The service was great. I also had the free frosty since I had the FOB. They really do a great job in making sure you get exactly what you order and the food was great. Only thing I didn't get my receipt.

Went through the drive thru, ordered, got my food, and after I drove to my destination and opened what I thought would be a tasty burger, along came a spicy chicken with extra mayo, extra tomatoes, and extra lettuce. Sadly, it was not the big bacon classic juicy burger with no onions and extra pickles. I’m a pretty forgiving guy but this wasn’t even during lunch or dinner rush. There were only a few cars present, so yea, one star for robbing me of that juicy burger experience I was really looking forward to. Sad thing is it’s not even worth calling to complain. Though I can imagine how the person who got my juicy burger might feel since they were expecting a spicy chicken with all the extra toppings. Sad day all around.

First time in the aiea store. Food was disgusting snd tasted like the bottom of a fish tank. The hamburger was dry and the fries were stale. The food made me physically sick after eating it. Would not recommend this Wendy's

They advertise that they are serving breakfast "now", but "now" means "just during morning hours" (unlike McDonald's, Jack In The Box and others. Wasted trip.

The location is in a little lot on your left if you're coming from HI-1, it could easily be missed if you're not paying attention. I went here to get 4-for-6 for and Apple Pecan salad. The drive thru was fast and the Associates friendly.

Love the baked potato and chili for a quick meal and also the chocolate frosty! The Aiea store is quick and the Pearl City, Puuloa is very busy but all the stores have very friendly service and employees.

For people who are reading this (((hopefully))) I'm an Wendy's employee and our Dining Room is temporarily closed due to short staff and/or workers. Just today 6/30/2022, 2:50PM. We are short to 4 workers working on a busy day. Expect slow orders. This will continue until our boss, Jessica Adolfo hires more people. It'll be a slow process and I'm not sure when we'll open the Dining Room again. Thank you for understanding.

Nice people, food was fine, but we had long line at the drive through. Everything was about what you'd expect.

I'm happy that Wendys offers regular non season fries as an alternative with their breakfast combos. For me the seasoned potatoes were too spicy and strong for me.

Consistently quality and service for a Wendy's. Frequently visit drive thru. The drive thru usually has a long line so be prepared.

We are fun of Wendy's food. But the shop was very hot I would even say kind of smelling.

One of the few Wendy locations I like to hang around in every good once in a while. They are open til 10pm so it gives me more than enough time after work to come enjoy a meal, wind down, and refresh myself with a good salad. 👍 I normally like the strawberry salad special during the summer, but their new Cobb salad is a good second for me.

We made the mistake of eating here on Apr 16. As soon as we walked in I knew I should turn around. Unfortunately I didn't. Wendy's is usually pretty good. This was terrible. The restaurant was empty except for us and there was very little drive thru traffic that I could see. Yet the order was ready within seconds. The fries were obviously very old. The burger was cooked who knows when; it was hard and dry. Even the bun was, surprisingly, stale and hard. I ate very little of it because it was not remotely fresh. We were the only customers and there was a lot of staff. One of the employees was smoking outside the main entrance. We actually found it quite uncomfortable. I honestly cannot believe how bad it was. Wendy's corporate does not care and has not replied to anything.

Wendy’s is Wendy’s. But this crew. Phenomenal. The lady who works the drive thru window is like the nicest lady I’ve ever met at a drive thru window. These people are living life and it made this experience so so wonderful! Made my day. Forget the food I ordered. Talking to these guys was a party!! Will be going back again and again purely for the workers!!

The shorter than average female who took our order was rude and condescending. Maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn’t excuse providing negative customer service. Amazingly my order was correct but I don’t have any desire to come back to this location and reward them with my patronage. Wendy's wherever you go is hit or miss. On the days where the whole team is running at the same place the food is phenomenal- nothing quite like it. When you get someone who is just there for the paycheck and doesn't care about the quality of food or service provided, the whole experience is mediocre at best. When it comes down to it though, I always take my chances with Wendy's.

Waited in line for 45 minutes before they closed only for the snotty little manager or whoever she was to tell us no one else in line was getting served because the line was too long. They also waited 5 to 10 minutes in between taking each order.

There’s a huge reason why I decline Uber order deliveries from this Wendy’s. This Wendy’s location has got to be the worst Wendy’s I have ever went to for Uber deliveries. All the staff(especially a short, elderly, Filipina woman; she is the worst and will make the Uber drivers fill drinks(That’s not allowed by Uber/they must fill the drinks, not the Uber drivers). They also seem as if they all hate their lives and will make Uber and door dashers wait a long period of time due to their jealousy that they in fact don’t make as much. ^^^ They also make as many bags as possible, without putting it in one huge delivery bag and watch you struggle to walk out of the door. Moving forward, if you do any food delivery app., don’t waste your time with this Wendy’s location. They are trash.

My family and I had a great experience there tonight. We were greeted on arrival. The cashier was patient as my kids decided what they wanted and had good customer service. As we were leaving, they thanked us and asked us to dine there again. We will be back!

I think my favorite part about Wendy's is that the food isn't too greasy. Salads are great and those sugar cookies with Frosty are super good!

Bacon on the baconator fries were past burnt, and there was too much syrup in the blueberry pomegranate lemonade.

Probably the worst Wendy's I've visited. The burger patty was so dry and had an off taste. Possibly previously cooked and then warmed up a day later. Gross.

Whoever is working today (Thursday 9/14/2023) needs a raise and a day off. All the dudes working the drive thru window did the following: - were super chill to order from - were super chill when I asked to correct a mistake I made placing the order - were super quick about making the adjustment - got the whole order correct despite my confused self making it harder for them - hooked me up with that ghost pepper ranch 11/10 experience

Hits the spot when you're after comfort fast food

I enjoy stopping at this Wendy’s since access is easy at the intersection due to a left turn arrow. I used the drive through on my last visit which was fast, efficient with great staff interaction. I ordered a sauce, egg, cheese sandwich with fries. If you like ketchup be sure to ask for the ketchup when you place your order. Pre-Covid visits were always enjoyable with the inside of the restaurant very clean.

I had the triple Decker Baconator. And man that was good. I always thought that Jack in the Box Ultimate cheeseburger what's the best but Wendy's just Beat It

Went into drive thru. They almost forgot to give us our drinks. Ordered 2-$6.00 meals, didn’t get our sauce for the nuggets. Fries were cold and no ketchup. Also ordered sour cream and chives potato, they didn’t give us the sour cream. Thanks for nothing. We are townies and this is the 3rd time a row this Wendy’s let us down, I thought 3rd time was a charm, guess not. What another let down.

Given wrong order from drive through. Received only half of order. Drove from Kaneohe to Aiea about 15 miles bill was around $22.00 dollars. Never going back ever again;

Tried the new pub cheese bacon fries and burgers which were excellent.

What can I say? It's Wendy's and we all know they have good burgers and good Frosty shakes lol. But yes the crew members were cool and nice to get along with.

Never really explored their menu before. They have a lot of items that are really good for those with limited funds and a small appetite. Definitely going to return more often! The service was great to! Very personable! Just that their parking lot is a little tight.

Burgers are so yummy 😋 Frosty , chicken nuggets, wide selection and can't forget the chili.

I check the door sign show they will close at 8pm on December 31, but actually they close early at 7pm.

For my orders wrong! 1 both cups are marked (couldn't tell which one was dr pepper or coke) until you took a sip. 2 order #1 (no onion) it had onion Order jalapeño burger (comes with onion) there was none.

Had a baconator and a large chili. Always good. Nice friendly staff. A little bit of line at drive thru. Its to be expected during covid crisis but the staff is handling really well. So everyone just be patient show some aloha.
