    They are purely scammers, They forged billing, stolen my speedometer, didn't even service properly. Due to corona pandemic couldn't communicate properly as I left my bike there during an accident. Charged me very high for doing nothing. Zero knowledge on servicing. Don't know how they got Yamaha license. It's better Yamaha remove it from them. I think all other 5 star reviews are posted by them itself.     Once it was best now it's trash !! Poor service not just me 10 out 8 ppl feels same on my friends circle needs improvement lot of things happening on low level.

    In December 2021 I bought yamaha ray zr street rally edition. From when buying time Bluetooth connectivity is not worked on that bike. Then front brake cable is wrongly routed. After somany times went to showroom after 2 month they called me for replace a Bluetooth kit on my scooter. I went and gave. They took 3 days to change Bluetooth kit. After took delivery Next day I shocked. They did not tight main bumper nuts and bolts. They are falling when I ride. Body fixing also not done correctly. After 10 days of replacement of blutooth kit again it was not working. Now they are not responding. They spoiling yamaha's name.

    Have been there for bike service which was good.. But the problem is you won't get proper response after u drop ur bike for service.. They will tell that they will intimate you but sadly they won't.. Even if u call for inquiry, they will get the bike details & will tell that they will check & call but they won't.. For the last 5 services this was the issue.. They have to look into this issue as it was really irritating from their end..

    They are charging for multiple things like general service, oiling snd etc... but the service itself was not happened. For an example the basic things like adjustments on the nuts ans screws itself was not happened eventhough if we specifically mention that.

    Always an argument is happen after my bike service...ss yamaha should improve their service.. today i experience that i got charged for chain clean and lube but after the delivery i was checking my chain its very rust and it wasn't lubed and after an argument they doing lube....so the mechanic should check before the delivery whether everything is done or what..( its very irritating thing for a customer while delivering bike) so worst service..

    Worst people are working there,ss Yamaha owner please note your service centre employees security are not responsible for any thing happened in service,my bike fornt portion paint drop are there.dont go this shop

    very much satisfied delivery. very friendly and calm staffs. i booked r15 v4 and got after 3months. but their response and nature of handling customer is good. KV brother is my sales executive, he is very calm and friendly to explain about everthing to me.. so happy and they deliver my bike on my bday... thanks to ss yamaha and KV bro...

    Showroom experience is nice and good, but the service experience is pathetic over here. No correct response, no timely delivery, no proper updates to customers. You have to keep on asking the people to get you vehicle post service. The way they service your vehicle is also worse. I got my vehicle delivered with a misaligned rear tyre axle.

    One of the worst service centers. The service cost will always be higher compared to other service centers. And they will inform the general service cost as 700, but on bill they will add it as 500 and 200 will be added in others works even if there is no work done. And the service cost will be added separately for each part of the bike example like chain, suspension, break etc...

    Purchased Fascino from SS YAMAHA, Chatiram branch. Mr. Gopinath has provided very good customer service and bike was delivered on time. Kudos to the Yamaha team and their work.

    Need more improvement with regards to the customer service. The team should understand the problem and fix the same. There should always be sufficient space in the service centre. I hope the customer concerns will be taken care. My best wishes to their future success.

    The primary problem with this interaction is that the customer service agent doesn’t listen to the customer properly or try to understand the issue..... The agent hasn’t taken the time to craft a professional response. Additionally, the customer service agent displays no empathy toward the customer, making them look callous.
