    One month before did service and service person damaged the body part. Irresponsible service technicians and they charge at least 1000/- per service without doing any proper work. I have compliant to Yamaha corporate office as well. Please service bike with some other dealer.

    I won't even give one star but can't give review so writing. Worst ever response from chief mechanic and staffs. They always want money from vehicle owners. I have been asked to pay 30k for simple mudguard demage. Only spend 3k for original mudgaurd in outside.

    All of please don’t go this show room waste your money.. Very worst showroom. I lost my RC book (10-09-2022). I checked all place and also ask showroom. But they said book not here. And I raised complaint to police and I bought Duplicate RC book. Now showroom call me (24/06/2022) sir your book here. I spent amount for duplicate RC Book amount 4000.. and also I lost my bike value . Showroom staff and employees irresponsible 😡 especially manager.. I don’t know how he come manager posting . Very very worst showroom and staff.😖..

    After third service they not provide proper responses..and last month ma bike met with accident so I kept there for service,and the front part of ma bike was damaged by accident but I dono y they worked in rare break and they not even fit the rare break shoes.. .now the caliber was fully damaged ...and also I want all my parts back but they provide another bikes spares to me... most of the workers work for their training not as a good skilled...I'm really worrying abt their service...almost I lost 30k but I'm not satisfied abt their work now I Took ma by to near by shop...here after I suggest u gyz don't waste your money and valuable time for spending thiz irresponsible place...

    Worst customer service ever.. please don't do any service here.. Seriously, they never do the service properly. If we want to contact owner to complain about it they say owner is not available. Really felt bad about their service and workers response. A big noooo to this service centre

    Editing this after two weeks from the date of bike recieved, still not get the clarification for the amount i have paid.Please make it asap. Rathika sales executive, The service and the explanation about the comparison between fz-S and pulsar was good and also the service provided by her is fine. Invoice is delayed.

    I have bought new MT15 vehicle on March 15 2023. Before first service I faced coolant liquid leakage issue in engine top. Which was reported during first service,After getting vehicle from service the same next day itself faced the same leakage issue. Then again given vehicle for service to the same issue and after 5 days from service date getting the same leakage issue. Getting such worst service and vehicle with such issue with in one month after buying is horrible and I was totaly unhappy with product and as well as your dealers service.

    Last week I did service here and I feel that they have improved as compared to earlier. And they are trying to give the best. Appreciate and applause.. Only my request pls intimate the status to the customer incase delaying to take the bike from service or any other assistance like parts.. my opinion, we should meet out the promised date for service. Customer satisfaction is very important for business growth.. Best of luck Team..
