This is about the so-called family Restaurant ONLY. It took more than an hour for us to get a normal lunch, which is already cooked and kept ready for serving. "നീ വേണേൽ തിന്നിട്ട് പോ മോനെ ദിനേശാ" kind of attitude. Despite requesting them for a speedy service and we had placed order for only items which was already cooked, they made us waiting till other MTO food were served. If the restaurant is only meant for their residing guests, they must not leave it open for transit / walk-in PAX. It took eight minutes for four of us to finish our vegetarian special meals, but for that we had to wait for more than an hour. Meals was delicious and of good quality. But it will be incomplete if I do not mention that they even failed to provide Napkins/tissue papers on table and for surprise no glasses for water to drink too from this prestigious four star rated property.

Their meals are good. It's veg meals .. plus we ordered a tuna curry and omelet.. All were tasty. Veg meals cost is 200 Rs.

There are no enough security at parking and securities are not responsible. If something lost they will tell us cctv not working. Very arrogant behaviour of staffs and officials. Not expec such kind of behaviour from a hotel which situated in MC road

On our return from Trivandrum to Cochin , we looked out for a good place to stop by to have lunch . Having been very choosy we had to skip multiple outlets on the way. By luck this place didn’t disappoint us. They have a large parking space in the front. The building sports a bar as well as a decent family restaurant. We enjoyed our lunch at the restaurant. The food and the service was decent .

Location is convenient and they have enough parking in front. Restaurant is on the ground floor itself. Food was tasty. The fish was fresh as was the chicken. The roti items were okayish but still tasty. A bit on the pricier side but the premises more than make up for it. The restrooms are well maintained and was comparatively cleaner than some other hotels on the route.

Stopped by for a lunch break. Dirty table cloth, dirty uniform worn by the catering staff and the food was a sorry excuse of a meal.

I am sorry to say that the standards have dropped miserably in the renovated bar ...Earlier we used to get enough and more of Kappa as complimentary bar sacks ....now only one small bowl for 3 persons ..I started visiting this Bar 5 years ago because of Kappa ....Was totally disappointed....

Great to have some class hotels in Attingal area. Hope they maintain the venue. They have some good conference halls and we do hold a lot of functions there too. The service is good.

One of the best restaurants in MC road side.Ample parking space, full AC, convenient seating arrangement, neat washing rooms, delicious food. During long travel you can relax here.

Overrated Hotel. I was wondering if the restaurant is triple expensive, then what about the attached bar... Really I was shocked when the bill was added meals price by handwritten. The 1st time I ate a veg meal for 157 ₹. However have a great time ahead. Pros: I couldn't notice any as per their star count. Cons: No family room. Very expensive. Atmosphere Not Friendly. Service is not up to expectation.

We went in for dinner, The food was good, chapati was bad not at all recommended. The rest of the food was good. Beef and parota was tasty Enough parking space, good hospitality from staff. Easily accessible as it is situated just in the edge of state Highway.

It's near the town. Easy to reach the residency. The rooms are good and the service is also good. Soap, brush, paste, laundry bag, shoe cleaner, cover, shampoo, moisturiser etc are provided. There were tea powder packets and a kettle to make tea.

We went to the restaurant and surprisingly the food was great. It was cheap and reasonable. This restaurant has a very peace and calmful ambience.

We do stop over their thali kerala meals which is good. Restaurant is clean with clean bathrooms

Worst service standard. We complete about the fry rice. Waiter took it back and didn’t return the food. And didn’t give us any feedback It’s something very up normal. Chilly chicken was ok.

I did not stay here but visited their resturant for breakfast. Food was very good. Nice Ghee roast and Dosa. The coffee they served was also very nice
