards. *Do not waste your money and do not put your loved ones in danger*

I hope this will help You to know about this hospital. 1- Hospital is high in standard and infrastructure but their priorities is money over the patient life. 2- Staff behaviour in ICU and pharmacy is so bad they r like machines just doing their work without emotions and care. 3- patient handling in ICU is not good. 4- Over charge on medical products and unnecessary test and treatment. 5-Home made food not allowed for patients don't think this is good coz u don't know quality of food they r feeding. 6-Re admission rate is high in older age patient. 7-Mortality Rate is high they make more complicated patient conditions.

As per my experience that we feel, this hospital is for upper middle class. Although as there corporate management better than others. Afterall if you have better wealth then this is for you. One thing is best here,for different types of disease there is a special dipartment. At the time of admit, they give care and after payment and discharge time it's not fair 😡

My patient admit here for day care with the mindset of great hospital and services. But would like to tell it's a neat and clean hospital. There are proper counters for dealing but right now there is no discipline in the staff available here. With a heavy heart I have to write about a very rude behavior . I would like to suggest the management to get their staff trained & well mannred first , if they want to be a part of this hospital.

The only unfortunate thing is it is the closest hosp to my home for any emergency. But honestly the staff is the rudest ever. They want to follow the protocol to such an extent that they become inhumane. U wudnt expect being treated so badly after giving thousands and lacs of money. The guards at everY door are the worst. The nurses do not respond promptly to any order given or written by the doctors. They dont timely change the iv fluids and let the patient dehydrated. They don't check if the patient's bp is going very low or very high. Carelessness at peak. well prepared clean food from home is not allowed. They give such tasteless or very salty and diarrhoea causing food. Only 50% doctors are good others are just heedless. What is the use of a good doctor orders when the staff is unable to follow and coordinate them? The worst thing is that the attendents after paying so much money are treated like cockroaches and houseflies. I being especially from the health care facility - (a doctor) am not entertained properly where i could give my own advise and info about the patient in proper medical terms and understanding. They only loot money. Ordering new thermometers, parachute oils and sanitizers etc every time we get admitted where as these things are something that can be commonly dispensed to many patients from a single bottle or supply. Viggos are ordered again and again just so they can restock their own supply to probably sell again. Pure money making. INHUMANE. I really hope someone to legally put a case on them so their heads come down to earth and they start treating the patient and attendent genuinely. ⚠️⚠️😡😡😡😡

My patient who is critical with severe anemia (hemoglobin down to 5.0) and low blood pressure, treating doctor Mr Sant Kumar Pandey advised for immediate admission on 10th Nov, however, when we visited the emergency I was told to wait till evening as there is no bed available, in evening again we were given time for next morning, but again admission was denied by Mohsin citing bed unavailability in morning and was promised 100% admission by 3 o'clock on 11th Nov, again there was a false commitment done by Mr Mohsin as now we are being told to wait till 8pm. My simple question is why Mr Mohsin is continuously making a false commitment, I would have made an attempt somewhere else had I been told that there will not be any admission till next day 8 pm, when I see others are being admitted citing relatives, and link with VIP personalities. In case of any unfortunate event, it will be Mr Mohsin and hospital who will be held responsible. I am highly disappointed seeing Hospital mgt not taking ownership in prioritising admission rather everything working on relationships and link with knowns. I would request you to take this email as feedback and look into the loopholes that are being exploited by people like Mohsin at the cost of general public health, officials like him keep their relatives and VIPs on priority than general public and put the hospital's reputation at risk.

Nice experience with Chandan Hospital Lucknow. We blessed with baby boy and taken care by hospital in 1st floor gynae ward under able guidance of Dr neelambara IPD admin and nursing incharge Saranya sister in homely environment. Bad experience with the hospital. Govt employee discount not given even after showing card, and denying refund or any amendment by giving baseless reasons. The people sitting on the cash counters are trained professionals to loot your hard earned money. They charged me 6500 for an MRI for which I was supposed to pay 2500...and similar billing for other tests also. Would not recommend this hospital for any treatment or tests, they will loot you 3-6 times what it actually costs.

Worst treatment i have, they just make money from patients, they will put you in ICU for no reason- my condition was good i asked to discharge me from icu but they are not listening just ignoring and also not allow family members to visit us. giving wrong information to them saying she is not well, she will die if we discharge her😡 but i am all well sitting on bed talking to nurse, everything is fine, but they just making money.😡 not recommended to anyone. They make my operation wrong and blame me that patients moved☹️idiot you should numb that area to make painless surgery. just making money that solve. Please don’t go there if you want your patients safe.

My wife was under treatment of Dr. Alka Rai for full term of her pregnancy. She is very experienced and polite in nature. After delivery in hospital, doctors visited regularly to check the health of mother and baby as well. Paramedic staffs are well behaved and prompt in service. They took care of my baby like a mother. Every process and procedure was well explained. I am very much satisfied with the services provided here.

If you want to make your patient's condition worse and want to put their life at risk then only choose this hospital. No one care about patient life they only cares about money. My brother was admitted here when he was diagnosed as Dengue with a platelets count 1lakh. When he was admitted he was able to walk and after spending full day in normal ward his condition got worst and shifted to ICU and after 2 days he passed away. This is very painful and now we are regretting why we came to this hospital.

The hospital is not good. My mother was recently admitted and all the doctors had no idea. All they did was give antibiotics. The nurses are not present or skilled and have little to no human touch. Patients are left unattended and the senior doctors are not available. Junior doctors do not talk to each other about the patient and just give any medicine they like. The management really does not train the nurses or the doctors well.

The staff and services at Chandan hospital are pathetic. We were highly overcharged and on inquiring for the bill breakup, no one gave us any details and rather made us wait extra. The hospital pharmacy is another big mess. No one at the pharmacy knows how to work on a computer and they take ample amount of time to get you the medicines. The nursing staff is clueless and is not at all cooperative. All in all, though the doctors were highly competent but the overall experience at Chandan was highly disappointing and I would never recommend anyone to go to Chandan.

Don't trust the hospital staff blindly. Since they won't inform you about the actual condition of your loved one even if the condition deteriorates. God forbid if the concerned person is in ICU, you won't be able to know what's going on. If possible search for another better hospital from the beginning itself . Lost a loved one when she presumably recovering as per the doctors themselves. Suddenly overnight she lost consciousness (as per ICU staff) But we weren't informed of anything till very next day since the visiting hours was at 12 pm. Despite two of our family members staying in the hospital 24*7 daily. Be advised.

Too costly with over charging for normal treatment. Doctors are good and give excellent treatment. Other staff is not competent to handle the patients properly. Also infrastructure wise huge problem of parking as this hospital has no parking. Waiting area for emergency and ICU patients is not good or we can say it is not there. Overall not value for the price you pay and if you want to make a hole in your pocket then go ahead there

Due to only Emapannelment, my patient need to admit here periodically as per his case. So I can give the honest remarks. My doctor is good, but his advices are not getting executed properly by the staff. The system flow and all staff coordination and working style makes this hospital worst. It's neat and clean with good infrastructure, but not good with hospitality what patient needs. I found this hospital overhyped, overpriced, undisciplined, insincere, greedy and worst than government in many case. For 1 eg - The doctor advises things on immdiate effect as per seeing patient, the staff instead of executing starts blaming each other for delay, if you keep poking then the required medicine will come in 1 to 2 hr else they will forget.

It is my first visit. Pharmacy is very haphazard, big mess, one person makes list (bill) of medicine on computer, another person takes out the medicine and give it at cash counter. There are 2-3 cash counters and you don't know who has your medicine. Although they announce the name, but it is not audible or other customer don't allow you to reach the counter or people force staff to look for their bill. Huge, unmanaged crowd at cash counters, shouting and abusing the system. You will simply get frustrated if you are a patient yourself and can't compete with the crowd. There are many staff inside the pharmacy, most of them are sitting either idle or infront of the computer. But, all staff are happy, smiling, enjoying, making jokes of each other, sometimes whispering something on each other ears and laughing. Some items you will get in other counter but for cash payment you need to come back to main pharmacy cash counter, then again go back, show the bill and get the item... round and round. I request the hospital management to simplify and speed-up the whole process.

This is the worst hospital ever, please don’t visit this at all if you have other options. Only few doctors are good because of which this hospital is running. Else all other other staff is completely unprofessional and you need to be vigilant Careful else they may put wrong dose or medicine, even security staff will treat you like you are culprit of something. You can’t believe that my mother is lungs patient and they put her in the room which was just painted and room was full of bad odor of paint, Becuase of which she suffered breathlessness and cough for whole night, Next day as as soon doctor visited, doctor asked him to shift immediately from that room, then my mother got shifted to another room. Other health staff is Completely unprofessional and don’t care about your patient at all. Doctor mentioned in her prescription to give sugar medicine once a day, but other staff is so illiterate and careless that they have prepared wrong medicine chart in which she wrongly mentioned three times a day. We resisted that only once a day my mother use to take, I complaint to doctor and when doctor checked it. He corrected the chart prepared by staff. Although they have given two doses and told us that doctor have mentioned three times a day. Now you can understand the level of unprofessionalism from them.

I made a grave mistake by choosing Chandan Hospital for my surgery. I have been experiencing severe post-surgery complications. Their anesthesia department and staff have made my life nightmare and they are least concerned about it. I deeply regret my decision and wish I could turn back time and opt for another top hospital in Lucknow.

Wonderful experience with the Chandan Hospital. Doctors are quick responsive, and the Hospital Administration is excellent. All the staffs are very helpful and supported me all the time. The bill section staff and reception staff of this hospital do not cooperate in any way. Even after booking an appointment two days in advance, they say that your appointment has not been booked. My token number at the time of booking was 4 and when I reached it, my booking number was shown as 22. then billing I also do a lot of manipulation. There is no section for noting complaints here. When asked to note the complaint, they misbehave.

I went for consultation in April 2021 during the second deadly wave of Corona pandemic. The docor didn't pay attention to my query of underdose of the medication that I had been taking. He was kind of grumpy on my decision of getting CT scan of my lungs done (at that hospotal) without his recommendation as he didn't get his commission. In my opinion, the doctor was incompetent and money driven. The supporting staff is good but that's not enough to make a hospital Successful.

Too expensive hospital. They are looting money. Very unprofessional management. Rude and no manner to talk to the patient. They are charging Emergency OPD charge as Rs1550. Which is almost 3 time the normal OPD fees Rs550. You can not loot like that. Poor and middle class people are visiting and you are charging such a huge amount as consultation. And you are forced to pay this since this amount is not told before the consultation. I recommend not to visit this Hospital.

I visited this hospital first time. I realized some pros and cons about this hospital. Pros: 1. I am very impressed by the co-ordial behaviour of staff of 1st floor. 2. Dr Ashmina guidance was very good. We are grateful to the entire team. 3. Shikha mam cooperated and attendant were helpful. 4. Security staff of 10am - 5pm shift was very supportive and cooperative for visitors. 5. Cleanliness was very good and dressing staff/attendant was very caring. Cons: 1. Private room availability is not good. 2. Manager Priyanka's behavior was rude. She was over confidant and non-supportive to visitors. Understanding patient's visitors' emotions is more essential than preaching about rules and policy of hospitals. 3. Semi private room allotment was not proper according to type of patients causing irritation and unrest. Overall I found this hospital was ok.

Having such a great and experienced Dr 10/10 for them.. Specialy Dr.Saba. But in terms of services this is pathetic hospital which i have visited...they have lots of terms and conditions for you in the surprise but failed to fullfill your basic needs😉...... #. Worst when it comes to extracting money out of you. Funniest thing is there costomer care calls you daily to ask if there is any complaint and once you raise any, they don't have a resolution. When I spoke to the manager for issues, he was like neta 1. They push medicines and other pharmacy things in your room at MRP and multiple times in low quality to increase the cost. 2. Don't believe when they give an estimate. It will double for no reason. 3. The staff may seem friendly but are pure robots. The following rulebook and policy without informing you about any. 4. While netas are seen chewing gutkha in the compound, you are not allowed to bring a simple biscuit pack inside. Reasonable, but must be implemented completely. 5. You are not allowed to bring diapers from outside in the name of medicine. From which angle is it a medicine? It comes under apparel's commodity. And the diaper they give is the lowest quality in the market 6. Be aware of the billing counter, and review the bill thoroughly. Newly recruited staff might show paid as unpaid and you will pay it in hurry. Take your time. No one can stop patient treatment.

Chandan Hospital is a multi super speciality hospital and is located at Faizabad Road, 400 MTR ahead of Awadh Bus Stop, Kamta, Lucknow. I have an average experience of my brother as he was admitted die to dengue and liver infection. I personally very thankful to Dr. Deobrat Mishra and Dr. Anurag Srivastav, internal medicine department who were looking after him and the both are very good, cooperating and kind to their patients and also my kind gratitude to Dr. Sama also who took care of the patients serving as a resident assistant doctor and she is really very polite and good to the patients. I'm also thankful to nursing staff like Sunita, Roshni, Anshika, Neelu. Sunita Sister is very good and kind to every patient. Besides the above things the hospital management should take care of the prompt services and replies to the patients and their attendants. Many of the staffs are quite slow and non responsive. You cannot get connected to the hospital over the phone easily. The hospital should also look after that the patients are not just their customers, they come to you as a hope of life and they are not in the hospital to throw the money on several other things like demand of disposable items, gloves, etc and the price of medicines are rate to rate and you can't buy it from outside where you can get minimum 15% discount. The hospitals are made to serve the patients in the best possible way not to become the begger by throwing all the money to the hospitals. God helps those who help themselves. Aaj ham paresan hain kal ko kya pata hospital k board of members paresan ho kisi bimari se to kya administration ko achha lagega. I am really very disturbed and astonished that the medical, education systems just became the money makers only. Government should take initiatives to all these facilities. I personally request to the owner and board of members of the hospital group that kindly show some humanity to the patients log hospitals majburi me aate hain shauk me nahi. 🙏🙏 Thanks a lot.

This is the worst hospital which I came across so far. pure scam! Life of patient will be on risk. Govt. Should ban this hospital. A normal patient may get severe if he/she gets admitted here. Proper managed sort of loot is happening here. Deendayal card of state employees is not accepted here. Billing starts from the very initial moment and they charge lacs of rupees in just a day! Staff is highly paid and so the uncontrolled amount is being charged from patients.

You can come here to witness organized loot. Having experienced dealing with hospitals like Birthright Rainbow, Medanta, Apollo, etc. This stands nowhere in comparison when it comes to facilities and professionalism but is at par or higher when it comes to charges. There is nothing standard including the charges and they vary as per different TPAs or individual payments. I am not sure if that's even legal as per consumer rights in India.

Our experience at Chandan Hospital was truly exceptional. The staff and Dr. Ruchita Singh, our gynecologist, went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Dr. Singh, from the first trimester onwards, was not just a knowledgeable expert but also a friendly and reassuring presence. Her explanations were clear, and her approach made us feel comfortable and well-guided throughout every phase of pregnancy. Her effective follow-up care further solidified our confidence in her expertise.

Doctors here try their best to put patient from normal oxygen to NIV and then to Ventilator so the fees can be charged more. Both NIV and Ventilator charge 7000 Rs per day and oxygen@200 Rs per hour. They would recommend and do all sorts of blood tests. Morning one blood test and evening other and when there is shortage of haemoglobin they would ask you to find donors. The medicines would not cost less than 20k per day. We paid more than 45k many times just for some injections. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone, Please do not admit you loved one here. I lost my mother here. They only let 3 people meet during the meeting hours, If there is one more person then you will have to beg the security to let them meet the patient. Rest all the things are hidden from the user. If the purchased medicines are really going to the patient you wont come to know. Even the windows of ICU are covered with white paper so no-one can sneak in whats going on. If you patient dies on ventilator they would not inform you until next day so that they can charge the extra amount. We had 4 doctors daily visiting our patient and morning and evening they used to give the same status. Each doctor charges 1650 Rs per visit. I never understood what was the need of so many doctors visiting the patient when they used to give the same status most of the times. Daily this hospital would charge 1 lakh or more with ICU charges and medicines.

Before a 2 years, my relative had consulted Dr. Imran Ahmad Khan in urology department for some months & didn't get any benefit when patient told him that we are still feeling problem, he answered now your problem increased we will operate yourself & he behaved so rudely after that outside in gallery other patients told us that this doctor is so rude and worst so his OPD seems always empty, we changed doctor in another hospital & followed his advice, now my patient got normal in 9-10 months without operation, he is living normal life & his medical reports are also normal. So if you will go chandan hospital, never consult to DR. Imran Ahmad in urology . I am giving 1 star for this doctor. Now I think his rude behaviour was so beneficial for us due to this we changed doctor and got good doctor . Chandan hospital if you really read review & take it serious, please don't ask UHID and contact number, investigate on your own basis if you cant investigate your employee work ,its shameful for you & you cant run good hospital .

Excellent sevice, care, and value for money Hospital. The most important thing is the management of this Hospital is unique. Doctors, Nursing staff, attenders, and management staff visit your room/bed frequently to assist you round the clock.

Nursing staff and medical services are excellent. Everything included in the process was done in systematic manner. They took care of patient very well. Every hour, someone from the medical staff takes a visit to the patient and take cares of if any problem is there. Thanks to Chandan Hospital and the team.

Admin staff are rude. Talk nonsense when it comes to rule. They will not provide any rule book and still will argue about policies. They will call you twice a day to ask for feedback, but when you call complain, the guy on other end will act like a Netaji..rude. Not happy. Quoted price always get doubled at the time of final billing. We asked atleast 10 times about what budget should we expect and they always told 70k or max 90.. however we ended paying 130k plus 20k for medicines. Not even diapers are allowed from outside and they give only one option of lowest quality diaper. Funniest thing is they consider diaper as outside medicine 😏.

Management is very bad. Doctors are very irresponsible. even if patient is dying with pain they won't come to inspect what's happening. I was loyal to Chandan Hospital but this time it was clearly visible that business is more important than an individual's pain and life. Even after calling thrice doctor's response was same "Coming after sometime". After 6 long hours he came when patient went unconscious. This is how Chandan is dealing with it's patients. Very much disappointed. Hope this won't happen to anyone.

If I could, I would have given them a minus star. Such a bad decision in my life that I suggested someone for Chandan Hospital. Chandan Hospital is at the forefront in the race of worst staff and worst hospital in the world. Neither the whereabouts of the doctor nor the whereabouts of the staff... And very useless reasons for not coming on time, and for not giving quality food on time. And always asking for money, this money that money...... What else I should write I don't know. Just pathetic service. Never suggest anyone.

Pathetic... Untrained admin & front office staff. Pharmacy Operation Manager (S.v.t. T.w.r. ) is one of the rudest person I ever met. The staff will keep on repeating all rules but when asked how this rule helps patient, they are blank. They will keep on repeating it's in our policy without logical answer. The pharmacy will keep only one variant of products that too of lowest quality. And you can't bring your own from any outside shop. I don't know why they are allowing such brand monopoly in the pharmacy. Might be good margin and high commission paid by companies. they will push it to you through doctors. And when you use, it will be useless. They will not return a faulty used product. Plus you won't find a parking here. They hospital is overloaded. Not recommended.

Dr Imran Ahmad khan - Urologist is highly unprofessional. He has serious attitude and behavioural issues. Doesn't know how to behave to patients family. He lacks empathy, and is very rude. No one visit hospital for leisure time it's always situational and doctor like him doesn't bother and insult you. Never ever visit such unprofessional and rude doctor. Dr Imran Ahmad khan should be replaced immediately else he will tarnish the reputation of a good hospital. Very very bad feedback.

Really good and responsive services. The doctors hear you well and care to explain your diagnoses instead of just making a prescription. I have done both in-person visits and an online consultation. The online consultation was a bit more expensive for some reason but the process of registering and sharing of reports, etc. and the consult itself went pretty smoothly. Definitely recommend to all people who want their worries heard and hear honest explanations for their ailments (especially since hardly any doctors in Lucknow bother doing that).

Worst hospital in the lucknow My daughter die because of carelessness of doctors. My daughter have a normal diarrhea and for blood transfusion they have admitted in PICU(without any concern) there they have installed nasal tube due to that infection increased and my daughter dies. Doctors are not able to treat normal diarrhea.

I was treated by Dr. Alka and it was a smooth journey although I made a transition from gurgaon to Lucknow.Rooms are clean, attendants are professionals alongwith nurses and doctors which is a very rare case. Doctors, Nursing staff, attenders, and management staff visit your room/bed frequently to assist you 27×7. They also call you everyday to know feed back regarding your problem related with service. The whole atmosphere of the Hospital was very supportive and helpful. We were stayed on the 1st floor of the Hospital where all staff were very supportive, caring, and sensitive towards our problem. And the most important thing is all Doctors are very humble and very responsible towards their duty. Thank You

Chandan hospital is a hospital without hospitality. It is a good commercial installation. One feels well about it when he is searched thoroughly at entrance for any food material. First impression at the entry gate that you can't carry any food material either meals or fruits or any gift for the patient or it's attendant and you are totally at the hands of the canteen produces of any quality or at any rate. There are also no any hospitality or helping attitude shown by the gatekeepers, counter staff or nursing staff. Behaviour of Medical officers varies from person to person.

My patient have been admitted many times in Chandan hospital but not a single time I have faced any problem or complain. I want to appreciate HDU dept. Nursing staff and also housekeeping persons as they have taken care of my father more then I can. Special thanks to the management persons of HDU MR. 1) I visited this hospital last month to Dr.Ritesh Kumar Pandey (cardiology). I met for the first time with the doctor. I don't know if he have knowledge or experience. But his behavior is not good. I met him for the first time, and while he was talking to me, he started abusing me without any reason. 2) I went to the MRI, and I see they are using a single apron for all patients; at least they have to give a washed one to a new patient.

When someone from your family is admitted to a hospital , the only thing you expect is best treatment and care. Chandan hospital is doing the same for years now , recently my uncle was admitted after a urine infection and Dr Imran and his team treated him with utmost care. Medicines with affection do wonders and Chandan hospital is perfect for that. Apart from topmost care for patients , the facilities for attendents & family of patient is also very good with clean corridors , hygienic food.

Best doctor in india , the treatment in this hospital start in 3 and 4 days I am fully satisfied with this hospital, and the best part of this hospital is it's cancer department.

World's very worst hospital.Never ever visit in this hospital.I went in emergency for instant relief from Stomach pain of my mother. Hospital staff and doctors immediately asked for admitting the patient in ICU without any diagnosis and were charging whopping amount for admission in ICU. When I refused for admitting they simply looted my lots of money in 2hrs. and said to leave the hospital without any medication.

I'm very thankful to Chandan hospital nd (Dr.sant sir ,Dr.dhairya sir nd Dr. Manmeet sir ) , specially I'm thankful to all the dialysis technician .,my patient was admitted at 2nd floor .I stayed there for approximately 17 days .nursing staff (Anjali Verma ) nd all other staff take good care of my patient. Thanku (Dr.ajay nd Mohin sir) on the 2nd floor who did everything to look into the need of my sister nd mother also .

This is a personal post of appreciation. Thanks to the awesome team at Chandan Healthcare Ltd. . My mother was diagnosed with severe dengue + typhoid co-infection, with fibrosed lungs due to the infection complications. The team at the hospital is amazing and provided excellent healthcare to my mom, who was gasping for breath when we arrived at the hospital, with her O2 saturation falling below 80. Today, she stands almost completely recovered, no longer requiring hospitalisation- All due to the efforts of the staff and specially Dr. Anurag Srivastava at the hospital. We came back home today, stronger and better, with a huge sigh of relief. No child can withstand seeing their mother in pain; thus I am incessantly indebted to the team at Chandan.

Mai Ram Shankar who was admitted in 2nd floor room no 216 was Chandan hospital is a very good hospital which in our emergency time we got immediate treatment.
