Worst salesman I ever see.. no proper response from salesman or manager .. very worst branch in tamilnadu state..

I bought a IFB ac from Vasanth and Co and it stopped working from the first week of purchase. After so many complaints the issue was never resolved and finally another service engineer who came for a different ac said the compressor board is not working properly. Even after so many calls to the store and to the IFB customer care, there is no attempt to repair and do something out it. I think I have to remove it myself and throw it away. Total waste of money and didn’t expect such a poor product and service from Vasanth&co.. People In theni please don’t opt to buy something from Vasanth&co unless you are ready to waste your time and money…

I have purchased BLUESTAR inverter (1.5T) A/C on 7/mar/2020 in Theni branch. In that i have an issue like water leakage in the hose so I have ask them for service around one and a half week till now they won't send anyone regarding this service. When ever I called them via landline they simply pickup the call and ask my contact number and name then they told like i will shortly call you back and all till now they don't call me back..this is the correct way they treat a customer? It's really worst to behaving like this.
