I recently stayed at alita hotel Overall, the hotel staff left me with a negative impression of their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist guests. Their lack of basic customer service skills and their dismissive attitude towards guest requests made my stay incredibly unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a positive and enjoyable experience.

Impressed! Clean, expansive property - lots of greens, well maintained, with at least one temple on the premises, great views (when the weather cooperates). Rooms are standard modern decor and well maintained. Beds are fantastic - no back pain! View from the room will depend on the room. We were spread across a suite and 2 deluxe rooms, and each of our rooms were up to spec. The property large and somewhat far from town, so we focused on food available in the restaurant on premises. Nepali dishes need a 2-hour notice. We ordered the chicken (Kukda moola ko jhol) and the mutton (Gundruk khasi ko jhol). Both were flavorful, prepared from scratch (as opposed to pre-made gravies), and delicious with some hot tandoori rotis. Breakfast options were elaborate compared to the usual Holiday Inn / Marriott / Hilton options - including a cold section (breads, cakes, baked goods) and a hot section (idli, vada, bhatura, upma, etc). Kids and adults enjoyed equally. The menu changed on each of the days we were here. Basic entertainment in the events in the activity center made the evenings fun and relaxing. Good honest effort from the staff in engaging the audience. If I was impressed before, I am super impressed after visiting Darjeeling Mall area and looking at the accommodations there. I would stay at Allita any day over the ones in Darjeeling! I expect a trip to the Himalayas to be about nature, rest and recovery, not a chaotic mess of crowded shoppers.

Property is well maintained. Rooms are not spacious. Food was not at all satisfactory. Breakfast was horrible. Hotel staff were good but the restaurant manager was very disgusting. He was rude and arrogant all the time. Such bad behaviour from such reputed hotel was not accepted. Paying such huge amount of money and receiving such type of behaviour is not at all acceptable. The place is good but again it is in such location that u won't be able to roam anywhere else since it is in one side of the corner. U won't find any hotel or necessary items nearby.

pathetic display of service, and manager attitude towards guest was a matter of concern, all he knew was how to take money and say no to every service we had asked for. As myself being into hospitality field would be concerned for having such manager . I was amazed how the property is still operating with this poor management. in short 1. Worst service 2. Worst manager i have ever seen 3.worse food ( rotten chilly potato and 2 starter can cost u 700 per plate On the top no ala-carte service for food so u have limited options left to satisfy your tommy. 4. room service not available hell would have been more satisfactory than Staying at such property.

Our group of 30 people booked a stay at Alita Hotels and Resorts in Kurseong a month in advance. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Throughout our stay, the manager remained unavailable, and it seemed their focus was solely on revenue, neglecting genuine guest concerns. Moreover, the promised Ala carte food option was not fulfilled after advance payment, leaving us with no choice but to opt for the buffet. The lack of responsiveness and cooperation from the hotel staff further added to our dissatisfaction. Overall, our stay at Alita Hotels and Resorts fell short of our expectations, and we wouldn't recommend it.

Our experience at Alita Hotels and Resorts in Kurseong was incredibly disappointing. Despite being a group of approximately 30 people, the customer service was very poor throughout our two-night program. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, making our stay far from enjoyable. To make matters worse, after making advance payments, many clauses emerged, such as the sudden unavailability of Ala Carte options, leaving us with limited choices and only buffet menus. The lack of transparency and unexpected changes were frustrating and left us feeling deceived. Moreover, we were treated like frauds or burdensome guests, which deeply impacted our overall impression of the hotel. The main manager remained hidden and silent, leaving all the dirty work to his assistant, which reflected poorly on the leadership and management. Overall, our stay at Alita Hotels and Resorts was a complete letdown. The absence of the manager, poor customer service, and hidden clauses after advance payment made for an unpleasant experience. We cannot recommend this establishment to others based on our negative encounter.

Great hotel. Little bit off from the Kurseong town which is one of the USP of this resort. The place is very calm and beautiful out of the traffic and crowd. Rooms we're very good, cozy and comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. Though the price is bit on higher side but the property is very up market. Their hospitality was wonderful specially the restaurant staffs. Foods and beverages we're also very good. Price of food is not too high and the quality of food and beverages we're really good.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. We a family of four (with 2 kids) stayed in triple deluxe suite and it was an excellent choice. Buffet breakfast was very good, on the contrary to past reviews. However, lunch and dinner can be ordered from their cloud kitchen menu, or just can be had from many famous restaurants nearby. Parking is available

Very nice place to spend time peacefully and happy with family and friends. Location is very good. It's nearest to the city . Rates are very less compared to other hotels. Good quality is also very good. Totally service rendered are excellent. I strongly recommend for a economy stay and enjoy.

This is my 2nd visit to the gorgeous property. But this time there is a lot of renovation and expansion going on. Hence the scenic beauty of the Gidda pahar was not visible from the rooms. The staff is good and cooperative. They arranged early breakfast for us as we were in a hurry to catch our early morning flight.

Location and decoration was worthy....service could have been better. Very funny to find two things.... 1) there is no wifi for restaurant guests..it's meant only for in house although in hilltop location like that, network mostly keep out of service 2) the wash room attached with restaurant meant to be used by both male & female ..... And you called it 4 stars 😲

Beautifully located, good front desk, good service. For time being they have demolished some beautiful sight gazing structure to increase their room capacity that was a disappointment. Overall a very calm and serene place.

Worst resort i’ve been to. The staff is horrible and not friendly at all. The resort has very weird rules aswells. The rooms are very bad with all the bed sheets and pillow cases stinking like anything. The bed also had very weird stains. Please stay away from here

Everything were perfect during my stay there. Only wished the room had a proper view on that price. They said view rooms were already occupied and I believed them as I booked at the last moment. Flag hoisting ceremony on 15th was a memorable experience.Arindam from Allita was very humble. Little bit shocked to see so many people had a negative impression earlier.
