Haven't came across any receptionist like this in my lifetime. I am watching her for the past 6 months it's high time doctor must retrain their staffs to treat visitors and patients better. Her body language says she is not interested to work and as if she work like a government staff. Couple of my friends has asked about the experience with this hospital. Only because of receptionist I told them to look someother hospital. It is high time to take steps or hospitals reputation will be spoilt in no time with this pathetic customer service.

I am giving it a 2star only because of receptionist and nurses. Doctor take good care, explains things. We visited this hospital for maternity. Receptionist is not at all people friendly. She yell at nurses and people around. Nurses not responding to the questions about the baby. They take baby to special ward and if we ask reason they just respond as “you are allowing people to see baby” that’s the reason.

Very worst behavior by receptionist and sometimes doctor as well. i went 3 times and all 3 times they are irresponsible in someway. .. They forget how to speak politely to patients. I came back very disappointed always. I am an Mtech holder (Prabhu Rajagopal- Ex Saudi Maintenance Engineer) and feel bad for their behaviour. I am wondering how they behave with other normal people

People like to come only coz of Ismail and Sathya doctor. They take time to explain and friendly. No hygienic at all in hospital rooms. I couldn't see any hand sanitizer in the whole hospital. Worst nurses, I never seen such irresponsible/unprofessional staffs, will come to rooms and check patients status only before five minutes of doctors arrival-to update him. Very bad rooms-cant imagine🤮

Doctors and nurse are good in their work, but receptionist is very worst, dont have a common sense, they should change her.

This is one of the worst hospital which I have ever seen... If you wait a doctor for ten minutes.,you will get intolerable mosquitoes. So you can go back to home with a new illness. I have asked to reception for complaint box, they shoshowed one recycle wastebin and told , "this is our complaint/suggestion box. Also they remind me that, there is no use by complaining... Nothing will happen like that... To consult a doctor, you have to wait at least 1 to hours. Worst, worst, worst.....

Lady Doctor never listen to our doubts and clarifications.Has to learn the basics of customer/patients satisfaction.

I am really happy with the doctor and hospital. I want to check my child before going to abroad with just one day in between and doctor helped me to get my son checked and scan asap and it was a big relief that too with pure service mind not expecting any special fee. We definitely need such an understanding and helping doctors more.

Hospital is very nice... Dr. Vishnu priya mam, Dr.ismail sir & all staff's..super respect.

Pros : 1. House keeping are doing their job great. 2. Medical section - billing and response it too good. Cons : 1. Receptionist -> Worst behavior and no manners, the house keeping people are really great compare with the Receptionist. No proper response, always blaming on the patient's guardians to reach out them. 2. Nurses --> I have never met like these people in my life, They are not educated, they behave like a street people, Whenever they enter to the room, kids are started crying a lot by looking them. They never say any humble words to the kids, they will come and go, if people ask any doubts or questions they will never respond. 3. Doctor --> He'll visit the patient when he has time, He is not scheduled with the Patient review time. Even if you ask for any need, he'll never respond. 4. Hospital Maintenance --> When I admit my kid, there was no water available in the rest room even after notified, it takes more than 15 hrs. to get water. The water purifier is also not working fine, I was not able to give hot water to my child, I went out to get the hot water. 5. Rooms --> Full of mosquitos and fan noise is too much. Rest rooms are not good, tap and basins are damaged. 6. Finally the bill, For AC rooms they are charging RS.2500, it is fully waste and worthless. For three days the charges are around RS.23k. People are reaching Smyl hospitals because there is no Pediatrician in Mettupalayam. But if you really want to get well soon with peace better try any other hospitals.

Good services by staffs. Special for child care and gynecology. Mostly crowded on Monday . Plan your dates likely Tuesdays or other weekdays if your are going for checkups and regular visits. Overall good place for gynecology and child care.

Good hospital. Vaccinations are costly when compared to other hospitals. Doctor gets irritated when we ask our doubts about vaccination. Hospital and doctor was good once not now.
