My
experience
of
therapy
sessions
with
Parul
has
been
incredible.
Slowly
and
gradually
I
got
in
sync
with
my
emotions.
Initially,
I
felt
loaded
with
my
thoughts
and
questions
related
to
the
different
challenges
that
I
was
facing
in
my
life.
But
the
sessions
with
Parul
helped
me
gain
helpful
insights.
Amongst
many
insights,
few
of
them
were
to
stay
still
and
focus
on
what
the
body
and
mind
are
feeling
rather
than
thinking
about
the
future
and
past.
Just
stay
in
the
present
and
investigate
how
am
I
feeling?
This
made
me
relaxed.
Though
it
sounds
simple
but
is
usually
ignored,
especially
when
the
mind
is
crowded
with
a
lot.
But
as
I
mentioned,
the
session
made
me
do
this
and
when
I
started
following
the
same
my
impulsiveness
was
controlled.
Another
insight
was
to
express,
even
if
the
expression
is
not
that
huge.
For
example,
complementing
your
roommate.
Believe
me,
this
practice
strengthens
the
bond
and
moreover,
makes
you
feel
light
and
happy.
Expression
is
beautiful.
Above
all,
the
insight
of
realising
the
importance
of
silence
was
blissful.
Before
every
session,
the
ritual
of
going
into
silence
and
then
proceeding
further
made
me
mindful
of
my
things.
I
would
recommend
Parul
to
all
those
who
feel
confused
and
tired
because
of
overthinking
or
anything
related.
She
was
cooperative
and
determined
enough
to
track
my
progress
and
inform
me
at
every
step
of
the
process
about
the
significant
points
extracted
from
the
sessions.
This
approach
helped
me
not
to
lose
the
essence
of
the
sessions.
Recaps
and
summaries
of
the
sessions
are
wonderful
parts
of
my
experience.
In
the
future,
I
look
forward
to
connecting
with
her
whenever
I
would
feel
a
need
for
her
services.
