•Service is so horrible. •North Indian staffs who don't know how to speak in malayalam or in English. It was so hard to communicate and convey customer preferences. •I had haircut and eyebrow threading in this salon. It was not a professional haircut. I often go to other salons, so I know how professional it would be.... •They don't even know how to hold scissors and to handle other equipments. •I had severe injuries in my eyebrows due to careless threading.
