The lady in the second row is very adamant and reluctant to handover my parcel inspite of telling that I will give all the verification documents required. Very pathetic and illogical lady. The postmaster is never helpful.

Quick service branch to ship your goods across India. Small space, mostly crowded, all post office services available, supportive staff and quick service counters. You would be done with your tasks within 15min at max. Right besides Gulmohar Park Colony entrance on the main road.

The postman Anil made sure to call me for my passport delivery as I was not home. I was able to coordinate over call and pick up the passport from the postoffce without issues/delays.

The post office Lingampally premisses are not at all sufficient for its customers.Inspite of repeater requests/complaints concerned authorities are not taking any efforts to change the premisses. The place for customers is very little and conjusted. The post office computers always face problems and customers are put in to hardship. Worst experience with the lady sitting in 2nd row. She was rude, and of course i gave it back. These sort of govt. employees feel like lord all the time. Learn to treat everyone with respect and do your work properly idi*t.

I am from Ramky one kosmos, Nallagandla. They mention insufficient address, this is really bad. we received document with same address just before a year ago.

They didn't delivered my passport purposely because they were out of staff during holidays. They said address incomplete where as address was of 4 line flat jo building name society name landmark. They didn't bothered to call even.

Very bad customer service. Post man don't even bother to call even once though mobile number is available and says address is not correct. When I went to collect my passport myself, they asked me to get Xerox of Aadhar in a very rude manner and after getting Xerox they asked me to wait as they have some work and all other post men are supporting each other even though what ever they are doing is incorrect.

The location is good on the old Mumbai highway, next to gulmohar park colony gate and Rao's school Fairly good service

Normally any public offices are very slow in delivering public services except couple of staff, here horrible, but all postmen are very good and hard working in their duties.

My parcel from Bank is not delivered after a week. They are unable to locate address which is about 2-3 KM from their post office. Such is the state of their services. Never trust for important work.

You will miss this place if you are looking for it the first time. The sign board for the post office is worn out. However the post office is situated in the first floor. The counter clerk was good and quick booking my article for speed post. Not much crowd.

Items of my speed post were stolen and the parcel received by the receiver did not have the items that were sent. After stealing the items the person had neatly concealed the parcel as if it wasn't tampered. I have been using other PO's until now and this never happened in the past.

Pathetic people and pathetic service. Atleast give the timings in Google accordingly saying when would be parcel counter available. No responsibility. Just the attitude.

Worst Postoffce and there staff.I Submitted the application for Saving account but after 14 days also no status.Such a lazy people in The post office they don’t do any work.They are getting salaries from the customer deposit and they don’t care about anything.
