The rooms were good, spacious and well maintained. Ample parking space available and the location of the hotel was good as well. We didn't avail any service during our stay but from my friend I heard that they ordered tea and were served late. Overall a good staying experience.

Rooms are good. Corridors are excellent with Granite floors. Air Conditioner cooling is okay, but it's operating with heavy noise. Unhealthy to sleep. Central Air conditioner may be introduced. Fan is smooth and excellent. Bathroom ceiling Paints require rework. Walls require dusting and needs immediate cleaning. Tea / Coffee arrangements may be introduced inside rooms through Electrical Kettles and Ingredients. Parking is tight, as it's in town.

Worst service and room is not worth for money. AC will work but no proper functioning remote they will say to adjust. Damaged bedspread, TV same as AC issue, no proper remote you need to call them minimum twice for everything.

Nice place to stay with family, safe, calm inside. They don't have restaurant but you can order food they will arrange person to get it with very limited menu. Hot water available 24/7. Rooms are very spacious with king size bed along with sofas and table. Linens are clean, they provide toiletries. Front office person available 24/7. It's old building, could have maintained little more. The bathrooms are big and non slippery floor.

One of few best hall to organize functions and meeting in Karaikudi. But it doesn't have a parking facilities come with. One have to pay extra to avail it is to rent an empty land near the hotel.But it has a transport hub near at walkable distance.

Food Service - You can order whatever local delicacies you want to munch on. Staff - Very quick and courteous staff and quick fulfillment of services. Room - Pretty Spacious , Cozy Room, Thanks for the wonderful AC you people were a saviour for me in this scorching summer. All round it was a very good stay experience at HSP. Keep up the great work. Bagyaraj and reception staff were Great.

Rooms are good, need to maintain cleaning much more. Maintenance also need more. Some damages in bathrooms and wardrobes not services looking ugliness.

Good and neat place to stay. Lots of shops and restaurants are close to this place. I would recommend this place to everyone. No inhouse restaurant available.

Very indecent behaviour of staff. I booked the room through yatra and got confirmation too. But when I went thru say no rooms available. We blocked the rooms. But yatra over ride and booking. If they block how I was allowed to choose rooms in yatra site. They said that is not their problem. When they say this the time was 11 pm. Next day marriage day all over Where I will get rooms. When I called yatra they automated voice says you call between 8 am to 8 pm. So I was forced to sleep in the car.

No restaurant attached and no good hotels nearby for food. Bathroom is a foot higher from the floor and inconvenient for seniors. Lobby is quite claustrophobic and no cross ventilation. Staff are friendly and try their best to provide good service. Location is good.

Room was old but ok. Has some very old TV and light fixtures. No hot water in the morning. Parking available for a few cars. Easy check-in and check-out.

Rooms are good. I booked the room over phone and reached there. They told that morning breakfast is included with the booking. But when reached they told the breakfast is supplied from out side in a parcel around 8.00 - 8.30 am either idly or two dosa or poori masal or Pongal (any one). I asked for dosa after half an hour they told dosa will be delayed so I opted for idlis. It was pathetic.

Oldest hotel with no updated rooms or AC which will make u regrets

It's a clean good hotel....lacks certain amenities for the pricing. Like kettles, glasses hair dryers etc...but considering the remoteness of location of the town...it's a good bet to stay....
