Good amenties in flat and club house, there is shuttle court and playing area for kids...

At the time of my vacating the flat F 204, the Secretary of the OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION put us into lot of embarassment and the rental advance paid by us to the owner of the Flat was held to ransom by the Secretary who wanted us to do almost a renovation of the flat, citing some parts of an Dead Lease Agreement and slapping a Maintenance Charge of Rs.2600 on us for December 2019. when we had actually vacated the flat and handed over the keys to the Association on 22.11.2019 itself. The Association inside practises the policy of "ROB PETER TO PAY PAUL"......for the Welfare of the Owners of the Flats. The saddest part of the story is that we ourself own five flats across places and we never treated our tenants anywhere anytime like this in the last almost 15-20 years...

It is one of the best place for me to come by very happy mind.it is the best residency I never seen. It has lot of parking facility.it is nice place.

Located roadside and a very good location. You will get access to transportation easily and also lots of shops banks super markets. The flat itself is maintained very well and it's a peaceful place to live in. I like and enjoy my stay at this place always

Nice layout but no ro facility

Very beautiful apartment, with villas.. All facilities available including swimming pool gym, security.. Best place to stay near by city limits

Nice maintenance of residency and security residency.

Well designed complex with all the bells and whistles - Unmanned grocery shop with sensors for validation and grocery card payment mechanism was a surprise. Lots of garden space for elders.

Gated community have both villas & apartment too well maintained, indoor & outdoor play area for kids to play, CCTV is not available, have a small shop to buy home needs.
