Food was terrible. The lobster was all mushy like Mayonnaise. Instead of fixing the problem? All I got was "SO SORRY". WORST SEAFOOD PLACE EVER!👎

Two words- food poisoned I get FP quite a lot so it’s not uncommon for me anymore. I figured now that I’ve started eating a few seafood selections, I thought to try this place. I figured if Bristol’s seafood in Kansas City had some amazing catch, surely this island surrounded by a whole ocean would have even better catch. Nah man I was wrong. This place gets no love from me. I wanted to like it but their food is not fresh or cooked properly. I’d suggest you think twice when going there especially if you’ve a weak stomach. I almost didn’t make it out of ER!

The food was good and we didn’t have to wait long but the waiter didn’t come back to refill our sodas and look closely at your receipt! They charged an 18% gratuity as part of the bill then still asked if you wanted to leave a tip. I don’t understand that and there’s no mention about that anywhere that they charge 18% gratuity.

Food was good, fast, however they charged an automatic 18% gratuity for a party of 2. Not sure if that's normal, but was 100% not expected.

WORSE PLACE EVER! We were treated like the OWNER didnt want us to be there! He was being sarcastic with our questions regarding the menus! WHAT THE HELL?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Super rude. We were suprised that he was actually the owner, we’ve never seen an owner of a business treats customers so horribly like that! We were blown away. We used to enjoy going there before and now we will not be back. I’ll make sure to tell my friends and family of how horrible this place is as well!

Not only do they push the top shelf beer right away but the food was absolutely not fresh and was a total nightmare. The only thing edible is the veggies in the boil. So disgusting. Adding gratuity is one thing but then asking for more is ridiculous, I don't know how this place is still open

The restaurant itself is beautiful and far more decorated than the Aiea location, however, the food is terrible here. I ordered the Cajun garlic sauce and it was sweet. How? They need to take a page out of Aiea’s Book and copy their seasoning technique because I was highly disappointed. The staff was inattentive and rude, and seemed very puzzled when I tipped them $1. I could hear him bad mouthing me to another worker in a different language. Overall bad experience and I will never come here again.

Always a treat when visiting this restaurant. Their service is fairly good, but the food is the best! They have plenty of space if you come early and good for large family size.

The fried chicken wings with French fries were delicious but the service left much to be desired. The help spoke to each other in some foreign language And they didn't smile

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The serivce was horrible and the food was even worse. I ordered the snow crab and it wasn’t fully cooked. I am sick now because of the food and I will not be going back. Definitely sticking to the Cajun King in Aiea as the Kaneohe one is not worth the money.

It was a little messy but so worth it.

I thought this place was good cuz they allow you to substitute crawfish for an extra pound of shrimps someway somehow I think I got ripped off on the extra pound of shrimp. As I was eating through the bag and started counting the head so strips I was pulling off I took notice that it was exactly the same amount as a last time I hate death the difference is I took the crawfish with the meal also. The only thing I know is if I have the same amount of shrimp hoods Anna Campbell mule that we ordered the first time and the second thing I ordered substituting the Crawfish and shrimps and I still got the same amount of shrimp heads these people just ripped me off. Bad move bye bye Cajun King I'm never coming back again.

This place is great. Just ate here tonight with the family. The crab is delicious and lots of it. Definitely a must place to go.

Fabulous. Clams were fat and fresh as were the oysters. It was very quiet but having just opened, the word isn't out yet. The hosts were perfect. Definitely recommend, and definitely plan another visit.

Awesome seafood!! Fairly new place so it is a bit small inside. My wife and I order the seafood boil which included snow crab legs, mussels, clams, corn, sausage, potatoes, rice, and shrimp. We just shared with our kids. I got got mine with lemon garlic butter (not spicy) and my wife got just butter (not spicy). Deliciousness! We tired a few seafood spots in Hawaii but this one is the best so far.

Loved it! The food was delicious, serving size was excellent, and staff was very friendly. Great family spot. We enjoyed it and will be returning again soon!

It is delicious, the shrimp in volcano is reasonable for American spice level, and the bread pudding is amazing. Reheats well if you happen to have extra.

The garlic butter crab was good. The sauce was a tad bit sweet. The raw oysters were really fresh and tasty. The selection of food is good, prices are decent. The waiter was really friendly, helpful and efficient.

We came here 2 or 3 weeks ago, all I can say is The taste of the seafood is good but the crawfish seems like it’s not fresh, IT looks like it’s been cooked for days and it feels like they just keep it refrigerated then cook it again or heat it again. ..it doesn’t taste Like a fresh one.. and sometimes the snow crab is not even well cooked and not hot enough, and the lady Owner as well has an attitude. She looks like she’s not even happy from welcoming their costumers..

1st time eating here this evening and it was a great experience! The food was fast, hot and seasoned. They give you a alot of fries. We had our 3 yr old son with us who was in a bad bood and a lady who worked there took him and showed him the fish in the back so my husband and i could enjoy our meal. Great service!

This place was “Hands Down” one of the best restaurants I have visited. From the beginning, the staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fairly busy, and our food came out quickly! Oh my goodness, the shrimp and crab legs are to die four. I wish I could give them 10 stars, that’s how awesome it was! Thanks again!

Horrible service the waitress came to our table to give us our waters and delivered our food that's it we got medium spicy and no water refills for us. The large party of Asians got lots of smiles and service and refills but we didnt the place wasnt even busy so if you're looking for bad service then go over here the Aiea one better
