Good Korean food for a decent price, very generous portions and friendly service. The prices of their plates may seem high initially on the high side, but once you get your plate you'll be happily surprised by the amount of food that is packed on your plate.

I got the mini meat jun for under $12. It comes with rice and two choices. They are not stingy with the portion. It was a lot of food. Three layers of meat jun. The egg was soft on the meat. The food was good. The long rice was the best I had on the Island. Kimchee was okay. My daughter liked it. The ladies working are really friendly. Great place to eat in the mall.

Amazing food

Ordered the ribs for takeout....got home 5 minutes later...ribs were cold! Veggies were also cold! What's happening RT?! Usually it's good & fall off the bone, but not this time. Also there was no utensils, napkins or handy wipes. It's a good thing we took it home to eat & not stopped for a picnic. I know this is PANDEMIC times, but I expected more from you guys. Sorry, it's a 1 star!

We stopped by at this restaurant after Bon Dance at the Mall. Almost all other restaurants were closed but they kept open for us. The staff was very kind and food was very good!

I’m Korean by ancestry. This place serves the best Korean plate lunch in Kaneohe. They are fast, huge portions, and the Pahn Chan (side dishes) are awesome! Did I mention they have $1.60 musubi AND Coke Zero fountain?

This place felt like it could’ve had the potential to be really good. But 20$ for a tiny piece of chicken that didn’t taste that good is not worth it. My wife asked for a sprite and she got a seltzer water instead, I had asked for a ginger ale which looked like ginger ale but tasted like a stale sprite. The appetizers were good but the meals were below satisfactory. Overall I don’t recommend this place, for the Expensive price that we payed by the end of our meal it was not worth it at all. If you want a nice place to go to GO to Outback Steakhouse.

Great service and delicious food. Food server was courteous and friendly and helpful. My brother enjoyed celebrating his.birthday there. Also had the chicken and avocado burger. Delicious!

We had an order delivered and my order was messed up so bad (like half of the main components missing) but one phone call later and we were so satisfied with how they were able to make up for it. Went back the next day for dinner and they remembered our issue and were so nice. The food is delicious (better than on the mainland).

Probably my fave Korean place on this side. In Windward mall and made to order. Not pricey and their fried chicken is great. Today they were kinda sloppy with the sauce (it wasn't covered or mixed all the way) and our sided were mixed up but we swapped and enjoyed.

Great place if you're looking for Korean fusion food with enormous portions. I got the "mini" size and I couldn't even finish half of it. Great choice of sides and flavors were pretty decent.

1st time getting food from here. I had the chicken curry and moments of getting my food a bunch of flies got on top of my plate.. while I was trying to dine in on the table right in front of the place. I spoked to manager and told me they couldn’t replace it. 15$ down the drain. Not sure if I’m coming back here again. I only had 2 bites of my food.

The cucumber kimchee had no kimchee flavor. Was like eating a plain cucumber. I could see some sauce below on the bottom of the plate though under the cucumber.

We had a meeting today at Valley of the Temple and ended up at Windward mall. We were so glad to have been served by Travis. He was so on it, he brought everything that we needed when we needed it. He was able to tell us about all the dishes we were interested in. He gave us great suggestions. We will be coming back to this location.

I was impressed by the flavor and texture of the Meat Jun and the portions, especially the sides. Prices are high but all Korean places seem to be higher than standard plate lunch prices. Considering this place is in a mall too. Will try again.

Ordered the veggie plate with brown rice (namasu, seaweed salad, Choi sum, and daikon kimchee) for dinner. First, the owner forgot to write up my plate and started arguing with his employees that he made a pl My friends bulgogi tasted like burnt shoyu beef, both of our rice was really mushy. Then, a couple hours later, I'm suffering with severe stomach and lower back pains, and on the verge of throwing up. Been suffering for 5 hours. Not sure how my friend is feeling, have to wait until the morning to call. Never again.

Portions are awesome, veggies were yummy, but entrees lacked seasoning.

Just ate there this evening. My Girlfriend and my stomach is in pain. We ate the kimchee and the other vegetables, after 30 min both our stomachs were in pain. I don't know if anyone else has the same complaint.

My favorite KBB place on the windward side. Good portions and good food. Prices are decent and pretty much in line with all Korean BBQ spots. Love the Bull Ko Gi and spicy pork!

This ruby Tuesdays has some local food. Saimin and Loco moco. Ended up going for happy hour. Good service, decently priced beer. Rice could've been better, but gravy and burger were good. Egg cooked well

It is what it is... always the same, just not my favorite & since it took away its salad bar, it's hardly worth going. Four stars is a gift in my opinion.

Freshly cooked food. Recommend the grilled chicken and avocado burger. Nice thick napkins too!

Lunch and dinner is decent but I really miss the salad bar. Aa for breakfast, stay far away from the pancakes. They were horribly dry, hard and tasteless. Mcdonald's hotcakes are 10 times better. The only breakfast item we found that was good was the loco moco ... If you consider that breakfast. It's actually pretty good. Other than that I won't go to RT for breakfast that's for sure.

We always have good customer service here. I usually get the Mango Kiawe Ribs, it usually doesn't let me down. The sides could be heated to a higher temp. Sometimes the plate is hotter than the sides. The ruby relaxers are a fun alcoholic drink. They have $1.99 beer specials too.

Food was good and received our food fast. Wanted to watch the football game but only one screen was foodball all others had UFC.
