Wow! Great selection of Musubi's. Can't go wrong here.

I Google mapped food in Kaneohe and this place popped up! They have a parking lot (about 10 cars) next to the building. Pretty open space inside. Two small fridges of cold drinks, sauces , somen salad, and desserts. On the table they have their musubis laid out with signs and prices. Their menu behind and above. Since this was our first time, we picked up a musubi sampler - the tuna was my fave followed by the spicy karaage and salmon. We also picked up dynamite chicken and a Portuguese sausage and egg musubi - ono. Nice people and good food to go! I want to go back for more!

Ono musubis and local grindz. I've been craving gyudon for a long time, since shirokiya closed, and now I got a new go to place for gyudon! Get the regular size cuz it's flavorful and delicious. The musubis are really good, the rice is soft and the nori isn't chewy. The custom combos are on point, my favorite so far is the tuna and takuan. They have a bunch of musubis laid out on the counter, and you can make your own combo too. There's two fridges with cold food, drinks and sauces. The karaage chicken is very good too! The service is very friendly and there's ample parking next to the building.

SHOCKED how amazing the food is here. My partner & I stopped here for a quick cheap bite & were really upset we didn’t get double the amount. The musubi were INCREDIBLE & next time we’ll definitely get more!

While searching the internet for good beef stew on the Windward side I found this place. Drove past alot but always thought it was closed. Went in for the first time and my eyes lit up as well as my stomach...lol. It was recommended to try the Beef Curry and maybe try the Beef Stew next time. The lady said it was a little different from the local style but it was worth it! The Beef Curry and vegetables melted in my mouth it was so ono! I am definitely coming back to try whatever I can...maybe that special Beef Stew. The Potato Salad and Chicken Karaage was also ono. I sampled it with my bowl of Beef Curry. Food was delicious and not oily at all! Gotz to stop by and try the Grindz was AWESOME!

Try the beef stew!! It's the best Japanese style stew you can get on island!! Very hearty and full of food flavor, the beef stew is my comfort food! The musubis are amazing too! Ranging from authentic flavors from Japan (shiso, umeboshi, sukiyaki) to local favorites (spam, ginger chicken, bulgogi kimchi) you won't be disappointed!!

Great service and awesome selection of musubis.

Everything is homemade and fresh. They have a great selection and at times they are busy. It's operated by local family members. The foods are excellent and you can phone in your orders, so it'll be ready for you to pickup your order. There has been times that they already out of things by mid-morning. Very friendly people and great personalities.

Broke da mouth! Very well-executed Japanese flavours all around. Just found this place and l have been coming up with every excuse to justify going back. The musubi options are very original and it’s impossible to do them justice in a review. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed. Just get there early as they run out quickly. if I had one suggestion for them, it would be to make more of the popular musubi to support those who wake up later, as they’re always out by the time I get there. Not a deal breaker, as the bento and everything else they offer is absolutely delicious, too.

The staff is crazy friendly and the food is ridiculously good! I knew this place was quality when each customer that entered after me was greeted by name and had their order known already. I can’t believe there aren’t more gourmet musubi shops around the island but I’m glad there aren’t so these guys can do it!

Small, off the road location, but it's WELL worth the stop! Perfect place for us to find musubis to grab and go. Tried their sampler this time to try a bunch of different ones; they're all so differnt but super tasty! Garlic noodles were ono too! Next time we come back, we will try their plate lunches! Staff here was very friendly and so helpful!

Family business with excellent and affordable food! Located very close to the Botanical Gardens and we were so happy we swung by. We had all 3 flavors of poke, some musubi, and salmon cakes! All delicious and such amazing value! Poke bowl was ~$10, nearly half that in Waikiki! They’re known for the musubi, but it was all delicious. There is a parking lot and there was ample space, since it’s takeout without seating and people just swing by quickly!

Saving that last star. Saw that they had a beef stew ham steak bowl and it was calling my name. But we already bought some delicious musibis!

Delicious and reasonably priced eats. We tried a wide variety of items - musubi sampler, Hokkaido corndog, chicken karaage, yakisoba, garlic noodles and a spicy karaage musubi - and everything was great. We will definitely be back!

If you just finished a hike or a trip to the beach, don't miss Got'z on the way to your next adventure. Everything is incredibly fresh, there are plenty of choices, and fun little dessert options, too!

Great musubis and they got a frozen creme brulee.

Hands down the best musubis we had on the island. Perfectly filled, perfectly seasoned, prefect rice. Can’t ask for anything more than that! Favorites: spicy tuna, spicy spam, furikake spam.

Small shop beside the road. Definitely worth coming here. The lady in the front was amazing and friendly. The food is amazing. Lots of options to choose from. The most variety of musubi I have seen. The poke bowl was delicious and cheap!

Got’z Grindz changed the rice to “Nanatsuboshi” from Hokkaido. It seems that the locals also noticed the deliciousness of the rice ♪

Another must visit spot. Tried a few different things and loved them all. Go go go!

The owners nice just today's cashier was little tacky. We go quite often and ask for a fresh umeboshi because I can't digest the rice when it's hard and she told me you can microwave it why in the world would I want my ume cooked. Despite that I enjoy this place five stars for the place and the food . 2 star for the young girl at the register. It wouldn't have been so bad if she wasn't rude about it

Great Grindz! Unique flat musubi

Loved this place. Found it on Yelp and Google. Very low key, but I had the Japanese Beef Curry. Perfect. Musubi's selection is excellent and yummy. On the day we went, the woman at the register was very, very nice and funny.
