I have visited 3 times over the past 5 months and made a purchase each time. They have good selection of footwear. However the approach of the lady staff (owner??) at the billing counter the last time was a bit unpleasant and embarrassing as well. The particular incident was when I asked if any discount is available on a sandals that cost around Rs.1490/-. If not interested in giving discount, that can be mentioned with courtesy, instead she made me look very bad, that too with other customers and their staff around by giving comments in a loud voice and gave sarcastic comments. We are in an era of customer service when even a 60 year old sales person values a 20 year old customer and talks to them respectfully so as to ensure future visits and repeat business from this customer. Anyways, your shop is good, so you will do good business, I don't think you need to change the approach based on my feedback alone. All the best!

It's a good shop..have some sort of good collections among the shops in mavelikara... owners are interested to do well with customers.. but there are some arrogant senior sales persons too who spoils the image of the shop..

Shopping was a pleasant experience. A wide variety of items are stored.very friendly dealers and nice staffs.will definitely recommended and comeback in the future...parking available..am very satisfied 👍
