The
Arulmigu
Arunachaleswarar
Temple
is
a
beautiful
and
sacred
place.
The
temple
grounds
are
well-maintained
and
the
staff
is
friendly
and
helpful.
The
only
downside
is
the
queue
system,
which
can
be
very
long
and
chaotic.
I
visited
the
temple
during
the
off-season
and
still
had
to
wait
in
line
for
over
an
hour
to
get
to
the
main
shrine.
The
queue
is
not
well-organized
and
people
were
constantly
cutting
in
line.
It
was
also
very
hot
and
humid,
which
made
the
wait
even
more
unbearable.
Once
I
finally
got
inside
the
temple,
it
was
a
much
more
pleasant
experience.
The
main
shrine
is
very
impressive
and
the
atmosphere
is
very
peaceful.
I
also
enjoyed
visiting
the
other
temples
and
shrines
on
the
grounds.
Overall,
I
would
recommend
visiting
the
Arulmigu
Arunachaleswarar
Temple,
but
be
prepared
for
a
long
wait
in
line.
If
you
are
visiting
during
the
peak
season,
I
would
suggest
booking
a
VIP
darshan
in
advance
to
avoid
the
queues.
Tips
for
visiting:
*
Wear
comfortable
clothing,
as
you
will
be
doing
a
lot
of
walking.
*
Bring
a
water
bottle
and
sunscreen,
especially
if
you
are
visiting
during
the
summer
months.
*
Be
prepared
for
a
long
wait
in
line,
especially
if
you
are
visiting
during
the
peak
season.
*
If
you
are
visiting
during
the
peak
season,
consider
booking
a
VIP
darshan
in
advance
to
avoid
the
queues.
*
Be
respectful
of
the
Hindu
religion
and
customs.
Additional
note:
I
would
like
to
emphasize
that
the
queue
system
is
the
only
major
downside
of
this
temple.
Everything
else
was
excellent,
including
the
beauty
of
the
temple,
the
friendliness
of
the
staff,
and
the
overall
atmosphere.
I
would
still
recommend
visiting
this
temple
to
everyone,
but
just
be
prepared
for
a
long
wait
in
line.
