I stayed only one night there with my family and we felt we should stay one day more due to the host behavioural. We admired their care towards us and the way they arrange local transport for us to reach mirik bus stand from the home stay. If I happen to visit again next time to mirik, I am gonna stay there longer just for their delicious home made food. I repeat again just for the super tasty food. My stay at Mirik Homestay was a heartwarming experience. The people here are not just friendly but incredibly caring. It was my first ever homestay, and what truly stood out was their thoughtful gesture of checking in on me to ensure my well-being. The foods felt like a culinary journey that perfectly complemented the warmth of the people. The combination of delicious food and their caring nature made my stay even more special.

Our stay here recently was beautiful and memorable. Lovely views, beautifully decorated rooms. Open airy balcony, cozy terrace with a good view and a swing chair. The lake is few minutes walking distance downhill. The hosts were lovely people and made us feel like home and always ready to help. Excellent homemade food. The only issue as others have pointed out in 1st floor is the washroom is not attached. Thankfully when we stayed we were the only ones in the 1st floor so we had the washroom all by ourselves. But new rooms are being built which will hopefully solve this problem in near future.

Experience is too good. Susma Di who is the owner of this homestay is so sweet and friendly. They made you feel like it's your home. Just stay chill and go around with the lovely Nature 😊.

Wonderful homestay to spend your quality time with quality people around, Very humble atmosphere, Good food, and the terrace was so nice to spend your evenings. Location of the property is very close to lake, one can easily go for a morning or evening walk. One thing i just want to add which is try to add more decorative lights in your rooms because sometimes it feels bit shady. Rather than that, a must recommended place to visit ❤️

Mirik homestay is the best place to be if you are at Mirik. It has a great view, and also has a great supporting staff who are running the show. They have always addressed to all our request immediately and never said no for anything at any time. I would love to be there again if I ever visit Mirik again.
