I spent amazing 7 days in DEN HOTEL. We came to Bangalore for a 1week workshop with a group of almost 20 colleagues and Ben's staff took outstanding care of us during our stay. Every day we were welcomed with the big smile at the reception. At every step the Duty Manager was making sure that we are not missing anything. We were assisted by 3drivers and they were super nice and helpful. The food was very tasty with numerous options, so everybody could find something for him/herself. Rooms were super big and nice, fully equipped, top quality cosmetics in the rooms, the quality of the laundry services that i have never experienced in any other hotel before. Everything was top class!

I had 14 days of stay here by company accommodation. It just a awesome experience. This hotel is so premium and feels you like a richest person. They are taking care well and making sure you are not getting disappointment in stay. Just enjoyed the stay at 17th floor with best view😊. You can see many smiling faces by the staffs over the hotel. Good Hospitality and environment.

Stayed here for couple of days during my business trip in December. Rooms are very good equipped with latest amenities and had a decent variety of breakfast options. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place for a business stay! I was slightly disappointed with the travel desk as they failed to book for me at multiple instances.

I had an amazing stay of 14 days stay at this hotel. I loved my Corner Room<3. Rooms are pretty nice, spacious, clean with bathtub and seperate shower area. The only thing that kept me motivated for 14 days was the view from my room. Just perfect! The service team could be slow at times but overall the service is also good. Breakfast was included! Buffet set up, healthy options to start your day. Rooftop restaurant is useless, the only thing you could there is the breathtaking view😍 Amenities like swimming pool, gym and the common playing area would be great place for your hobbies.

Beautiful room, beautiful ambience overall. What I didn't like - The food. Though there were plethora of options in the buffet, it did not taste so good. I stayed here for 2 weeks, paid by my company. I could see some difference in the staff's behaviour towards us as compared to other guests. And the cab handlers were quite rude!

Checks all the boxes of a posh business hotel near all the tech parks of Whitefield. Rooms are excellent and live up to their worth. The food could be better.

All our company town halls always happen here. Good support staff. But last time due to huge crowd, town hall high tea was not managed well. Couldn't even get spoons to eat what is in plate. Expectation from Den will be much higher hence the company events parties needs to be managed well.

Nice place to stay. Rooftop restaurant is awesome. Food quality is good. Room size are better and hospitality management is fine. Located in posh area so easy to walk to commercial meeting and shopping. Quick check in and nice location. Situated between reputed MNC corporates and shopping is also very convenient from here And I had food in Leila which is a roof top restaurant ..bruh the view is just amazing and also it's very good in evenings which is a good spot for date nights ,and yeah this is my short review

Service is not worthy of a 5 start hotel. We asked about team lunch and they promised to give a follow up next day but no calls till today. No commitment to their own words, can't trust them with large orders.

Good location and good rooms. However the breakfast buffet is a big disappointment. Its very below par for such a highly rated establishment. At minimum food should be warm. Indian food served at breakfast buffet is dry and cold. Omelets made to order was dripping in oil. Rooms are well maintained and a big thanks to housekeeping staff.

While the property is quite nice, the front office are not polite or accomidative. Specially had a bad and rude encounter with a lady from the front office - Ms Bayana(if I spell the name correctly) from the front office, who has been very rude with out checking the facts. I don't expect the so called - 5 star hotels to treat their customers like this in any circumstances. The same experience has been reported by my colleguage who stayed here. However their banqueting staff are quite efficient and hardworking.

I had 2 weeks of business stay at The Den hotel. All the staff are very polite and greet you all the time you pass around. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable for long stay. The housekeeping is so organized that you will not get any chance to complain about anything. Overall it was an amazing experience. The credit goes to well organized management, the professional staff and the entire team who work hard to make the stay pleasant for the guests. I will cut 1/2 star because of the food. There were a variety of options available at the breakfast buffet but the taste was missing somehow for most of the items. Only the food does not match its standard and needs improvement. Thank you The Den and the team for being such a wonderful host throughout my stay.

I wish I Had a zero Option Star that could be given. So the So Called THE DEN team seems to be the busiest team In Bangalore Cos when ever I call Mr Dinesh the Sales Coordinator is always busy with other Guest so basically doesn't have even a minute to attend Client calls or reply to there texts. Morover this Place gives there banquet halls for Clients who can make a big business like Corporate or a big fat Indian Wedding. I understand you guys are money minded or wat ever but If you cannot commit to What you have promised then I don't see the need to put up a Wedding option in your Website. Just Make the option as Business Making Weddings are only entertained.

Have been there for brunch twice. Really really cool spread of a variety of food in the Sunday brunch. Absolutely great for groups. The one most important thing which I really like is the kids entertainment room right by the restaurant. We parents could actually converse for the 2. 5 hours that we spent there. The kids were with other kids in that room. So specially visit this place if you have kids and would like a peaceful meal and a conversation with your friends! Enjoy!

We had gone here for our New Year Party. It was an all inclusive package ( party + stay). Rooms were good but food at the party was bad n very limited. This is tiniest buffet I had ever seen. Taste was bad... cold n tasteless. Room service was pathetic. Overall the worst new year party ever. They charged same or higher than Marriott. Icing on the cake was the next day breakfast was not included. I will never go back to this place!

We went out for a team lunch, the buffet was big enough with over 50 varieties of food items. The service was really good and they will help out with serving on your table as well even if you are taking from the buffet. Pricing was minimal. Beautiful surroundings and a good view.

Went on my Anniversary and enjoyed it so much. The service was extremely good, the staffs were very accommodating and helpful which always makes the special day even more special. They were very attentive without being too much obtrusive. My 5 year old kid also enjoyed their hospitality. We wanted to go to the outdoor area of Laila, however it was booked for some corporate events. The view from the Roof top is really good. Eventually we came down to the Creek restaurant which is located at the ground floor. They do have a variety of options from salads, continental, oriental, Indian, etc. Most of those were fine. They prepared a white sauce pasta for my kid which was very delicious. Overall a very good place to enjoy those special days or evenings.

The Den, it is situated at a easily accessible place. The staff is friendly and co-operative. We had been to the ground floor restaurant, forgotten the name, but the food is amazing, the ambience was perfect. The hotel is very well maintained and designed, every corner is a spot for photography. The rooms were clean, adequately spacious. The plug points could be a little friendlier to use, I had to struggle to plug a hair straightener into the socket. Amenities offered were perfect! The view is amazing, if there could be a open air smoking zone in one of the top floors, it would be perfect!

Have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally did... Tried the creek restaurant at the Den for dinner. The food is good, but everything else leaves a lot to be desired. Plan to spend a lot of time here, since everything takes time - the drinks, the food and even the valet. The staff don't know about the menu themselves, so they make trips back and forth to check, which further adds to the already long wait. Overall, it's not up to the standards you expect from a star hotel. Lot to get better at, which I hope they do.

Went for dinner and opted for a buffet at the creek restaurant. There aren't way too many options in the buffet and they stopped serving noodles by 9 itself. The waiter brought pizza's without even ordering them. The dessert options weren't great either. The overall ambience was good and staff were courteous but the experience isn't worth the price

I had an event here. Hotel has a beautiful ambience and atmosphere. The party halls are elegant too. Overall service was good and the operations staff were very helpful. Food was also good in taste, though could have been bit better. A big flaw that they did was cooked up a different main course than what we selected and upon checking they said that the particular chef is on leave today.

Overall great stay. Breakfast had lots of variety and great taste. In room dining, Layla was also nice. The location was also great with short walk to the two shopping malls. Stayed at 11th floor but very silent and no distracting sound from in and out of the room. Only trouble was the shower with bit of smelly water and shower head coming off.

Nice hotel with all luxury offerings but has scope for improving service. Service lacks pace and buffet menu lacks variety so giving 4 star for that. Staff is polite and courteous. Especial mention about Mr. Kabir from the housekeeping team. You can expect an enjoyable stay at this property.

The stay at the den was great, the lunch buffet l had a lot variety. The hotel service staff was great. Gym experienced was great the trainer Abhijeet knows what he's into had a great conversation with him. The location was perfectly Situated for my purpose has a good connectivity. One can visit malls near to hotel. Room service was on point.

Had an exceptional stay at The Den in Bangalore! 🌟 The modern and chic ambiance of the hotel immediately caught my eye. The staff was incredibly hospitable, making my experience memorable from check-in to check-out.

This place has amazing service. We had someone lose a phone in an uber and they were so helpful in getting it back. We also had a miscommunication with the days booked that they sorted out for me. We had a nice dinner in the rooftop restaurant. Really great experience - thank you!

Good place for business stays. The buffet spread in The Creek is good .. with almost all cuisine available on the spread. Including the deserts menu. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, they also have a kids area and a recreation area for the kids to be engaged . Chiranjeet especially was extremely helpful! Ask for him next time you visit :)

The level of hospitality is hard to describe to a westerner, absolutely wonderful. We ended up in the hotel by mistake of our driver (who took off leaving us at the wrong hotel at 2am). The night manager, Ashwani T. not only called our actual hotel and arranged a car to take us there reducing the stress we experienced, but also offered refreshments and a nice conversation while we waited. We were not even guests there and they treated us like royalty. We are definitely going there the next time we are in Bengaluru.

The hotel has quite good ambience and spacious cleanliness rooms. House keeping staff @Tokshah is really polite and good at job. The service is good, food has been a tasteful experience

Hotel is fantastic with beautiful and spacious rooms. Service members are super fast in fulfilling any service requests or ironing your cloths. Just some findings regarding restaurant at ground floor, which a bit disappointed me.

Had a rooftop dinner here. Food and ambience is nice. Has got nice cocktails. Excellent aerial view of Whitefield. Remember to have jackets in case of rooftop dinners.

Excellent place. A little far away from City, though. Good food, good ambience, supportive staff. The roads leading to the area are currently not that great. Located right next to the famous ITPL of Bangalore in Whitefield area, it's slightly underrated, probably due to its far away location and time taken to reach. Recommended.

The rooms are very spacious. You'll feel a lavish life here. And the facilities given were very good. You'll have spa and gym also .

It's on the main road. Restaurant is really good. Service is excellent. Rooms are good. Improvement required only in the parking. No one is available even to confirm where to exit from the parking. Boards are also not available otherwise it was comfortable stay.

The room was and lunch buffet were quite good. Service needs improvement though. Check in and laundry pickup took forever. Cab transport service was an hour late for pickup. Overall, a decent hotel that can be really good with better service.

New year party 2024 was superb,food was so delicious even for huge crowd.Arrangements were decent and fashion show was fantastic.its totally good vibe for new year party.

Food service was mismanaged. We had a company town hall with 150+ people in B2-The Forrest hall and arrangements in hall were good but the way food was managed was of 1-star hotel. They ran out of food too for half hour and employees kept waiting. Queues were in cramped space. It would have been better if they had planned it well atleast for food as after 4 hours of meeting all that matters for hungry people is well served food. Disappointing!

Food was delicious. There is buffet system also. Wide variety of items. But it might be crowded. Ppl don't wear mask when they go for buffet.

The Den seems like a great place for Get Togethers, parties and Lazy weekend brunches. The Creek has amazing food with various cuisines and super delicious food. Loved the entire spread. The seating both inside and outside is spacious and scenic. Loved the concept of outdoor seating and the open garden area giving a different vibe altogether

A perfect place to stay and work within ITPL..A centric place... Great options for an awesome Breakfast, Dinner... Dinner for room service is quick and served hot.. Rooms are exquisitely premium quality and spacious. Am eager to come back for another stay at the hotel.

We came here for dinner on Xmas. This was a terrible dinner experience - there was literally not a single dish that was good. Tried the salads, starters, main course - of which the corn salad had dried up corn, stale fish used in the starter, taste less curries in the main course and a bare passable pasta and noodles. There was a decent number of items in the desserts counter, but again a total sad state- crème brûlée which had too much of egg taste lingering in it and we just couldn’t eat it, cake that was just so hard to even eat that I doubt it’s edible, ice creams that were just a watery mess. Only the complimentary wine was a solace in this entire mess of a dinner. All in all I felt the place is a disaster. Zero value for money. For namesake it’s called as a 5 star place, but I would never ever go back here, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

I have been to DEN HOTEL with my family for Dinner. The security team assisted us with smooth process to enter DEN. It was warm welcome to all of us. The dinner service was really good. The team helped out with serving on our table, even though it was buffet menu. The assistance provided by Prostuti, Jayshree and Kevin Raj made us glad. Their special gesture made us feel comfortable . The experience was really good. We enjoyed dinner and the ambience.

The hotel is quite good and has very nice rooms. Food and service is middle range but the rates are acceptable. However, if I going to compare my experience with other 5 star hotels nearby, I somehow miss the experience that deserves the fifth star.

I had a really great stay at The Den, cleanliness being a big plus, the house keeping staff Tokshak was really polite and friendly, really good at his job. Apart from cleanliness, the food was delicious. The staff in the lobby and reception are super helpful. Had a great experience 😊

Amazing place to hangout with friends and family! The place it so luxurious and the rooms are just amazing. They provide premium service and the food is great. I personally liked the pool, it’s so huge and well maintained that you never feel getting out of it.

Claims to be a 5-star hotel and is quite nice but not brilliant. Very modern building, clear and clean architecture and marble- and wood-dominated, 50-shades-of-brown interior. Rooms, in particular the ones at the corner are nice with big windows. Nice roof- and garden-terrasse. Also staff is very friendly. But water in the shower smells (one ⭐️ deduction) and service is not brilliant (staff happened to forget what I ordered 1 minute ago ==> second ⭐️ deducted)

Den Bengaluru had great rooms, pretty much the best quality rooms I've seen in India. Location of Whitefield was quite nice, it is near (walking distance) some malls with nice restaurants, shopping, etc... Breakfast spread was also quite nice. The service was good, but not the best. For example, at the same price point one can stay at various Taj's where the service makes you feel like a celebrity. Here, the service was "standard".

Rooms were quite comfortable and spacious. They amenities in the property like gym, swimming pool, spa, gaming area were also well maintained. Their rooftop restaurant has a wide view of the city, they have other restaurant and a bar at ground floor as well. The food was something which me and my colleagues didn't like much. There is a big requirement to improve in the food taste and. Services. Had similar experience at dinner and the breakfast- food items meant to hot/ warm were cold, items were not available and could not arrive even after a wait of more than 15 minutes. Taste was not as per standard of 5 star property. In short- I can property is good one but they need to work on their food- menu, taste and services!

Hotel Den visit was amazing. Room quality is good, view is amazing. Pool, gym, spa amenities are amazing and refreshing. Breakfast buffet quality is delicious. Different types of cuisines are available. Most eat at ‘The Creek’ restaurant, especially complimentary breakfast.

We had 14 days stay in Den hotel. It was really amazing experience. Ambience is too good. All services are nice specially the Manik who has given nice service. And also You will get verity of food in breakfast. So overall it was good experienced.

I stayed in the Den for a working week and got a very positive impression. The staff is friendly and helpful and it seems the hotel functions are well organized. It has two restaurants, one on the top floor with a magnificent view of the city. This is the hotel I will also choose for my next visit to Bangalore

We had been to The Den for the New Year celebrations. It was a fantastic experience. The open air setup was really good with powerful speakers and awesome DJ. The crowd was decent and well behaved. The staffs were very helpful and prompt. Food was fresh and tasted good with numerous options to choose from. Valet parking available. However, one issue during the dinner was the table. Few tables were said to be reserved but we had no idea that reservations exist for a New Year Party. Either they should allow people only for available tables or should arrange enough tables for every person. I belive the dining arrangements could have been better.
