I’ve had hair smoothening treatment done previously at the Kollam branch last year, but recently visited the Trivandrum branch for the first time this month. I have no complaints as the customer service is brilliant and they’ve done a fantastic job. Indu did an incredible job with my hair and worked hard for which I’m grateful. I have thick, frizzy and curly hair so I can definitely say the hair smoothening worked for me 😊😊 The results depends on the re growth of new hair, so my roots did show I would say after 3-4 months but I didn’t really see this as a problem since I just slicked my roots back with gel and the rest of my hair is still nice and straight. Definitely worth it for me and will visit again in future!

Absolutely professional service.Manju and her team has been brilliant right fron the begging until the end. We contacted Ashtamudi through personal recommendation to do all bridal services for my daughter's pre wedding, wedding and post wedding events. As we were in London the first time we met the team in Trivandrum was for the trial just a week before the wedding. Straight away we felt that we have made the right choice.

I had visited Ashtamudi for hair and skin care treatments. I did golden facial which was done by Ashwathy. She did an excellent job at it. Also a very chirpy person to talk to. Pedicure and hair colour service was offered by Lisa. Lisa took great care by not staining my clothes while coloring and she had a very pleasant approach. Appreciate the staff at this location!

Bridal service. Airbrush Makeup was done poorly. We had to suggest the changes to the makeup artist at every step. Staff attitude including the senior makeup artist (owner) was like as if they were not interested. Highly dissatisfied. We personally had to fix the makeup. Also, the complimentary makeup (with bridal) was not done.

I had my hair and make-up done by Ashtamudi for a few of my wedding functions recently. Saritha chechi and Manju chechi were so patient and took the time to listen to my feedback/preferences, which I really appreciated! The team also helped with saree draping for many of our UK guests. Overall a great experience!
