One of the worst jewellers shop, no collection available, if you order for any jewellery, no time bound delivery. They have made us wait for 2 months. They don't even respond to our calls, they don't care to give us status of our ordered one. It is advised not entertain such people and do not waste your valuable time

It was good when I visited 2 times earlier and so again I visited today and it was Worst experience with bad service and staff was very rude.. they were not showing the varieties. Will never ever visit again. However the management member came and apologised!

Idiotic place to buy gold. That man who sits at counter is an extreme idiot. Don't know how to treat customers. He is most suitable to sell fish and chicken instead gold. Fake offers. When u bargain they say no offer applicable. Why did you agree if i bargain for lesser percentage? charging more as wastage and offer silver???? is this your business strategy? Requesting all customers: *** When I visit the this shop there was a banner stating equaleant silver will be offered. I have selected one chain and negotiated for 10% of wastage. He agreed and I am about to pay the amount. Before that I asked about offer. Then he replied very rudely stating that since I negotiated at 10% he wont give the silver... Is this the correct way to do the business??? I negotiation is not upto the mark he would have simply reject my proposal. But instead he agreed and avoiding the offer. What can a common customer understand???? I felt like its cheating. Which means to get the offer one should not bargin. I met one of the person in the same shop when i brought the bangles (at our first visit)....I believe he is his partner and i couldn't found him later. He dealt with us in very professional way at our first visit. He might have ranaway because of this superb businessman.... Last week I purchase bangles from Malabar @ 9.9%. and they have offered 35 grms of silver (half of the gold weight as they announced). That is how the buisiness is to be conducted. But not in such a filthy way. Finally big boss this is for you -- If you feel customer is a useless fellow, soon you will loose your credibility, goodwill and business. First learn how to behave with customers, then do the business.
