I am absolutely elated to write this review as our journey has been truly remarkable. If you're on the path to conceiving and are considering a fertility specialist, there's no need to hesitate. Just go and meet with Dr. Chandana Narayana at Kinder. After a two-year-long ordeal, during which we consulted with a dozen doctors in various renowned hospitals and clinics in Bangalore, we were at our wit's end. None of the previous doctors or hospitals made a real connection with us. Then, we were referred to Dr. Chandana, and from the very first meeting, we were convinced she was the one. Dr. Chandana is not only a brilliant doctor but also a genuinely kind and lovable person. Most importantly, she gives you all the time and attention you need. Trust in this journey is crucial, and for the first time, we felt that trust was reciprocated. We got our child delivered here. We really had a great experience at hospital. Doctor Kavitha ma'am is very supportive and listens very patiently. All the staffs is very passionate about their work. Experience couldn't have been better. We wish we knew about the hospital earlier.

Just discharged today. Hospital has all facilities. Treatment Process is smooth and all staff working pro-actively. We have taken Jananimitra package and blessed with our baby girl through C-Section with best supervision and caring. Pros: 1. Dr.Yasmin - Senior most and experienced enough, treated in all the aspects throughout pregnancy. 2. Ward Sisters - No peer can beat this hospital. Nedhu, Gayatri are exceptional in taking care feels like family kind personality. OPD - Divya is also exceptional since the beginning of pregnancy. Not able to remember all names but most of them are good going. 3. Reception - Well Organised. Has small issue but they were able to understand and fix internally. 4. Scanning - Overall good but might need to understand with Dr. Prescription sometimes. Cons: No cashless claim opportunity with my insurance - mediassist Finally I would like say, if some looking for conception to delivery then this hospital is the best in Bangalore. Pathetic experience. This hospital does not have all the facilities available which are required - no proper labs (most of the tests are outsourced and takes minimum 4 days to complete), less doctor availability like the ultrasound doctor is only available for 1 hour in morning, support staff is not very supportive and seems helpless, reception people sometimes tells on phone that doctor appointment is confirmed but in actual they have not booked the appointment. For any lab tests, patient has to keep on calling the hospital every day asking reports but they do not take the ownership to confirm back. We availed the services of this hospital for 6 months and this is the overall experience. Initially we felt it might be 1-off instance but then it keeps on repeating. In short - one can only use this hospital if there is NO requirement of any lab tests or any other complications come. At any point if there is a need, CANNOT rely on this hospital to handle complications. Now I understand why there is no rush here.

Excellent experience with Kinder Hospital for delivery of my second daughter... Dr. Sreeja has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout. Though we had some complications close towards delivery date and had to go for c-section but we were kept informed and transparency was maintained at all stages. Staff is courteous and hospital premises and services are exemplary. Would strongly recommend this to all for seamless and tension free delivery experience.

As far as hospitals go, this is the best hospital in terms of staff, in terms of medical care and the quality of doctors and their experience. I recently did a surgery for my son here. Till the time of discharge I was not asked to pay a penny. Post discharge formalities were so adeptly handled by their staff. From janitors to cafeteria to office and nurses, every single person is very very empathetic about a patients situation. The doctors are super knowledgeable and no matter how many times you ask them any query they are very obliging and are transparent. Thank you so very much for making a very difficult decision experience for us to sail through smoothly .

We had our second baby delivered at Kinder Hospital, Bangalore. Overall it was a good experience. 1. High regards to Dr Chandana for her knowledge, experience and professionalism. And at the same time very polite, understanding and listening. 2. Good support from the nurses and supporting staff and admin team. 3. Hospital is clean and hygienic Better coordination between teams (labor room, ward room) and follow ups will really make the experience much more easier and better. Additional food items in the canteen is needed.

We consulted Dr. Shushant Shivaswamy two times for my daughter. Both times, we were at the hospital at the given appointment time but we had to wait more than 30 minutes outside. The hospital is poor at coordination and thinks that their customers are free for the entire day. I had to re-schedule my day a couple of times due to their such poor time management.

Being in a respectful position as a Dr. Please be on time with patients, every time waiting is not possible and do not expect the same type of patients to attend for treatment. Corporate hospitals are there to avoid lengthy queues and premium treatment on time. Nowadays local community hospitals are far better than corporate in terms of hospital engagement with patients. Note:1- if anyone has much time to wait in the hospital, prefer this hospital Note:2- practo details should be correctly updated for respective doctors services, its shocking surprise to listen in hospital counter for real life services they are providing

I had my second pregnancy delivery planned to be done in Kinder Hospital, very happy with the structure and hospital staff who come to take care of us. A special mention goes to the night duty staff then, Isabella and Thousia for their assistance. Geetha the housekeeping staff too was very kind and helpful. Thanks to the whole team for helping me have a safe delivery. A big thanks to Dr Kavitha for taking care of me and helping have a successful delivery.

Had a wonderful experience here at kinder. We were visiting Dr Kavitha Pujar and she was very supportive and helped us throughout the pregnancy period. The staff are well trained and experienced and reply to every query made. Few more improvements required on maintenance/housekeeping as when we were admitted the ac was not working for a entire day and no backup was provided. Another area of improvement is the cafeteria, not much option to eat here but you are free to get food from outside/home which helps a bit. Overall had a great experience with all the doctors and staff here at Kinder.

It was a really nice experience today. As we were called by the hospital for the baby shower. We never heard about this lovely celebration from any other hospitals are doing. Great arrangements starting from the welcoming couple to the mehendi. Me and my husband enjoyed a lot. Thanks to kinder team for such a lovely arrangements. Kudos to you all. We get to know about this hospital since our doctor has joined there. Overall, it's a new hospital. Obviously, it's quite clean and tidy. Jananimitra Package - If you are going there for pregnancy treatment and delivery, sign up for Jananimitra package, it is affordable based on current packages offered by leading hospitals in Bengaluru and they have all the necessary pregnancy tests covered within the package, so you can explicitly ask for it if the management couldn't approach you in time. We did sign up for this at a later stage (at around 5 months), so basically we missed the initial benefits but prices are not going to be lowered for availing the package late. Unfortunately, the pregnancy didn't go well in our case but they have adjusted the already paid amount with the emergency hospitalization, I didn't need to ask them for it. Emergency, Labour Room and OT - They have a well-equipped labour room, duty doctors are always available and nurses are quite trained and caring. The nurses indeed follows the instruction of the doctors. OT is also at par as I got to know from my wife. Best thing is the doctors over here works together, I have noticed that another renowned doctor in that hospital was there with my consulting doctor during the OT. Pharmacy - They have a pharmacy at ground floor. However, I need to take my wife in emergency at night. There was requirement of an immediate injection, sufficient stock was not there in the hospital. The hospital authority wanted me to pay and purchase the medicine from outside. However, they have searched where the medicine is available and arranged the transport for me to go and bring. However, all the vials purchased were not required. But the hospital couldn't arrange for the return of the medicines. They were really expensive, I feel this needs to be looked at. Hospital Food - They have a small set up canteen, but they are currently bringing the food from outside. Whatever they serves are fresh, but this area needs a lot of improvement. They allow bringing food from home for patients probably due to this. In Patient Payment Settlement Experience - Their room charges were quite affordable compared to the leading hospitals in Bengaluru in same domain. I went for a cash treatment but couldn't pay the amount hassle free, I need to pay through multiple payment methods. Later, when I contacted to my bank, they have informed that while doing the transaction the PIN was bypassed in the POS machine for which the transactions were declined. This needs to be looked at by hospital authority for seamless payment experience. Mediclaim - They are probably tied up through a third party for insurance settlement that's why they prefer to treat in cash and get that re-imbursed, just wanted to give the information. But that doesn't mean you can't do cashless treatment here. Blood Tests - They need to have some really trained staffs, one guy pricked twice but couldn't take blood, this was really frustrating for a pregnant lady. However, it's not that all are same, I am only sharing one experience. Scans - Currently they have one scan room which should be increased based on the number of patients going for the service. Otherwise, it becomes a pressure on the doctor to finish all the scans within time and these scans indeed take time. We need to go 3 times to finish one scan. OPD Doctor Consultation - They should start maintaining the OPD doctor consultations through token system or via some representative controlling the queue. As weekends are having rush and patients waiting for hours we have noticed few patients come and instantly go inside doctor's room. This might cause a real unsatisfied experience for patients. Parking - Hospital has the parking facility. Closing Note - I went to many eminent hospitals in Bengaluru, I can say Kinder is doing a really good job. There is always scope of improvement and that's why I have highlighted few areas of improvement.

It was really good experience with all the staffs, doctors and nurses. We were under consultation with Dr Kavitha G Pujar and she is the best, my wife delivered baby and both are doing fine. Apart from doctor we got all the support day and night from the nurses available specially Swetha and Sujatha. Due to my wife health condition few tests were keep on going and it was getting added in the bill which was not getting informed at that time though the charges were genuine but the patient suppose to be informed every time. Good hospital. The doctors are good, they come and check on baby and mother everyday. They also have patience to hear our concerns and needs. The staff and nurses are friendly and caring, and attend to us when in need. Rooms were comfortable.

Pros: Friendly staff, less crowd. Con: Sometime, wait time at reception is higher, please look into it. I have had good experience , irrespective of higher wait time.. but this can be improved. Another point: Please share some pics of you in-patient rooms. I have visited over 6 times , and every time room is unavailable to be seem.. Dr Sushanth Shivaswamy, Sr Consultant-Paediatrics and Neonatology, is a medical professional par excellence. He understands the case thoroughly, administers basic medicines, a patient listener and has great bedside manners. He has a gentle demeanour that commands respect, despite waging battles to save our little ones and safely return them to their parents never losses his calm and has immense control over his emotions. A constant learner and a great human being. Kinder Hospital, you do have a gem of a professional with you. We parents find solace for our children when they are in his care.

We were visiting Dr Jhansi Lakshmi and she was very supportive and helped us throughout the pregnancy period. The staff are well trained and experienced and reply to every query made. The experience with delivery was also great as the management took care of the inpatient time. Thanks to Kinder hospital too for making our stay and all services so comfortable.

Worst ever service. I have booked an appointment for ultrasound at 2pm by calling hospital reception. When I went there, in the ultrasound section, it was mentioned that my name itself is not there and made me wait til 3.30pm until all the other patients finished the USG. When questioned them, reception list ia having my appointment at 2pm but in USG section It was booked for another patient. They were blaming each other instead of apologizing to the patient who suffered by waiting over there. Waste of my time. They have no proper system and coordination for appointments.

My experience has been incredible. The consultation was very smooth. The knowledge I have gained from my dietitian Thousia has been insightful and quite useful in aiding my health. She is very calm composed and listened to me very patiently and suggested about my diet and daily workout. I am very thank you to her. Also the staffs and doctor in kinder hospital are very nice. Pros: Dr. Sreeja Rani, gynecologist, is an godess. Speaking with hear takes away most ailments. Ward Nurses are extremely friendly, humble and responsive. Hospital staff are also very responsible. The place is neat and clean. Cons: 1. Delivery package quotes could be more transparent. Ended up paying 1.5 times of what was quoted as a package. One should be careful. 2. Not sure why, no one cares about wearing a mask and using sanitizers, although they are dealing with infants. Not the staff, not the dinning staff, not the nurses, not the phlebotomists, not even the doctors!!!

Dr.Amulya (scan doctor) lack basics ehics how to deal with the person to whom the diagonisis is to be conveyed to . My daughter had to undergo her scan in which the doctor found that there is a complication regarding the blood flow to the artery of the baby..this female did not allow the patients mother inside saying that only husband is allowed to..forget about accompanying the patients , she told the patient itself about the complications and all to a 9month pregnant lady rather than conveying it to the attender.. Heights to that scan doctors adamant behaviour and ethics.. The would be mother was so tensed and worried about her baby's health as it is her last phase of pregnancy,as.she had gone thru several ups n downs in this past months. This attitude is not acceptable

Our overall experience with Kinder hospital has been great since Day 1 of our pregnancy journey. We initially consulted Dr Kavitha and felt comfortable with her. She has been extremely patient with all our queries and has always been available during emergency as well. We are also thankful to Dr Tannu (physiotherapist) Dr Isabella (physiotherapist) and Dietitian Thousia for all their prenatal and post natal advice. Overall service is good. only the thing is food delivery is not ontime. multiple reminders needed.Dr sreeja mam explained on detailed way of procedure of my present pregnancy when I has short cervix..ontime she responded and did surgical stitches to save baby. Good hospital staff, nursing, maintenance.etc. Overall good experience and I strongly recommend this hospital.

Hospital is Very nice, Doctor was also good. The reason I'm here to give review is due to the pathetic service of Cafeteria for patients also. I visited on 21/12/23 morning, since then nothing being provided on time. OT and floor staff informed at 04:00 PM to give tender coconut at 6:00 pm . They visit our room at 6:45 stating that tender coconut isn't available. Next morning on 22/12/23, they were to give milk at 06:30 AM. They didn't bring, they directly gave breakfast at 7:45AM. After multiple follow ups they are non responsive to staff and us.

We are grateful for the exceptional comfort received from Dr. Sreeja Rani Ma’am during our delivery time. She made us relaxed and thus build confidence in us to go through this milestone in our life. We thank all the hospital staff and management, who took care of us during our stay at Kinder 😊👍😍
