An excellent shopping zone for family. Everything is available under one roof. Dress prices ranging from minimum to maximum. Can select upto our budget. Collections are plenty. It is one of my personal favourite shop for shopping. Economically feasible respective to any family type. 5th floor is food court with a variety of foods available at reasonable prices.

Its multi storeyed Supper market available all consumables. Textile, grocerry and vegetables at lower price but quality is always not good..so choose carefully. Heavy rush...not properly arranged..shopping experience not so good..vallet parking available..

Very helpful security staff. Review only for the super market section -The place was very crowded during my visit. Vegitables were fresh and reasonably priced, though price was missing from many shelves. Bottle neck at the various counters. Queue arrangement was in disarray. No space for moving the trolley through, because of rush. Good service from the gentleman inside the rice/pulses area. Nuts and dry fruits counter had only one staff doing the billing and packing.

Lovely mall. Item price is reasonable competitively with other mall. Groceries items available is very fresh and at reasonable price. Food court is must visit place here. Variety of food items are available at low price. Quality of food served is good and hygiene maintain level is good. At food court only self service is available. If you visit in late evening you may get only available food items. Both veg and non veg food items are delicious. Parking at mall is very tight you have to wait 15-30 min although additional parking facility is available just 300mts from mall. Staff is cooperative and supportive. I also appreciate mall's management team especially owners for caring their working staff members. I feel display is required for available food items to avoid unnecessary rush at payment counter. You feel happy to enjoy your time here with your family and friends.

If you are on a budget price you can go here. The clothing is cheap at price and have less collections. The hygeine is not maintained. You can feel a foul smell in trail rooms. The overall quality is not maintained but it's comprised when it's comes to price.

There's good collection of clothes there but staffs are not much friendly. The customer service is very poor. We have to find everything on our own. Also in the trail room section they still follow a very outdated system. The person in charge of trail room is not respectful towards the customers

In the fifth floor very big and neat food court, the have a big parking area for all kinds of vehicles

A fairly big supermarket for almost everything such as textiles (with lot of selection for men, women, kids), foot wear (very good collection at very reasonable price), home appliances, kitchen utensils, grocery, vegetables at low or reasonable price. Its crowded most of the time. Food court is amazing with low price! Car parking is quite congested with stacked goods and vehicles with load!

Very Crowded but Vehicle parking (Valet) available, Well Stocked but Few items of clothing may be hanging for long time and faded on the folds. Need careful scrutiny the items. Most of the Staff at the counters very helpful especially the older persons. Though younger staff need to learn more about the items they are supposed to sell for answering genuine queries of the customers.

I like this mall. One of the best shopping mall in Trivandrum. Comparing to Lulu Mall it's small. But some of the good companies are here. Products are cheap. I saw many shoe products are cheap but it's not original. But it's quality is good as original. Hope this review helpful for you.

So upset with the quality of kurtis. Low quality tops, color fades within one wash, if you wash it you cannot wear that dress anymore. Bought a beautiful dress worth 600 rupees. After one wash the black colour of the dress spreaded to the orange colour of the same dress. Also bought another dress worth 600 rupees, the Palazzo pants torned the first day itself. So while you buy tops be careful and buy the ones with quality.

Faced bad experience from those working in billing sections. Such behaviours could be the result of an atmosphere where employees are not even getting time to go even to toilet. Be more kind to employees. May be they will become more kind and accommodative to your customers, too!

For the entire ladies' section on the ground floor, there are only 2 trail rooms. We were forced to wait in a long queue for about half an hour to try on the dress. Also, I found some of the staff to be rude. They behaved as though the customers are a nuisance to them. I think the reason might be because they must have been standing since morning and are tired. Also, it doesn't have enough staff to manage the crowd. I don't want to visit this shop again.
