👍👍 Lots of interesting locomotives and wagons to climb on and go inside. However, the entrance leads via a long staircase with over 40 steps. The entrance fee for what is offered is reasonable. People often mention train, museum, trains, nice, interesting, locomotives, wagons, great, Great, good,

Great exhibition of trains that you can walk around. An interesting man who works there at the checkout and can tell a lot (a veteran). Our children, like us, were thrilled! Even the checkout area is a museum from another time. The different locomotives and wagons from the different eras of train travel show the conditions back then very well - no luxury, you had to be able to climb; Today people with disabilities can travel comfortably, working on the steam locomotive was hard... (and we all complain seriously about today's trains...). A lot of information, combined with walking through the exhibits, gives you a good overall impression. Definitely come here! It's made with a lot of love and you have to struggle to maintain it all...

This is the right place for enthusiastic train fans. However, I found it a bit small and the trains were a bit too close together in the halls. The volunteer staff was very friendly and showed you the best place to get pictures of the moving steam locomotive. You could get into one or two locomotives and wagons. I also found the cut-up locomotive interesting, as it gave an insight into the technology. The entrance fee is okay so far. But the fact that you don't have your own parking spaces nearby is a bad thing. I also don't think it's great that there is access that causes problems for people with walking difficulties.

Very nice museum. Many of the old locomotives and wagons can also be viewed from the inside. Very interesting! Also exhibits from before 1900! The area is accessed via a longer staircase. I didn't notice any other access. Stairs and terrain require a certain degree of mobility. Entrance fee (2023) of €5 is completely fine. Toilets are also available. Occasional seating. All in all, definitely worth a visit!

A great little collection. You are allowed to board some locomotives. Some wagons are also accessible. Lots of information about the technology surrounding old railways and accessories. A model railway system can also be admired. No own parking space! Use the parking lot at the main train station. Then past the large post office building, over the tracks by bridge, then you can see the system down next to the tracks. Created with a lot of love! Not suitable for wheelchairs! A museum train also runs occasionally

Very nice museum near the train station, which is also covered. You can get into most train carriages. Children especially like this. An impressive snow blower can be seen. There is a model railway area on the first floor which makes this even more interesting for children. A beautiful museum in beautiful surroundings. The Corona rules are currently simple: mask and contact details, that's great.

Very nice railway museum with great objects. Objects very well prepared and presented. Very nice staff. Extremely inexpensive at €5 for an adult Can keep up with the Sinsheim Speyer Technology Museum. A must for every railway technology enthusiast All around an experience that leaves no one behind ;)

A visit before the Geocaching event showed the unexpected fascinating museum. You can really see some history and impressive trains. It's not that big, but there is also an awesome miniature train installation on the upper floor. Much more to see like original old tickets and you can find out how the train personnel worked in the past.

Has a nice collection of locomotives and cars from very old to fairly modern. Also runs a great train ride into the Pfalzwald behind a steam locomotive. On the first part of the trip you're on tracks with TGV's and ICE's. Then it goes on a branch line through the woods. It then stops in the village of Erfenstein for a while before returning. There are restaurants there where you can eat lunch and also get ice cream. I rode the first trip of the day and it was packed, and then chased the second train by car so I could take pictures of it. The second train was not crowded, so it might be a good idea to take the second train. You might even get to see and hear a cuckoo!

Great place to take your son if he's into trains. The staff were very nice and you're allowed to enter the train cars.

We went to this great museum on a weekend. Absolutely recommended for anyone who is already enthusiastic about the fascination of these colossi, otherwise you could catch the fever there. The beautiful K.Bay.Sts.B. is on display there as an exhibit and you can walk through the wagons and experience a little journey through time. All trains and locomotives that were open could be viewed from the inside. We were also able to see the model trains and play with the small model train. The volunteers also enthusiastically explain the construction of a steam locomotive, and anyone who asks can learn a lot. A nice trip for families. Thank you for your voluntary commitment to maintaining these colossi and being able to experience history, it continues to fascinate to this day. Entry costs €5, which is what people are happy to pay here, and you get a traditional ticket that is punched like before.

Railway Museum in Neustadt completes the history of technology and is a good summary of the Technology Museum in Speyer/Sinsheim.

We went to the Railway Museum last fall and really enjoyed it. The old trains and carriages delight young and old children. Touching is expressly permitted; you can walk on all the trains and briefly feel like a train driver. The museum doesn't fill a whole day, but that's not what the museum aims to do. The time you spend there is very entertaining and interesting.

A great railway museum. You were even allowed to get into most of the wagons and look at everything. Great for young and old. Since it is run by a club, you are very happy to pay an entrance fee. Adults 5 euros, children over 4 for 2 euros.

Very good museum a must for railway fans. Maybe only buy tickets in advance if you know there will be a lot of people coming, but that is almost never the case. Very good atmosphere, no waiting time for tickets. OF COURSE DON’T FORGET TO RIDE THE KUCKUCKS BAHN, A MUST.

Was will man mehr?
