A fantastic tour of Ford Island, the USS Nevada, USS Utah and USS Arizona memorials/ships. There is a 23 minute video and museum tour prior to shoving off, both of which are very good. Total time of the tour is about 1.5 hours. Well worth the price....which is free. Military ID required for tour. Military folks must wear their Class B uniforms, regardless of leave status. Highly recommend, will do this again. Update as of 4OCT23: Tour has not changed. Still the same great tour and the Navy tour guides are excellent. Highly recommend this tour if you are military or retired military.

Incredible experience, second to none for touring the area if you our part of a VIP delegation. We were able to go see the USS Arizona memorial after hours, with no other tourists there. Absolutely amazing!

This is by far one of the best places I have ever visited. I cannot think of anything else that would be close to topping it. The active duty sailors are more than impressive with their knowledge of the area and events. The actual tour and photos that they have are amazing. The boat tour around Ford Island and to the USS Arizona...will not compare with any other National Monument you can tour. This will be one that you will never forget...it will feel very personal and private with being under 20 people. Very impressive.

With a military sponsor, THE BEST on barge/boat tour of Pearl Harbor to and around the USS ARIZONA Memorial is available here! Must be properly attired - NO jeans (cutoff/ripped/torn, etc.), NO short shorts, NO sandals/slippers, NO beach/swim wear, NO tank tops, NO improper logos on attire!!! Remember, this is a sacred and somber WWII burial site; your humility and respect are expected.

Open to military only (dependents and sponsored guests), this place is an excellent spot. From the tour of the facility to the museum and movie that sets the stage for Dec 7, 1941, then the boat tour of Pearl Harbor. Come check it out.

Was stationed at the Boathouse from January 2001 to December 2002. Best shore duty, hands down. Here's a picture taken on Saturday September 8th, 2001. Left to right, EN2 Cortez, BM3 Mason, Wayne Newton, and myself BM2(SW) Mackey

Respectfully done tour and history lesson on the Pearl Harbor attack given by active duty Navy personnel (even a couple ROTC Cadets from UH joined, presented, handled lines on the boat, piloted the boat), followed by a barrage (nice boat) ride around Ford Island taking in USS Utah and USS Nevada sites, passing the USS Missouri, and then enough time on the USS Arizona Memorial to fully appreciate this hallowed ground. Interesting insights to the history given along the boat ride added to the experience. This is a military only tour (or escorted by a military sponsor). If you can go - highly suggest doing this tour, it's free... Must make reservations, as they only take about 20 per 2 hour tour.

This is a special place. My daughter is a midshipman at the USNA. We've met here for her Plebe summer send off and we've come back to meet and send off new plebes since. If you get an opportunity, grab it. They have a small museum that you can watch the story of Pearl Harbor and see replicas of ships and subs with some important history points and reminders. This was a private event though, so not sure what kind of public access there is for thus area.

Great Pearl tour. Get a different perspective from the harbor itself

One needs to have a CAC and reserve far in advance. This is not for the general public . That said, a very professional experience and deeply thoughtful for those who have served.

Make reservations. Free for DoD personnel & veterans. Ample parking, no gift shop. Head to USS Arizona National Park 🎁 shop on your way out.

I went on a tour of pearl harbor from this place. There are lots of photos around the main entrance and a museum of photos of the event. I got to watch a movie explaining what happened and then they took us out to see the ships. Fun fact, this is the only tour that will take you to see the memorial for the USS Utah. I found that really cool because I grew up and worked in Utah. I loved the respectful attitude everyone had.

Had a wonderful tour of Pearl Harbor. The Navy team at the boathouse is professional and welcoming and provide a pleasant atmosphere for eligible guests. If you are eligible to make reservations, this is a must if you truly want to visit the memorial and park.

As a kid I spent my 4th of July 1976 there. With family friends the Obenours. When there was no bridge to Ford Island. I remember being in the boathouse and a huge jellyfish was floating inside. 44 years ago. Always had a good time there.

Waited a lifetime (70 years) to visit Pearl Harbor. On the way to Guam with my USAF family at age of 3 we must have passed close but I wanted to see and hear the story from experts while afloat. Best boat ride I'll ever have. Thanks Navy. 🙌

👍👍 One of my favorite aviation museums I have ever been in. Seeing the bullet holes in the windows made it really hit home how horrifying it must have been there on December 7th, 1941.
