I
spoke
to
someone
called
Rahul
to
enquire
if
they
could
cater
for
a
small
get
together
of
ten
members
at
a
two
week
advance
notice.
I
was
informed
that
they
can
and
have
catered
for
ten
members.
I
also
requested
for
a
sampling
of
the
items
that
I
required
for
the
main
day.
As
discussed,
Rahul
was
supposed
to
get
back
with
the
information
in
a
day.
The
wait
period
of
a
day
has
now
turned
into
10
days.
Everytime
I
watsapp
to
remind
him
to
call
me,
I
am
told
that
I
will
be
receiving
a
call
in
the
evening
and
that
hasn't
happened
so
far.
I
also
called
to
follow
up
to
which
I
got
a
'
Will
call
you
back
later'.
I
still
haven't
received
a
call
back.
While
they
may
be
very
good
and
blah
blah
blah
..such
bad
response
time,
terrible
etiquettes
,
and
lack
of
professionalism
will
not
take
them
very
far.
If
the
sampling
or
the
head
count
were
not
feasible,
a
simple
-
'No
ma'am,
we
will
not
be
able
to
provide
our
services
for
your
event
or
that
we
don't
have
sampling
for
small
quantities',
would
have
sufficed.
But
to
keep
a
customer
hanging
for
this
long
is
inexcusable.
Rahul,
I
would
like
to
call
you
out
in
this
review
and
let
you
know
that
in
the
food
industry,
word
of
mouth
plays
a
huge
role
and
such
obnoxious
treatment
of
a
potential
customer
cannot
go
unnoticed.
