This was a great family adventure. The train ride was very fun and educational as well. Our weather was great and we enjoyed the hobo ride.

Truly love this place. Such a great experience. Went for my husband's 30th birthday and now that we have a kid we took him and both occasions were so fun. Cute gift shop. Neat and informative museum. Two different model train exhibits. Also have to give a shout out to how nice the restrooms are.

On heck of a train ride I'd say differently recommend. You get to get off the train and sightsee for a few minutes. The sites were breathtaking. 10/10

So much fun!! Beautiful scenery and quite the biking experience. Easy to pedal and not too rough on the rails. It was loud, though. It was hard to have a conversation with your partner.

What a great find. We were in the area and we found this jewel. It was about a 90 minute train ride. There are no bathrooms on the train but there are at the station. Only water is allowed on the train. It was a great experience. There is a small museum that was including in the price. Pro tip: If it is warm out splurge for first class with softer seats and more importantly AC.

Very fun and educational experience. Spring for the first class tickets. They're just a few dollars more but very comfortable for the ride.

We went on a cloudy day with a sprinkle. It was cool but worth it. Really enjoyed this trip.

Rode the Santa Train ride on a Sunday. Great customer service with the volunteers. The first class was sold out so can’t speak to that experience. The Coach car at the end was in poor condition. One seat had the floor underneath rusted/caved in. The door to enter and exit would not easily open and could be potential fire hazard. Need larger restroom facilities. Women’s restroom only has two toilets and there was a long line before and after train ride. Decent ride for $18. We overall enjoyed it but won’t ride again. Will explore other KY train rides.

We had a wonderful time yesterday with Mr and Mrs Clause, Frosty, Rudolph and The Grinch. The train ride was fun with beautiful scenery and interesting facts while singing Christmas songs. I would highly recommend for all ages as a lovely KY family holiday tradition.

👍 We did the 6:30pm session on their first Saturday of operation. It's a nice setup, the route is excellent though does not cross the Kentucky River because there are no rails on the bridge currently. There also is no picnic/rest area at the turn around, just standing at the fence where the bridge sta...
