Unsatisfied... Report is incorrect for biopsy. When I was retested in orchid it was positive and again retested in pals it was positive... So don't trust on J. Sharan.. behaviour of staff security guard are pathetic.. car parking is unavailable nd gaud will fight nd abuse if you park on street also... They think the road was owned by them

Worse Lab in ranchi. Dont go to test here.Not trust report of j saran.I did ultrasound for stomac pain. I have aambilical hernia. But j saran report tells normal.But stomac pain not stop. Before it i ultrasound another place and report came as AMBILICAL HERNIA. So pl. Dont faith on J SARAN lab. Test is costly and trustable. Pl. Go another place for test.

Frauds, don't use them if you have another option. Today I called them for Covid antibody test as Thyrocare is struggling to manage the demand. They charged me Rs1500 and was asking Rs3000 for getting the test for 2 of us. Where as Thyrocare charges Rs650 for the test of 2. This is in the order of 5times. I don't understand how can people be so opportunistic specially in the healthcare sector and in situations of helplessness. On top of that when the report came they don't have seperate numbers for the IgG and total, they just have total antibody(which essentially can be from any viral infection not just SARS COV-2). These people should be punished by boycott when normalcy comes back. God save people from these frauds.

It's bit expensive for tests according to other pathology labs in ranchi but it's quiet popular. They have more over 100 tests facilities and scanning centre. They also provide home services you can book an appointment for that. The area is clean and services are also nice

Absolutely pathetic. Very delayed delivery of reports. They are very unprofessional and do not know their job. They don’t receive the call on the number given. They are just making money by fooling their customers.

Completely unsatisfied.. I was worst experience in j sharan ...i did Ultrasound in j sharan but report was completely wrong...in report she mentioned that its walls appear finely irregular with focal asymmetric thickening with maximum thickness 4.6 mm along the lest posterolateral aspect of UB. I was very depressed in last 15 day due to report and medicine . Later I have done my CT urography there is no such mass found .It was mistake of radiologist and j sharan is doing business by giving incorrect report and suggesting CT scan for money.. i am submitting the proof.

Useless place...if one has 3-4 hours in hands then only visit the centre...people at reception misguides you...you were left holding your pee for more than 03 hours (which i personally feel is inhumane).

Worst experience ever! Don’t trust this centre with Critical cases, they will take the sample and not give you the reports on time and then behave that it is somehow your fault.

Faculty is poor. They don't attend calls n jst cancel it out. Pathetic faculty members.

Heavily overpriced. Booked IgE+CBC test. What costs 400+300 in Thyrocare costs you 1500+850 here. Add to that, the report was pretty much useless for me. I have a high IgE count(~5500). So I got this test done to get the latest count. Guess what, the report mentions it as >2500. Thanks but no thanks. Only benefit is you will likely get the report the same day. So unless you are are in a hurry, avoid!

Good place to visit for checkup. Good location and clean environment. Polite staff members. Bit costly but the lab is well equipped with instruments and tools. Skillful doctors. To book a rest or to view report :- One can download (Dr. J. Sharan Pathological Laboratory) app from Google play store.

First they are expensive. Even knowing that I went there to get quick service. As expected I was told my report will be ready in 2 hours. Fair enough. The main centre, where I went was clean and systematic. I asked about the online report in advance as I was not able to collect from the centre. They said positively it will be available on the website after two hours. Very precisely I got an SMS after two hours that my report will be available in 30mins in web as well as in app. Since then I am trying to download the report with the User ID and password that were provided to me but without any success. I tried to reach them multiple times on landline as well as mobile number that’s provided in the website, but they are not picking. Now I am in my doctor’s clinic and without report.

Very very Expensive for small test also. Also had to wait in person for 8 hours to get the result. The same tests can be done in other widely present diagnostic centres at a fraction of the cost. Staff is present only there to collect money. Over-staffed in billing desk but under-staffed in doctors doing test.
