The hospital has outstanding facilities and the staff are very cooperative. The doctors are very kind and attentive. The place is not scary as hospitals usually are. My mother's be treated here and So far we've had no complaints and we are confident we won't have any in future. We highly recommend this hospital.

Will not recommend to anyone. Had really bad experience. Few days before i came here for my eyes. They given an appointment of the Dr. Who is not sitting on that day. What's the point of taking an appointment when doctor is not available in your centre, Also they charge heavy fees. His student or assistant attended me they dont know anything she just suggested me one eye drop After using that drop, my eye problems got worse… This place seem to have more of untrained practitioners rather than experienced doctors.

They charge heavy fees and then they have three four rooms ,where different assistants will check eyes. Everytime putting very bright lights into the eyes of patients. Whatever detail they take from patient meanwhile, would not be communicated to doctor and doctor will just hopelessly again put even more bright blinding lights into patients eyes. Asking same questions again, and not telling patient the exact problem he/she is facing,the reason of problem remains unexplained.Then they write costly medicine, that has to be purchased from their own optical and medical center located downstairs in the same building. Pure irresponsible business, doctors are no more God's .Sorry to say.

I got my mother's surgery done (cataract) by Dr Upsam Goel. I have visited eye doctors in almost all the metro cities including Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc but Dr Upsam's TC Eye Centre is the best eye clinic. The Doctors ( Dr Upsam + 3-4 more ) are really amazing and the explain the issue in so simple terms that half of the issue goes away without even any medicine / surgery. The staff is also very prompt in all ways. They also accept cashless surgery for cataract and other issues. One of the best Eye Clinics in Lucknow and Northern India.

Dr. Upsham Goel is not just an amazing doctor but also a great human being. He treats patients with care and ensures that even the family feels at ease. He even provides discounted treatment for those in genuine need and I am really grateful to have finally found him after stumbling upon various other clinics and doctors. With best in class amenities and doctors who are NOT in the profession to just make money out of patients, TC Eye Centre is a good medical facility.

Dr Aparna Lele's sharp prognosis of the problem to my eyesight that I came with and her patience alongwith her two assistants is contributory as well. I got both my parent's eyes operated for Cataract by Dr. Upsham Goel and my experience is excellent. We opted for EMV lens for all 4 operated eyes ( 2 eyes each of both Father and Mother ) and vision has reached 6x6 ( near normal ) after operation. Quality of vision and life improving :) Dr Upsham is an excellent surgeon and equally good a human being as well. Special mention of Pawani, Gulshan, Abhitesh in staff of TC Eye centre who are very polite, supportive and helpful and made our multiple operations hassle free. Must recommend for Cataract operations in Lucknow.

Very bad experience. I took my 11months old son to this hospital for redness in the eye they made us wait because doctor had gone for lunch inspite of taking appointment on call and when the doctor came he didn’t even check Mu son’s eye properly just told us to continue the same drops which we were giving. Next day my son’s eye problem increased and I had to take him to another doctor. TC eye centre charged me Rs1000 and their doctor did not spent 5mins to look at Mu son’s eye. Least professional and waste of money

They are frauds . They messed up my mother's eye surgery and were not ready to take the responsibility . Will not recommend this place to even my enemy . Pathetic staff and doctor .

TC Eye Centre is an unparalleled medical setup. Not only the healthcare is exceptional but the staff, the ambience is extremely hospitable. It's so unlike the usual dull hospital vibe. Further, Dr. Upsham Goel is a gem of a person in himself. Such dexterity yet Sooo sweet and humble , treats patients with utmost diligence . He ensures a treatment with minimum medication and surgeries. My severe Uveitits was quickly controlled by him and I could never be thankful enough. The center is a boon for the city.

All the staff starting from front desk and room no.5 Is frustrated donot have any clue what is going around them, entertainment device such as their cell phone is more important than any patients.

We say that Dr are the most revered people in society as they save the life of people . I wish to share my experiences .My 8 year old daughter suffered from conjunctivitis which was followed by very high fever .She developed redness in her right eye while hàving fever and her eyelids swelled and popped out with eye merely opening as a slit . I took her to T Ceye center for medication .Her treatment started .When the entire world was busy watching the landing of chandrayaan ,and pragyan ...my daughter's eye started bleeding ...literally blood drops dripping and falling on her T Shirt and that poor soul was struggling to see the world. I immediately took her to TC eye center and updated Dr Göel. He treated her and within 24 hours we could she her moving on the recovery path . Dr Goel is a person who believes in deeds rather than words . No words of gratitude are sufficient enough to thank him for all the efforts he did to save my little world . God bless him and guide him to continue with his good and noble work .

I am very satisfied after getting treatment in this hospital, All the staff talk very well and give full time to the patients,the whole staff is too polite and nice Dr. Goel is best surgeon I have ever seen ,He is very humble and polite towards his patients..

My experience with this eye hospital was pathetic, Dr Baranwal looks old and experienced but don't know anything. They charge like corporate hospital and services are like local clinic. I had an accident due to which my eye got injured.. When I met him he said everything is okay.. My eye was completely red, swelling around my eye and black and red spots. Paid ₹1000 fees for nothing, also they didn't prescribed me any medicine not even eye drop.. It's been 7 days and my condition is no better.. Going to meet other doctor now. DO NOT GO TO THEM.. TC EYE CENTRE IS A SPOT FOR LOOT. BEWARE.

Friendly staffs and doctors. We visited for cataract surgery and it was done smoothly. Wait time is little bit more here, otherwise it’s a very nice hospital for any eye related issues.

The very best doctor in eye surgery, my father had cataract problems in both eyes, he is very sensitive in surgery but doctor prepared him and treated him very well. Dr upsham goel is a very good surgeon, I am fully satisfied.
