1月24日(日)10時入場でロンドンナショナルギャラリー展を観てきました。
自宅からもそう遠くないし、入場制限もしているとのことで来場しました。
一言で言えば狭いストレスがたまる展示と運営でした。
まず、展示会場はかなり密な状況でした。
小さい子をつれた家族連れも多く、もう少し入場数を制限していただかないと安心して観覧できる状態ではありませんでした。
導線も悪く入場時エスカレーター付近、傘立て付近でいろんな人とぶつかりそうにりました。
エスカレーター周辺はもう少し導線を検討しなおしてほしいです。今までは気にならなかったのですがコロナ禍ではかなり不便な作りになっていると感じました。
また、トイレも入り口が一人しか通れない狭さで出入りするときにすれ違えないのも気になりました。
肝心の展示ですが、大きな絵が多いにもかかわらず全体的に観ることが出来ないぐらいの人が密集しておりました。
壁も角度をつけているため、となりの絵を見ている人が目の前に立ちはだかる事もしばしば…。
展示ごとに書いてある説明文はくどくて読みづらい文章。
絵の横に書いてある文章も読みづらい。
全体的に文章は日本人が書いた文章ではないのかも。
英語の文章をただ訳しただけみたいな感じでした。
音声ガイダンスも読んでる本人が理解していないのか聞きづらい。
ちゃんと美術館の人が立ち会って録音していないのでは?
恐らく台本も会場と同じく文章がおかしいのかなといった印象でした。
日本の美術館全体に言えることですが照明が黄色い。照明が絵に反射して見づらい。
地下2階の会場ぐらいの観やすい展示をお願いしたい。
コロナ禍だから地下2階の展示を中止して2フロアに展示を分割することも考えていただきたかった。
絵はよかっただけにとても残念でした。
