Visited the resort in last week of May. Booked two nights in Heritage Villa. The resort looked good in the photos posted on the website. The reception desk staff was friendly. But horror of horrors when we were told that this is a pure veg resort. Imagine going on a holiday and someone putting restrictions on what you eat. I felt cheated as no where on the website this was mentioned. So the first impression was not good. The property per se is good. It is a huge resort with plenty of greenery and various trees. The swimming pool is big. Unfortunately no swimming pool toys like floats or balls. And more importantly no Lifeguards in the pool area. I had taken a MEP plan ( brkfast and one major meal). The breakfast arrangements were good. However, was told by the restaurant manager that buffet for lunch (or dinner) will not be served as they do it only when occupancy is above 70%. So in the major meal had to manage with whatever they served. This was another disappointment. The rooms are big and well furnished. All electrical points work. The air conditioner has only two modes - on and off. No temperature settings, no fan settings, no swing settings. All in all a decent place to stay and laze. Don't go with very high expectations or you will be disappointed. Pros - Good property, well maintained, food is good if one has a taste for rajasthani menu. Cons - not mentioning only vegetarian food type on the website amounts to cheating, no lifeguard at swimming pool (can't leave children alone near the pool area), Air conditioner in room with no working settings on remote.

The rooms and room service could have been much better. There is no cloth hangers provided to dry clothes. Had to ask more than three times to housekeeping for several kits like dental, towels etc. TV wasn't working and almost took 2 out of 3 stay days to fix. Restaurant service is good and the staff are friendly but the prices are ridiculous. The location however is really good and quiet. Lots of greens and serene place to sit and have a cup of Chai!

The whole yard is beautifully built. But not maintained. Seems like there was money and it was spent. The service for such 4/5 star is extremely and pathetically slow. We waited for 30 min to get the car to pick up. 30 min to get umbrella. Charged us 2500 for EV charging vs 250 rs, from private EV charging point which we ignored thinking hotel is better. Breakfast both days didn't have all dishes. I mean the gardens, the place is beautiful. But what to do without the staff supporting it? The rooms huge large, but minimal amenities and like 80s Design, which doesn't go with the present requirements...

Staying at Vijayshree Hampi was delightful. Special mention to Atul, Ravi, Saddam, and Pritam for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond, providing complimentary milk and bread for my 2-year-old daughter throughout the entire three days. Despite being unwell, they accommodated our dietary needs with customized meals. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the spacious bathrooms featured a bathtub with a jacuzzi. The resort itself offered ample space, a swimming pool, and an indoor play area. The staff was helpful, contributing to an overall fantastic experience at Vijayshree Hampi.

Stayed there for two nights. Comfortable rooms and good property. The service was decent where we had exceptional service on day 1 but quite a contrast on day 2 while ordering dinner. The chef Nibir ensured we were looked after throughout our stay and prepared good food. Also the property manager Thippeswamy was extremely courteous, kept checking on us and helped us with an itenarary for places to visit. Overall would recommend staying in the property.

Stayed recently at Vijayshree resort for 03 nights along with family group of 10. Location of the resort is not so enticing, however inside the resort the surroundings are great, lush green landscapes, would be an excellent choice for weddings or photo shoots. We stayed in Heritage villa, Room locations are good but quality can be better, not worth the price. Amenities are decent and ideal for families. It has 2 the pure veg restaurants. Food quality and service is very good. Special mention for Restaurant Manager Atul and Chef Nabir who took good care of each and everyone. Overall it was a memorable stay for all of us.

We stayed in Heritage villa in this resort for 2 nights, room was spacious and clean but with small size back and white TV. It has a common veranda for two adjoined cottage. The resort is in a very big property and beautifully maintained one can spend time walking around it. Resort people are very co-operative and helpful had a very nice stay in it.

Very nice resort with close proximity to Hampi's historical monuments. Lot of open space and beautifully decorated gardens gives you tranquility.

Very nice resort.. the property is big with well maintained greenary. Rooms are decent. They have awesome rajasthani food. Amazing service from the support staff. They managed to arrange a cake on request at midnight for my wife’s birthday.

Pure vegetarian resort with lots of activities. We stayed there and also visited for day activities multiple times. Courteous staff, Spacious room, tasty food and it's the best resort near to hampi. Plenty of open spaces to sit and relax. Even for dine in they offer different experiences, definitely enjoyed with family

I spent one week in Club Mahindra Vijayashree Heritage resort with my family. It was an excellent and memorable vacation. I had two rooms. The rooms are very specious and set in an excellent landscape. My morning walks around the huge property was very pleasant. There was a place for bird watching too. Food was cheap and tasty. People were very well behaved and caring. They ensured that we had no inconvenience at all. Thanks to the resort manager Thippeswamy who used to call every evening to check with us whether we were comfortable and we need anything. The Rajasthani dish was delicious and enjoyable. Thanks to him and all the staff who took care of us and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable

A highly awarded resort. Eco friendly, very green, quiet with plenty of facilities. Enough parking. As the property is huge, the parking is at the gate and inside travel is by resort driven cars or walks. Swimming pool, spa, horse, camel and bullock cart rides are also offered on payment. Large variety of plants, trees, flowers with tweeting of birds affords serenity and happiness. Breakfast is free but with vegetarian fare. Separate restaurant inside also offers vegetarian fare.

Resort was very cosy and comfortable. Staff was cheerful. Manager Thippeswamyji was extremely helpful in helping us out in a brief medical emergency. Food was good. Chef Nibir put up a good show of his cullinary skills. Supporting staff Bhaskar, Saurabh, Ravi and Sidhu were quite friendly and hospitable. Thankyou.

Rooms were spacious, plenty of space for two adults. Food and Drinks: The head chef, Nibir, was very courteous along with his boys ( Pritam, Pradip) and girls. The hospitality shown by the entire crew was noteworthy.

One of the best resort we stayed in.. Lot of open space, early morning bird watching you can do. Service is really nice and quick. Be it restaurant or housekeeping, service is good. Atul Pandey and team really did good job.. There are some complimentary and some paid activities which are good to enjoy.. At Hampi, its difficult to find good restaurants, so we had all our meals at Restaurant which were really tasty. Though its vegetarian restaurant, worth to go for it.

We had a fantastic weekend at Vijayshree Resort! The staff was incredibly supportive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Their hospitality exceeded expectations, and they were impressively responsive to our needs. The accommodation was top-notch, making the overall experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Rooms and resort is very nice but need improvement in quality of food and maintenance of common areas... Both lunch and breakfast are bad. Apart from food it is a decent stay with good pool and spa. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

In a very rare case, I found a vegetarian resort with lush greenery. During our stay, we enjoyed it a lot. Thank you for your service. I definitely recommend this place for a delightful stay.

The resort is a very good, calm, well maintained property spread across 25 acres. The property is very neatly maintained by the staff. I had stayed at the property for 2 nights. The reception and restaurant staff are very cordial. Special mention about Banwari ji, Atul, Pritam aur Ravi were very welcoming and cordial with us. Kudos to the team! Keep up the good work 👏

Rooms are comfortable and clean. The campus is huge and very beautiful - trees, lawns etc Cons - we need to park cars at the entrance and need to walk around 500m to reach the rooms Not much earing options . We were going out nearby restaurants for dinner

Property is full of greenery and very big. Due to its big size, room service is not very good. Some times no one picks the phone and some times service is not available. There is also extra price on room service. Food is fine. Lightings are not that great towards the last villas making it a bit scary. Considering the resort, rooms are very simple, basic and old fashioned.

The place was very clean and staff were very welcoming. Prompt housekeeping made our overnight stay very comfortable. We didn't get to sample the food as our stay was very short. Hoping to come back here again!

Enroute Hospet, this resort has very scenic atmosphere.an old resort, with swimming pool and spa . The ambience is good . Lot of greenery. Kids will enjoy a lot . The rooms are big enough , though looks old , but we'll maintained. Bathroom is big is size . This resort has an auditorium , where functions can be done. No lockers in the rooms . One can stay here with families. Better in winter . Summers are very hot . Overall I had a great time here .

Overall good experience. Veg resort. They have good facilities. Paid activities like camel and horse rides are good. Free activities like pool table and all are in ok condition. Swimming pool is good and maintained. Their restaurant spice is very costly to have food after tiring hampi visit. But it's good experience to have their Rajasthani thali experience specially who likes veg food.

Excellent location, quite close to Hampi world Heritage site. Stayed there for 5 days. Food is great. They serve typical Rajasthani thali too. The travel desk is practically non existent, though the reception tries to help you out, they have limitations.

I had worst experience. I had booked for the presidential room, the bath tub was not working (it didn't get filled with water even after 2 hrs). The hospitality was very bad. They (Receptionist) speak nicely only till we book the room, once booking is confirmed they wont respond properly. They dont know how to speak to customers. We book special rooms to have nice time or hangout. But they spoiled our mood (totally worthless)!!!

Stayed for 3 nights. Overall decent. Pros: 1. Large property + ample open spaces 2. Basic but neat & clean rooms 3. Very courteous staff Cons: 1. Away from Hampi (Virupakasha). You need to have your own vehicle or have a fixed Auto / Cab guy who comes to pick you and and drop 2. No restaurants in the vicinity. Has to rely on Vijayshree's (Spice) restaurant. Food is 3/5.

Pros: The resort has a great location. The property has nice gardens, expansive area and well maintained ambience. The Rajasthani thali we had was good. Its variety as well as preparation was done well. Cons: The room service is average. They take a lot of time and had to be reminded multiple times. The Royal haveli room type which we booked has an ill-maintained bathroom. There was no handwash. The washroom dustbin did not have any cover. The bathroom exhaust fan was weak and could not expel odours. There was no bucket/mug provided. Toiletries were also scimped upon. The room refrigerator was hoisted inside the almirah at an unsafe location which was unstable. The room paint was off-color and unclean. The breakfast provided was awful. I had an upset stomach afterwards. It was provided at an unhygienic place (the coffee house) which had dust and flies abound. The personnel to transport guests to and fro between the room and the parking was overworked (the rooms are at 500m from the parking). Only one person was there for this duty while you can imagine at check-in and check-out times he would be in a great hurry to transport guests and their luggage in his Jeep. Atleast 2 such employees should have been at this duty. This caused delay while checkin and checkout. Wifi in the room was very weak. Quite expensive compared to the quality of service they provided.

Writing this review upon completion of our family wedding event at this resort with close proximity to Hampi. Would like to share my honest feedback about the cottages, event halls, and other important features like vast and well maintained lawns etc. We had reserved the whole resort including the 41 cottages and other facilities for 3 full days. Over all it was a great experience for all of us, our local guests and few foreign guests from USA and UK. Every one had only positive opinion about the resort, appreciating the indoor and outdoor ambience. During our stay for 3 days, we were well cared by the resort staff who are very friendly, courteous and eager to assist. Specially I would like to mention the resort Manager - Mr. Gururaj, with whom we started meetings and communication about 5 months ago for prepping for staying & the wedding event . He was very prompt in communication and helpful in advising about all the aspects of resort to conduct the wedding. Gururaj and his team were very cooperative and helpful to our caterers, our drivers and our wedding event organizers. We all had a great time and a memorable multi-event wedding. All out outdoor and indoor events went on without any hitch. The resort lawns, trees and foliage added great color and beautiful backdrop to our events. The cottages although aging they are well maintained and very comfortable to stay, at times we forgot that we are staying at a resort, such is the vibe of the location and people who manage it ! A big “thank you” to all the Vijayshree Resort Team for helping us stay comfortably, conduct all the wedding events successfully !! I would highly recommend Vijayshree Resort and Heritage Village to all ! For short or extended stays and to conduct events !

Rooms are not to the standard, felt uncomfortable on entry, but the rajasthani thali is far better than Bengaluru resturants enjoyed to the core, the chef Sathyanarayana Sharma is amazing, along with him was Balveer Singh, Pardeep Singh who were at good hosting

I stayed in the Royal Villa rooms. The room size is good. The rooms seem very old. Amenities available in rooms are old. The room was smelling very bad. Not value for money. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Service wise good .Overall it is an average stay

The property is huge, beautiful and well maintained. We had opted for breakfast that served good options. Inhouse Rajasthani thali was too expensive.

Me and my 2 son's enjoyed our stay at The vijayshree resort, hampi The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly. Mr. Sunilkumar Patil personally ensured that our stay was as pleasant and enjoyable….. to the extent of even ensuring that my last minute request at the time of checkout for a Hummer ride was fulfilled. The food was great Balveer And the ambience even better. We do hope to visit once again when there are sunny skies so we can venture the place a bit more.

Recently I stayed in Vijayshree resort. Very sprawling campus with nice green. Hospitality was very good. Very nice restaurant though only serving vegetarian cuisines. Tasty food. Good and quick room service. It is worth spending time there and relaxing. This resort is almost equidistant from Hospete to Hampi.

We stayed at this resort from Jan 26th to 28th. We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff was very good especially Mr. Tippeswamy. Food was also tasty and hygienic. They need to speed up serving. Location wise very convenient for all spots. In the summer heat this resort is cool and green. Beautiful …..

Beautiful resort. Nice big pool. The downsides were that light fixtures/fans/AC kept malfunctioning in the room, and we were not able to connect to the wifi. Thank you to the whole staff, including Rohit, Nibir, Bhaskar, Pradeep, Preetam, Saurabh, Himanjali, and Barnali, who were very responsive to our needs.
