I couldn't much tell you what I was eating, but it was one of the best meals I ever have had especially while trying something new. There was so much flavor and texture (and I'm not even a foodie like that)! I really enjoyed the dumplings. They had a nice crispy outside in some areas from being pan-fried or seared. They were cooked well and had delectable insides! 😩👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 They were awesomely good! I got the garlic flavored ramen, a #10 and the pork was flavored so uniquely. I enjoyed how each element of the bowl had a unique flavor and when you put them together it was just amazing. In the end, I ended up pouring the sauce from my dumplings into my ramen and that was just even MORE amazing. The summary of this all is that it was amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My go to when craving noodles. Love the miso broth, so rich. The noodles are fresh and don't get soggy. Gyoza is a must🤘

Returned again. Ramen with noodles are a great meal for older people who prefer softer foods that do not need lots of chewing to eat.

Excellent ramen. A bit pricey though. Comes with good quality.

OMG. I'm the last person on this planet to crave Ramen. This place is like no other. The broth is amazing. Hats off to the chef. I only get the #3 with side of Gyoza. A bit pricy, especially for a place in the mall. Well worth it, with NO REGRETS.

So good. You wouldn't expect such good ramen and gyoza in a mall.

Authentic, Japanese ramen. Best I've had in Hawaii & as good as the best I've had anywhere. Fantastic, myriad options for a kiosk sized restaurant. Fast & delicious. Gyoza is outstanding too. This is a destination for me, not a lunchbreak.

Went today for lunch on the recommendation that "This is my favorite ramen". Got an order of fried gyoza and the Manichi Special Tonkotsu Shibori ramen. The fried gyoza are billed as the #1 in Japan. Might be #1 in Japan but #15 in Oahu. Gyoza was a combination steam and pan fried and then literally smothered in chopped green onions. Texture was off due to the combination of being steamed and pan fried. Flavor of the filling was meh for sure. The ramen broth on the other hand was the star of the show. Lots of deep, velvety sesame flavor mixed with pork fat from the bountiful pork belly. I did not get a soft boiled egg with mine but instead received a hard boiled egg that looked like it had been marinated in some type of shoyu marinade. Not a speck of creamy egg yolk to be found. I asked if they could make it spicy but I think the cashier/cook didnt want to venture off of the prescribed recipe. She said they already put some chili seasoning in it. And yes, she was the only person working the cash register and preparing the food. Another employee showed up but he showed up after we received our food. This is by no means the best ramen in Oahu and certainly not the best ramen in Kaneohe. Overal, it was great for mall kiosk food as that is what this place is. It is not a sit down restaurant and does not pretend to be. However, the price did represent a sit down restaurant price.

There's always ONE worker doing EVERYTHING from taking ur order, cashier, AND prepping your food. Please be patient and kind AND tip the person generously. We should be thankful for these folks who do hospitality work when everyone just wanna not do anything. Many thanks! Delish food as always.

Unexpectedly good. Totally did not expect a ramen place inside a mall to have ramen with such full flavored broth. Noodles were perfectly cooked. Rice and stewed muy vegi was also perfectly cooked. So delicious! I could’ve had another bowl of each!

This is my first time eating here. We got the #9 spicy shrimp combo and a extra order gyoza! The food is delicious! Lots of goodness in our tummy lol. It's kind of pricey for food court but it's worth it.

We ordered two number 2 which are non spicy but ended up with the spicy soup. When we informed the staffs, none of them seemed to even care. Not recommended!!!!

So, we were driving through the island and decided to Google places to eat noodles. This place came up. Its in a food court of a mall but it's absolutely amazing! We were looking up vegetarian options, which is a challenge in Hawaii for noodles since most all of the broths are pork based. We ordered the Shoyu ramen and the Takana bowl and both dishes work very good! Better than noodles that we've had in Honolulu. Definitely recommend this place.

Food was very tasty. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I ordered the teri burger plate and it was very delicious. The mac salad had tuna which made it tastier. If you are ever in windward mall stop by this place and at least try their spam musubi.

Good service. Manichi Special Ramen was pretty good but didn't think gyoza was best in Japan as claimed.
