Not a good experience with this hospital; hospital is money minded, they won't even accept digital payments. Only cash. Don't know why. Painless labor injection available, but it has side effects from personal experience. Doctor will say that there is no side effects due to the painless labor injection. Pediatrician is the worst part. Nurses are not very approachable. For simple check-up they will make u to wait for whole day.

behavior of nurse is horrible.... they dont know very simple medical terms... i asked wat is NT scan , they answered it is taken for checking strength of spinal of mother... no one is responsible....

Lab nurse very worst behavior. Family matters always talking , no carrying patients.

Hospital and the doctor is good. But the nurses and the women workers their behaviour is really worst. They are treating patients like as they came for free treatment. They are not treating patients kindly.

One of the best hospital in mettupalam, admitted my wife for pregnancy! Had an amazing experience dr.kala mam treated us with a warm smile / positivity when every time we visited the hospital for checkup ! Staff where also kind. The hospital room's where clean and neat with affordable cost I would recommend this hospital . I am not a reviewer/blogger all the points above are based on my own experience which made me to give a review to a good hospital.

No neat in the hopital.Bad smell inside the hospital. No proper maintenance

The token system is good... Similar to banks with LEF display... Waiting at reception place is better compared to waiting place near X Ray, injection room where there was no ventilation and really can't sit mote than 15 to 20 mins..since it is triple height area no fan too which frustrates us more... No X ray technician was available when visited... He had to come outside and we waited 2 hrs to see doctor and almost mote than 30mins for X Ray technician.. Once plan here spare half a day and visit before 9am to get early tokens

Completely satisfied by the services rendereby supa hospital .Dr.Kala mam shows motherly as well as friendly care given by sisters.

For pregnancy monthly checkup, only 2 words the doctor have spoked only two words - baby's growth is good and everything is ok...

Dr. Kala is very polite and so kind. we had a very good experience during our baby delivery and even when we asked for c section, dr has tried her best for the normal delivery. Very good hearted person and excellent service.
