Stayed here as i was in surat to attend friend's wedding. Very honestly room has no window and sometimes it feels suffocating. Only the positive part is the location. It is exactly at yoginagar brts and also they have geyser, TV and AC installed. Room was not that big but just to sleep this place is good bcz auto and buses are available. Overall the stay was nice because of friendly staff and location Do check on googlemaps directions and click on bus option to know the route of brts bus and city bus in surat wherever u wanna go around as it is cheapest option..

Worst experience! His owner is also worst and feared to handle the customers. Hotel staff is not behaving well. They are looting the customers in the name of good service and place but believe me if you read this review then please don't plan to book any room here.

Very very poor experience. I suggest choosing another one rather than this. They took the full day rent amount from me instead I just stayed here half of the day. The manager is tergiversate.

Terrible Experience! Even the booking amount was paid in advance online before a week, We were denied check -in. After that, on trying and waiting for more than an hour, we were confirmed for check-in but with filthy, messy and untidy rooms and restrooms. As the purpose was only night stay and it was already too late, we had to stay.. but will never ever again book this property.

Worst experience. They do not stay on their statements when it comes to the payment. They tell you the price of two nights and when you check in on 2nd night, they do not let you check in and ask for payment again.
