Very bad experience... Doctor advised my mom to go with operation and all the process is done for operation and also covid test is taken... Finally we spent some money for that and on the Operation date doctor said no need to go with operation and they again suggested the specs. Its a bad experience.

we have been purchasing lenses in lotus for past 14 years.This time we purchased branded crizal lenses .The upper layer of the lense started peeling off and this is in a year's time and they deny to replace them. We had a complain previously and this is the second complain on the same spectacles. Bill no:2261.The service was not satisfactory

You need to take one day leave and come this hospital. Because it will take half an hour for the registration, 2 hours for the first examination, 1 hour for the doctor consultation, 1 and half hour for getting prescription and another half an hour for giving the medicine.

Very worst. Need to wait minimum 3-4 hrs to see main doctor. Even preliminary tests are also very slow.

Visited Hospital for eye check-up. Staffs were very kind and helpful. Doctor explained everything clearly. Total experience was fantastic.

Really very good hospital I went for a normal eye test and even after three days I came home they contacted me and asked me how I am now and if there is any other problem I am taking the medicine properly. Very appreciative staff. Only issue is there was no separate toilets for ladies and gents (Out patients)

Hospital is well structured, Good care taking, Quick response less waiting time to take the test. Well staffed and knowledgeable nurses LIke Kalpana Devi. She is very patient and very responsive to the needs of their patient, well mannered. Had to go back for further treatments with them. I suggest to check in this hospital. Thank you.

Don't plan to go this hospital for eye checkup waste of time and money... Don't hear patient problem only their norms followed.... Un satisfied for eye checkup and management responsibilities.... Duty nurse and staff irregular response for patients issues... Their system only followed...
