Large clean rooms which are double the size of an average hotel room with all kinds of furniture and a balcony. the hotel also has a garden with BBQ, good food with free breakfast, free Wifi and top it all off with an unbeatable view of the whole city and lake area. probably the best hotel you can find in mirik.

Completely disagree with 4.2 rating. I lost my faith with MakeMyTrip for 4.2 rating. It should be rated 1/5 for its services. I will recommend not to visit this hotel. My room was charged Rs. 5,100 for one night but as per room condition and services provided by Hotel it should be changed less than Rs. 1000/-. This is worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Overpriced room rent. Bathroom are shabby and smelly.And for the breakfast they are offering only alu paratha , bread and omelet. Wherever their basic category room rent is 7500. Whereas most of the time there is no generator service 😒

This place is a paradise for nature lovers! The hotel makes you feel calm. Rooms are excellent and the view from the room is ineffable . Different sitting areas with a view in the premises and don't forget to take a breath-taking view of kanchenjunga from the terrace. Food is excellent to taste and they serve a lot of variety. The staff is very polite and helpful. Had a great great stay here! ❣️ Ps. Also, don’t forget to meet Juicy when u r here! 😸

Excellent place to stay. Spacious view rooms. Best place to stay in Mirik. Most important the owner and his family will give you a personal touch in your stay so that you always feel at home. The honesty of the hotel staffs are an exemplary example for other hotel owners. We left a very expensive ring in the room while checking out. We returned to Siliguri and we rang the owner. To our surprise he came down to Siliguri with his wife to handover the ring and this is really really praiseworthy.

I will definitely give 5 star to this hotel. Food was awesome. There are so many things in breakfast buffet and for Dinner we have ordered a la carte, food was yummy. Staff is so friendly and helping. The person at reception Mr Neeraj is so helpful. The girl at reception was also good I don't know her name. I will give 5 stra for cleanliness. My elderly parents were also with me and my parents were also comfortable there. View is amazing The only drawback is that it is far away from mall road. They should provide pick and drop from there for good stay.

We had lunch at Queens hill and the restaurant overlooks the Mirik lake directly giving a beautiful view while having a meal. The food was good both in quality and quantity:) Would love to visit again to stay.

It was a nice experience staying at the Queens Hill Hotel and Resort for one day. The location is superb and the beauty of the mirik lake could be imbibed from the balcony at the glass window of the room that we were accommodated. The food was very nice, savory and touched the live and care of the staff. I suggest for staying in mirik in this resort.

This hotal was situated at dream of the place for person.who want to spend their vacation must come to this property.This property are for both family and couples. Queen Hills are the hotal which gives outstanding nature views for the visitor, and it was one of the best property in mirik. This is the fifth time I'm visiting this place. Surely the best property in the area with the best view. I was amazed to see the kanchenjunga range as well. I loved the food. The bonfire and barbecue was the best part of the entire trip. Surely recommend this place be it for families, couples or groups.

I came here with my family and we had a wonderful experience. It was surreal to see such a view, day and night, it was a starry night and the kanchenjungha was also visible from the property. What an experience it was. The staff and the management were cordial and we got an amazing upgrade. It was the ultimate experience, the food was good and portions were also good. It was secured and it is value for money.

Pathetic Resort, if you book online they'll give you a different room, i checked on goibibo there was a room called Double Room with Lake view and Balcony, when I told the receptionist to show me that Room he showed me a room (only single room) with no balcony and Lake view was outside the room across the corridor. I had no other option at that time that's why I stayed there. My 2 yr old daughter was feeling quite cold so I asked for a room heater, receptionist replied it'll be charged at Rs 400 extra. Heights....such a pathetic hospitality. Not recommended for anyone.

Awesome location with mesmerising view. Staffs are very cordial n polite n helpful. Being a vegetarian, the food expectation was low but here the food quality n taste both were great. Overall a great experience.

Good Staff behaviour, good view but very much overpriced, distant from Mirik lake . Once you reach at hill top to see the hotel you can't change your mind because you'll end up spending 300 as car fare to reach there . Lack of cleanliness . Bad oder are there in rooms and stairs. Hair in foods . I won't recommend this hotel at all . Had a very bad experience .

Awesome resort, mind blowing hospitality really feel great and want to come back here again. Love this place and would highly recommend. You will definitely feel at home at this place. Their terrace is also great views of the surroundings.

A beautiful place to stay because of the vantage point of the place you get a great view of the lake and the surroundings below. I guess you are paying extra for the view but I think its worth it. The staff is hospitable and pleasent, the owner is a friendly person and makes you feel at home. The rooms are fair, neat and clean.

Very aptly located property off the main road which gives you the peace and quiet to absorb in extensive views of the lake and town. Kudos to the management and staff for having taken excellent care of us and our requests. Would have loved to stay another couple of nights, will definitely visit again. The food was home style cooked meal as per our request and served piping hot as per our request late at night. Will surely visit again with friends and family.

It was a pleasant stay at this aesthetic property, which is 5 minutes drive (at max 15 mins walk) from the Mirik Lake. Queen's Hill is a nice hotel with outstanding view of the lake. Staff is courteous and efficient. Ambience is really very peaceful. The rooms are very clean and well managed. The restaurant is good with desirable varieties of food. You can enjoy your food in the soothing ambiance of the rooftop or at the veranda outside your room. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed our weekend getaway a lot. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel with its excellent view, majestic rooms, courteous behaviour of the staff, very good quality food, cleanliness and patches of greens all over made our recent stay an exquisite experience. More over the heart warming behaviour of the owner Sri Dharmendra Thakur, his wife and daughter was altogether a different kind of experience. Now we plan to visit Mirik again to revisit the experience of staying in this Hotel.
