We travelled all the way to India and My wife just removed her kidney stones at this hospital. I must say that quality of treatment and professionalism that we received are fantastic and awesome. Chief Doctor, Dr. Thirumiliasamy and rest of the doctors, nurses and admin team are very helpful and kind, transparent in interm cost and processes. I came here for some check up, after the checkup i got some clear views. you have to wait for your turn, because they are seeing patients in such a good way, interacting and understanding their issues, so obviously it will take time, urgency won't work here, good thing here is not like other hospitals they are asking you to take all tests and looting your money, only if necessary they are suggesting scans etc, otherwise they won't recommend only. For urology issues this is one of the superb hospital, doctors here will motivate you in positive words. I had checkup in few hospitals but all told me to take many scans & tests. Here they didn't. I really wondered about their service. & After all my checkup with some tablets my total fee was only 900rs. If you are in any urology issues, this is the best hospital.

This is my first visit to this hospital .. To meet the doctor via OP , it is not good process. There is no transparent process. We need to have more patience to meet the doctor. I came at 2 pm , then I met the doctor at 8 pm , just for small consultation and not even for big issue. So keep one day appointment for this Hosptial even for a small or big consultation. Request to the Hosptial to make the clear process, because patients should not get frustrated first. Hope you understood !

In this hospital the only good thing is about Dr. Thirumalaisamy sir... Gd care and treatment... I am a stone former and I am going for past 4 years.... There is no kind and hospitality from their admin staffs.... Every time I am facing problems.... Poor communication between them... Though patient are willing to wait and see Dr.Thirumalaisamy sir but they r not willing to send.... We want to see him only because already we have taken scan and blood test for emergency..If doctor's are not willing to see means then y should they give appointment to see him..... and ask the patient to wait for more than 2 hrs... First they have to train how to speak with patients when entering inside or by phone.. If there is no hospitality means then there is no use visiting hospital though Good doctor's inside...

Arrogant behavior of staff , no system whatsoever came for consultation of my aged mother & we were waiting for more than 1 hour but someother person came in & just entered in straight to doctor room without even waiting for 2 minutes. When questioned the staff they said that person isn't listening to them.

I went there for my kidney stone issue. They examine and told 5 stone are there in my kidney and bladder. Before that week, I had gone and take scan in 2 various hospital. They told only 1 stone in my kidney. So i didn't like to go for treatment... Bad experience...
