    Poor Customer Service. They lost our order after we had waited the prescribed 15 minutes and to resolve the issue they insteas gave us someone else order. I have not sern such confusion as i witnessed here.

    Very slow order times. They seem to have multiple tills but only have 1 staff member taking orders. Seems a bit redundant. Maybe invest a few more Kwatcha into paying a salary for 2 tellers especially during lunch hour to avoid long queues. Wont be back
