The place is so filthy and the tables are never cleaned. We felt like sitting inside a trash can. Had we known this would be condition, we'd never have ordered. Just because we already paid we had to sit in such a place filled with others garbage!!! Never ever go to this place. The food is also so much delayed that there is no point visiting this place! DON'T EVER GO THERE

This is the worst pizza outlet I've ever been in my life and the most disgusting taste I had ever. I wish i could give ZERO rating for the way pizza was made. Better u guys shut this outlet as the road side ppl wil make better food Than you. Domino's shud be ashamed of looting money from ppl for tye quality of food they serve.

Extremely bad maintenance. They do no clean the tables. The service is very late. Literally all the tables were dirty not a single table was clean. After requesting also it took them 20 mins to clean.

Food was good, looking at the condition of this place, doesnt look like not many dine in, its acts more as a cloud kitchen. Suggest it for take away or online order as they have maintenance Domino's quality.

Poor Quality of Pizza.. Now they are giving baked refined floor... Now you will not find cheese pool in the pizza not even a taste of chesse will come in your mouth.. Even the service was worst. it took them more then 30 min just for taking the order even though it was empty. I won't recommend domino's to anyone untill they fix their quality...

Usually, I used to order pizzas online from this store and did not face any issues, maybe since I stay just 200m from the store. But when I visited this store from Dine-in, I stopped ordering thereafter. Compared to the other Dominos store, this place isn't clean. They don't have a dedicated person to clean the tables. So either the billing lady or the personnel who are free in the store would end up cleaning them. During rush hour, it becomes more difficult. If they can't keep a dedicated person for cleaning, then I am not sure what the store manager is thinking about. Hope they take the feedback in the right spirit and work on ensuring that cleanliness is maintained in the store.

The staff is polite. The place is very untidy and there is no cleaning staff. One of the delivery agents cleaned the table for us. My exp is very bad. I suggest you all not to visit this place ever. It did not feel like Domino's, it felt like a roadside eatery... Rest room not working, no service on 1st floor, unclean, parking not organised...

Worst ever service. Staff's are so lazy and don't care even if customers are standing in front of them to place an order. They are busy talking and laughing and later when we address the same anything you order for will not be available. Pathetic is an understatement to describe these ppl in k r pyramid t c Palya and Akshay Nagesh branches. Orderd through swiggy received cold and burnt food. When contacted them to report the same manager wants to argue that the deliver was before the time. When requested to refund manager says we shall serve the complimentary pizza and we are sorry. Later the complimentary pizza was ordered at 8:30pmand you receive the order by 10.34pm. When questioned why they say this is free and will take time. Idiots, please take some time to watch other outlets like Subway, KFC, etc to watch how they treat a customer. U guys need to understand it's a give and take policy. Do not treat a customer like a watch dog at your place. Place is different as staffs. I wish I could select the minus range. Worst u guys are... Rather to give service like this u guys can shut the place. Spoiling the brand name as well.

Very bad experience, nothing is good. Starts from ambience, had been here many times but never seen clean tables nor toilet, staff - no one is professional, they treat customer very carelessly, they feel that they are serving us for free and show lot of attitude, to my surprise there was no normal water available, they had only cold water, when asked for paper cup to serve water for my 4year old kid the order taking staff says no paper cups available and it's out of stock, when I asked for a feedback phone number Or email id the staff then pulls out a single cup and says they one last cup available. Again the staff denied to give me the feedback number Or e-mail id. I literally feel that entire team should be changed here - Again NO ONE IN THIS BRANCH (Butterhalli TC palya single branch) IS PROFESSIONAL. Had to give single star because there is no -minus star to give. They are putting the brand name Domino's Jubilant down. This attitude is all because they have no Competitor near by. I feel having a masala dose or Briyani around is far better then taking attitude from these people which saves lot of money.

They had accepted the order. And the order was never delivered...we waited for hours and and the app showed it was still being prepared. The store did not give any update about anything. Kept us waiting and ruined the whole party what we had planned. Extremely disappointed with this team. I was a regular customer but will be shifting my choice from now on. I am really sorry to tell this, you people have to learn how to keep up your business.

Not up to the mark. Pls improve your service. Awaited for 20 minutes and asked your team if the order is ready ? Then she realized it read to eat. Don't make us to wait even after the order is ready.

This is spacious location and you can relax and eat here. If you have decided to eat here, they will serve hot pizza so you can really enjoy it. you can park your bike/car vehicle on the side lane if available.

One of the worst delivery experience..they mentioned 30mins delivery but order was delayed and they cancelled the order without intimation and spoke with store manager he is telling me to order again. Simply waste of time no time sense #Order 190

Pros:- A good place to have pizza with family, it's located in Kr Puram - bhattarahalli main road. The ground floor and 1st floor are present for dine in. Cons:- Staff members are less compared to other Domino's outlets. Dine in tables were having expired origanos and chilli flakes which is not correct , they should improve on it. Overall they should improve the customer service by which more people will tend to come in the outlet.

This is not a domino’s. This is worse than eating on the street. 7 tables were unclean when we went up. Had to call someone to do it and they came and cleaned it like it was not part of the deal. Floor is like a garbage chute. Who ever runs this place never stepped a foot inside.

Place is not well maintained . Floor was very dirty everytime I visited. Orders were not placed properly and taste of pizza S were not to dominos standard. Ambiance, cleanliness and taste can be improved a lot

I and my colleague had come from far at 10.30 by checking best restaurant but I and she had to wait outside even though it was open they did not allow us to sit in not even up but front of them also it's really disappointing and the workers are pathetic by telling he will not give order I can't wait for him to pay I literally left the palace disappointed.

It was good Place to be in for choosy meal. I'm very particular about my food, I like the way Domino's keep there setup oraganised, very spacious and very clean I find it. I been trying here from many days and love to take away many times, i find all Domino's with same similarity all over, which is amazing. Keep maintaining it Domino's.

Before visiting them I'd suggest you guys to call on their customer service no and place your orders . They'll ask you bout your location and if you're okay with the delivery option They'll go ahead with that. Otherwise They'll suggest you the near by outlet to your location. For take away its better you guys place order through CSS ( customer service support ) . By the time you reach there your order will be ready. One thing people DO NOT FORGET TO ASK THEM TO ADD ENOUGH AMOUNT OF CHEESE TO YOUR PIZZA Otherwise you'd feel like eating just the bun kinda base which is bit on hard side and some tomato sauce ( personal experience 😒 ) Except this one draw back everything seemed well .

The taste of the pizzas is always good. But the place is not tidy. Bathrooms did not have water and all the tables were left dirty.

I have had a horrible experience. I have been having pizza (from Domino's) for more than 7 years. And they didn't deliver it on time. Took more than one hour. On top of that instead of being kind... Started to behave rudely. They are ruining the brand and brand image. They forgot the fact that they are not selling only pizza. They are selling the brand image. They should carry the dignity

Waste of money, no taste, no cheese. They will give you a bread with vegetables and chicken if it's non veg that's the only difference. It won't be hot. After 2 years also they didn't changed. Just looting money, I expected the same before coming here but couldn't get pizza at Pizza Hut as there is no stock even at 8 PM. That's how they are making pizza's. Where as in here they just take you money and forget about taste and goodwill. Rs.1000 got wasted.

Worst domino's branch it is.They just want to deliver products and they energy care quality.. Just see the pizza hut how lazy they are. Quality is worst and just compare with other domino's. Just avoid this.

5 star is for Pizza. It is always good. But -3 is for punctuality. Many times I have ordered through application. In application it will show ready for pickup and picked up, but the manager in the counter will ask to wait for 2 minutes 5 times . Which is really frustrating.

Pls never choose this Bhattarahalli domino's at any cost, today I ordered by 8:48 in spite the order was delivered after 1:20hr the pizza was totally dried and cold we really don't know that are these freshly baked or you guy served the left over one by someone, even a bakery dil pasandh would be much softer than this. Went for dine. Place was dirty and unhygenic. Saw bunch of hair, sauce packs, used tissues all lying on the floor. Tables not cleared. As I had already ordered had no choice, but to pick the boxes and had it at home. I would never get into a Dominos for dine in.

They won't even respond to costumers on counter, They are announcing order number at downstairs and surprisingly they expect it to hear from upstairs and pick the order, also no one cleans the table, they came upon I went and requested them to clean the table

Worst Paneer - Onion and Cheese - Corn pizza. The cheese was barely on the pizza and both the pizza tasted really bad. Have been eating at this outlet for 8+ years and didn't think they would reduce their quality. Never ordering again.

Staffs will not give proper response, old technology. Other outlets has been maintaining new technology like updating orders on screen and here no ll provide proper response. This outlet not available in domino's app Or other food apps. Cleanliness is very bad

I ordered a pizza on 9.10.2023 I waited more that 2.30 hrs finally I called them and asked for the reason of delay they replied my due to rain. again time passed finally they marked as my order delivered, I called again them they are not picking the call. decided to never order from dominos, I lost my money very bad service and behaviour..please dont order from this restarent.
