We had our treatment with Dr Jayashree and Dr Suma. Very well experienced and a very good place having high success rates in IVF. Esjay is an IVF speciality center. The staff is also very friendly and give good hospitality. I would surely recommend this place to others. The best part is all patients are treated equally. They don't have differences for rich and poor. Note to People who gave negative comments, Give Respect and Take Respect. Money cannot buy everything. IVF requires patience. When u go for a treatment u need to keep your attitude in your pockets no matter how big personality you are!

Such a worst experience, Dr.Suma should learn how to give respect to patients first, just because of experience it doesn't mean you have a great patient like your servant. Never ever visit your hospital

Very bad customer service. The lady attender in cash counter is not polite enough to handle the patient.She is making to wait the patients unnecessarily. I request the management to do the needful to correct these behaviours.

Writing own experience with EsJay with all due respect to the field of Medicine & Doctors Predominantly Dr. Jayshree (Dr. Suma's daughter) treats patients here 1. Extremely rude staffs, especially the stout lady at the counter & staffs with Dr.Jayshree (people come here at a worst point of their lives, will be very hard to take these stuffs on top of their problems) 2. For some strange reason card payments are declined by the lady at the counter & she accepts only cash 3. Overall it’s expensive & not a good experience for me

Esjay clinic is specially for infertility treatment who is very successful in this line. They take individual care for every patients who is really in need ,properly analyze and start the treatment according to requirement of respective patients. They spend sufficient time with patients and guide them. We had been to different clinic but did not work for us ,but here in Esjay clinic by the medication guidance itself along with grace of god it was successful for us. Very worst experience ever. Doctors and staff are extremely rude to the patient and the attender They are judging based on your look and body shaming the patient for being obese due to hormonal imbalance She says that the unmarried patient looks like a pregnant lady for having a tummy
