Stayed with family for a night. Great location to a number of heritage houses. The house could be maintained and more facilities for the price charged. WiFi wasn't working. TV needs two plugs so an extension should be added to TV table (see pictures). Hot water ran out and had to wait for sustainable solar heaters to heat up. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely staff who do everything within their limits to get you comfortable.

We just went to have lunch only today. Available only veg meals and few chicken varieties. Ordered Veg meals with Chettinad chicken to taste the chettinad cooking style. I could say that food was below average. And chicken taste was not good. Even my place chicken varieties and taste will be much much better. Other non veg items like, mutton, fish can be cooked if we preordered. I would say that, food taste aren’t good at this place. Better to have at Karaikudi.

We stayed here for a night. The place is located at a walkable distance from all the heritage homes. Although not very fancy, the rooms were clean. The AC was working and car parking was available. We had only breakfast here and it was quite okay.

Had been here for lunch, the meals were amazing. Value for money!!

Great location. Bad staff and uninviting vibe. Rooms are poorly maintained, and the shower is full of muld and bugs. Feels I hasn’t been cleaned for years. Very overpriced.

We ordered 5 coffees and waited over 30 minutes just for the manager to say that they were closed. My family asked why they didn’t tell us that earlier and why the had an open sign at the front of the building. The manager started yelling at us and was very rude. Would not recommend.

*A super place to have food as had a scrumptious Chettinad thali. *Service is fast and clean dining area with ample space. *The rates are reasonable and only they do not serve filter coffee during meal times. So could not have one.

Rooms are bigger size. Complementry breakfast available. Very calm place. Prices are very competitive compare to other hotels in this village. Nearby kanadukathan raja palace. Cleanliness should be improved. Food taste was amazing. Maybe 4 cars can park inside the hotel. Balcony is common for all the rooms. We don't like these type of balcony. Private balcony is better for privacy.

Everything is good about this restaurant but the food can be better. For their hospitality I would like to give 5 stars, but I had much better food in small restaurants in and around Karaikudi which are insanely cheap and delicious, which stops me from providing more stars to this restaurant.

We had our lunch there. Good non vegetarian food, veg food is homemade style, but below average. Ambience is okayish, not well maintained.

The palace shown in the picture is not at all connected with this hotel. That is separate one. Little expensive. staff working in the hotel not up to the level. No response for essential needs like hot water for bathing & all. Better to avoid this place for family trip. They must counsel or change staff staff.

An aged beauty. Many taps were leaking. But room is clean, and comfortable.

Veg meals 180 and fish fry 250 for two piece food not worth.. They are taking 30 mins for meals

Wow. Excellent food with very good taste. Feel like eating at your home. Had a very good lunch. Potato fry, snake guard kootu, sepankizhangu karakuzhambu, beans carrot poriyal, sambar, fish fry, rasam, chicken gravy ... All these were my favourite here. Chicken chukka is less spicy. Also fish curry is less in taste. You can improve this.
